Problem and the Solution
In the other posts, I explained tons of things about the decisions and ideas on how the channel moves forward, it's on random comments so I'll post a concise TLDR on what's to come.

The Problem
-Basically, in the least words possible, here's what happened
==Everyone outside my team increased their prices, Patreon, VAs, Writers, Workers
==Meaning there will be sacrifices to the projects to balance out the budget

The Solution
-A team brainstorming inside WorldHearth has come up with the solution where everyone wins!
-Introducing LyteHearth Versions!
-So here's the rundown on decisions that fixes all the problems
==Projects will now be Cut into 2 or more parts
==Lifetime Support Required will cover both parts (IE Part 1 and Part 2 will have the same LS Required)
==Quality is split into the parts to save time and budget every production
==Parts are split evenly Production wise
==There's a project every month!

Example
-This is how LyteHearth Version works (Example Only)
==Vixens 1 Part 1 LS is 80
==Vixens 1 Part 2 LS is still 80, but is released in 5 or more months after
==Part 1 includes storyboard of story, probably No VA yet, No climax yet, half of sex scenes
==Part 2 includes the intro animation, other half of sex scenes, climax scene and ending
==Sometimes depending on the project, parts may be split differently, for example, Krystal part is first part, Carmelita Part is second part, or the threesome part is the second part, or etc

Sacrifices Removed
-LyteHearth Versions removed these sacrifices
==Videos will be Shorter in the total time
==No More VAs
==No More Stories
==No SFX
==Stories being the same
==No more new characters
==There are months where there are no projects
==Huge Lifetime Support Required Every Video

So by September/October and so on, all projects will now be doing Lytehearth versions, all will be split in multiple parts to save budget but keeping sacrifices at minimum!

(Regarding the poll about the GryphonHearth Film Festival and its stories, that will come in after when more people get to read the comics depending on which wins the poll)

So here's the poll for, basically the 90 LS required kinda was hard for other people, so I'll give you guys the option to decide how it should be released so it becomes a voted thing rather than a team decision thing

It's good people posted on what they felt about the original 90LS GFF concept, we love making solutions for every problem to keep the people happy and understanding of the situations! It shows that all our decisions in the team makes sure we know the sacrifices and planning that is needed to continue.

What is GryphonHearth Comics AKA GryphonHearth Film Festival?
-After more than a year of producing here's another big project me and my team worked on!

-Introducing the GryphonHearth Film Festival, AKA GryphonHearth Comics!

-It's called GryphonHearth Film Festival because it's to show the idea and concept of a film festival where it's multiple stories made by multiple writers, sent out in the same day, we chose to make it Comics format so that we could actually fit the new theme with different writers and styles. I oversaw the projects and the writings and produced it, so I have time to work on the other projects while delivering something big for the entire channel!

8 Stories, 8 Themes, 8 Fantasies
-The arrangement is not by which was made first. I arranged them in an order where the level of lewdness it gets, and decided which was the most vanilla one (GFF1) to the lewdest (GFF8). So if you want an escalating experience, you can read them from 1st to 8th.
-You can read them once a week for the next 8 weeks as next month may have a smaller exclusive given the size of this project

-Bonus stuff like Animation Loops, Ending Posters will be sent next week alongside the poll given next month may not have an exclusive, so make sure to savor the comics till next month!

The Projects in 2020 are already set in stone with the schedule, but that doesn't mean there's no room for more new ideas in the far future!

So here's a small Poll where I wanna know what type of thing me and TigerIncubus haven't done that you guys are willing to see. These are probably mid to late 2021 projects and we wanna know which type would be the most voted one. Remember, we only have budget and time to do one of these till we're open again maybe Q4 2021 or even 2022

Option 1 Visual Novel Style Video
-Ever read something that really immersed you but it's all text? Imagine that but with an animated sex video rather than a still picture with cum just added in the same picture
-More Story and some animations and stills, No voices because it's texts only, stories won't start at sex, it will start with a big long story before the actual sex, making the entire journey worth it when we finally see the sex
-Budget is directed to Writers who make Visual Novel or writers who can write thousand word projects rather than budget directed towards VAs
-Smaller budget allotted to Sex scenes, imagine 90% story. 10% sex
-Imagine a story where we see Fox and Krystal before they even know each other, go in a mission, we see them interact, we see them talk, then slowly fall in love, then finally confesses to each other after a big mission
-Or how about a story where we see Kovu dating Kiara, starting from where they first meet each other, set up classic Milf Nala storyline, you know what happens...

Option 2 M/M Video
-Pure M/M story
-A classic story setup, can be anything from 2 dudes hanging out in a dorm, or 2 dudes broken up by their girlfriends, or even a guy coming out liking his friend story, guys working out, and more ideas
-Will have the same size like a leomon x renamon one for example
-Imagine like Simba teaching Kovu how to be a king
-Imagine Gang bangs like Sly Cooper caught by bad cops
-imagine Balto helps his team get warm in the cold night

Option 3 Harem Game
-This can only happen if TigerIncubus patreon reaches his goal. Disregarded if it wins without the goal reached.
-If you guys played LygerHearth Games (Date Night, Tiger Master) that's the style we'll do
-But the main character will be you and you get to choose who to bang (Krystal, Nala etc), and it will be one of those games with one guy, then search for willing ladies from all the characters I've used before who are hanging out in the island resort
-Guys can be chosen in a character select screen From Anon POV, or Sly Cooper, etc
-Sex scenes can range to Vixens style up to Darkstalkers style positions

Option 4 Smaller Videos
-1 minute, short simple animation stories, imagine Judy Hopps catching Sly Cooper stealing, then Sly fucks her to get away, then end video with Hopps happy but passed out, small projects that has smaller Lifetime Support required
-Small scale fun stories that are easy to do, doesn't have to have a budget with voices, more in res stories; imagine like Leomon catching Master Tigress taking a bath... or Balto saving Kiara in a snowstorm... or even Fox McCloud and krystal helps Maid Marian choose her wedding dress...
-Will be easier to do and we can get more projects and stories done

Option 5 Orgy
-Just One big Orgy, no story, no talking, just characters banging each other, swapping partners after cumming inside each one, just put tons of characters like Master Tigress, Carmelita Fox, Renamon, Fox, Balto etc and throw them all in a room together, who gets impregnated by who doesn't matter

We decided to make it like this for the reasons:
1. We wanted the games to be smaller scaled, a short and simple game is better consumed when it's concise and compact. A finished game is better than an unfinished potential.
2. All of the added poster scenes/dialogues are suggestions from the rewards!
3. We want to focus on as least characters as possible to really give the character the spotlight hey deserve.
4. TigerIncubus is now working on the 2nd Game! Check his Patreon out tomorrow to see what project he has cooking! If he has enough support, we can get Voices in the games!

Production Notes
1. Here is one of TigerIncubus' directed projects! Give him some love in his Furaffinity/Twitter and follow him to help him grow as an artist.
2. We decided to make LygerHearth Games a bit more compact and focused. The first game, LG0 Date Night was to test how much ideas and what type of games we can make, but we had to cancel that one due to the models being updated. Now in LG1, we make it into a streamlined direction on how the game will play.
3. As I said in an earlier post, I will now let TigerIncubus direct the LygerHearth Games as I am already directing most of the video projects.

Here are some gameplay info
1. Conversations are text dialogues. Some sex scenes are animated, some are posters. Cum scenes are posters.
2. Once your character cums, it's the end of the playthrough, you have to start the day again. Choose your decisions wisely.
3. Intro character select is just flavor text, immersion and roleplay, it doesn't affect any gameplay nor visual.

Known Issues that can't be prevented
1. Game program takes time to load when choosing next scenes, it may take a few seconds before the next part is loaded. This can't be changed given it's just like every video game has loading. It's the engine and not how strong your computer is.
2. It only works on Windows PC. Other things like Mac, Phones do not work. The solution is that we released a video version included!
3. It won't work if you move the exe file. Do not move the exe file out of the folder after extracting it. First step after downloading is to make a folder then extract everything there and run the exe file.

There's lots and tons going around with the projects. Me and Tiger will post regarding the situations of our future when we release the said projects.

We'll start with the bad news 😬

Bad News
-We just lost 6+ months of progress because the new Carmelita and Sly models got updated and ALL of our projects that had them that haven't gotten rendered yet got destroyed. The files are all corrupted/gone where models got corrupted alongside the rigs and animations in them with the update alongside the old files. We tried and couldn't save anything. The only things left are the audios and scripts. Here are some of the details so we can just imagine what it could have been. 🙏

A.1. Vixens 3 The Vixening
--Sly x Krystal Pregnant, Carmelita Pregnant
=Story goes where Sly is doing a thieving job but couldn't do it right because he was so horny and his cock hit the laser detection and was caught by the defense system. He goes home to his two pregnant wives and decided to get it fixed.

If you guys want bugged messed up versions of the animation that are like assassins creed bugged faces and deformed polygons moving, we can put that as a bonus later on. But for the fun stories, We'll find a way to incorporate the same story ideas into new stories!

That's the sad reality of long term projects. Long term projects take time and can't be rushed, and risks everything must one major part take a big fall. So to answer a question, why do many projects at a time? Because me and Tiger don't wanna stop, if a project couldn't continue because the VA/animator/artist/writer or the modeller still hasn't done their part yet, we move on to a new project until the VA/modeller/animator/artist has done their part, then we'll go back to the projects.

Now unto bright side of things!
Good News

New Hearth Idea
We have tons and tons and tons of ideas for projects, with tons of ideas, means tons of videos! Thus we'll do a 'short film festival video pilots' type of deal that will be revealed in a few months. The idea is we'll do many projects like teasers and we'll do a poll where people can vote which one gets turned into the big video. Multiple parts from different shorts that people liked will be combined! Stay tuned for that idea!

LygerHearth Games
Me and Tiger decided to split up our workload so we can do things faster. Tiger will now direct all LygerHearth Games as I will now direct the Hearth Islands, Villa Series and Exclusives. Directing means he'll have to write it up, set it up, and handle the entire project. His ideas are quite amazing once you guys see what LygerHearth Games 2 will be about! If you guys are into the exclusives stories from earlier, then you'll like TigerIncubus directed games!

Hearth Islands and Hearth Villas
For the Hearth Island episodes, we'll try finishing up season 2 of LyonHearth Island soon so we can start on the other Hearth Islands. Which means new guests couples! For Hearth Villa series, we'll try to release at least a few more episodes this year! As a note about our projects like the Hearth Islands, me and Tiger has decided to do Vanilla genre usually for first time couples, we won't do extreme ideas like the ones we mentioned earlier. For example, we saw a canon couple Simba and Nala in a vanilla romantic story, we didn't add any distracting stories in it to give them a video they deserve together. Lots of Ideas and themes were presented with me working with different people to working on all of those. It's time to see which one is considered your favorite! 1. Introducing the next big project

I present everyone the latest in LyonHearth projects, we've been pushing the envelope from Exclusives, LyonHearth Island, LyonHearth Villa, Now I introduce to everyone,

Still in its early phase of v.0.10, you can see the potential in future projects with this one, from updating it, adding alternate endings, adding scenes easily, and even rewarding top supporters their very own suggestions!

2. Introducing my protege, TigerIncubus

TigerIncubus and I have been working behind the scenes in so many projects and today's the first time I'll introduce him as he is the one responsible for this idea. He has tons of potential and will be up there with the best, but for now I'll help him with these collaboration projects, which I will introduce later how big and how different they are.

I made his profile picture of his fursona. He will be making his own animations in the future, for now, say Hi, welcome him to the LyonHearth Community and together, we will all provide the best product we can. TigerIncubus has tons of projects on his own too, he still hasn't done anything yet because we were both busy doing this and making this project, but in a few months he'll start to show his talent. 3. The collaboration project, The LygerHearth Games

So, what is the LygerHearth Games? It's very simple, LyonHearth projects where we can see options available and go to them. Remember Vixens? What if we could have chosen to not end in impregnation, what if we wanted it to end in climax on their faces? What if we wanted only Carmelita the one impregnated? The possibilities are endless! With TigerIncubus providing me all the work with his skills, we haven't seen anything yet.

4. Projects changed to LygerHearth Games

A lot of my projects, future and present have been passed on to be LygerHearth Games. We will reveal them one by one by next year, it will start off with LygerHearth Games 1:Date Night. Then hopefully by Valentines, we will reveal the second game while supporters choose which scenes to be added in Date Night first.

5. LygerHearth Games 1: Date Night

The foursome is complete, now it's up to the top supporters to send in the suggestions. It's explained on number 6 on how suggestions work. This is the first of this type of project. Future LygerHearth Games will be different themes compared to this. For this one, it's the classic, '4 lovers walk in a room, then what' type of project.

6. Top Supporters and Voters

The top supporters are the names we see in the credits, they are in a hierarchy on who is the top from the top 3, level 5, down to level 1. Other supporters who are not there means they have lower lifetime support than the supporters. This is because there's only a very limited slots available for suggestions, it's not possible to take every suggestion and only the top voted ones will be added in the game, as long as it follows the rules. Here is the list of the top supporters who can suggest, the names are in here, read carefully and see what suggestion you can give

I will make a post in a few days where you can comment your suggestions, so keep your thinking hats on and get thinking! when the post is released, I will take the first proper 30 suggestions, and put them on poll by the end of the year, poll closes on 2020 and top 5 will be chosen to be included in the next update, which will be released on February, first come first serve!

This is just one part of a huge project I'm doing called

I've been working on some sites from reddit and other files to clean and organize all of the important details from schedules and what's going to happen. Just a small heads up regarding the past posts, it means a given amount of time will be used to hopefully organized in the future in said files and sites.

Been busy with so many things at the moment, and it's all about the project! Just a small update to keep you guys informed on what's to come

Small updates
-The new project will be released this month of May assuming no big problems happen
-When the new project is released, I will also post an update on the current projects like the sequels etc, there will be big reveals when it's posted, I'll post an entire list on the updates
-It's still video style, I don't wanna invoke the idea that it will be games or anything bigger, it's just the same as the past videos I have, just a bit of twist here and there.
-Last but not least, I'll have to change almost the entire patreon stuff like descriptions to tier rewards to goals, it will be quite a work this month.

-Don't worry, my reward system is lifetime support based, meaning it's about the total support given, I make sure people get their support in with the right rewards, the support you gave no matter what month, it's the total that's important, no support is wasted if there are no videos for the month, because lets say april has no video, the support you gave for april is still counted and added to your total lifetime support!

To put this straight, there will be lots of new things coming in the future, from new projects, new rewards, new ideas and new styles. Every type of supporter will have some sort of reward depending on their floor/ lifetime support, there will be new projects/rewards other than exclusives and lifetime support required.

But with multiple things coming in play, it would mean we will have to at least sacrifice some time to fix all of it, delayed projects would generally be better than rushed projects. Hiring other artists, learning new things, and getting promoted from my job really starts to show its weight when it's all happening at the same time. Been working hard lately and thus getting all the work but meaning having less time.

Just to tease the projects being made, I will put these 8 teaser words of the said projects; Shipping; VIP, Stories, Multiple, Egg; LogsFox, WingTop, FangExperience. All of these mean something about the new projects, that's basically a ton of new projects compared to just LyonHearth Island, give or take, they are almost the same level of LyonHearth Island in terms of production.

Once the new big project is out, I will announce what these all mean and what these new projects are in store for the future.

I hope everyone understands the sacrifices given the lack of time, I'm just as excited as everyone else, the excitement of doing all of these projects but not having enough time is as painful as waiting for more to come, given my style of projects, we are only on the beginning when I started LyonHearth Island and the exclusives, with the new projects, there will be tons more surprises.

Update on sickness
Sorry about disappearing for a long time, In case you guys were following my twitter or FA for updates, I got one of those deadly mosquito fevers. It's that one day on tumblr I posted I was feeling down and thought I was feeling the blues, turns out it was the virus incubating already. I just got out from the hospital and am just still healing. Meaning it will still be a quite a few days before I resume normal schedules and stuff.

Schedule update
But for 2019, the schedule will be a bit delayed from the ones I posted with the schedule, I'll post a new one when I posted my next project. And the big project I mentioned is still a long way from being made, maybe around late january before I finish it, then finish all the piling commissions.

New rewards
There's a lot of things I want to add in with the new tiers and rewards, I'll post them all after the first big video of 2019. It will include updates on tiers, lifetime support, new rewards and a bit of changes on the tier rewards.

All in all, 2019 is shaping up to be a more comfortable style of what we did in 2018, there can be some changes depending given the amount of support we get. Changes that can give us more opportunities, and more projects that will make the projects much more fun and enjoyable!

It's Master Snow Leopard!

The reveal is to clear any confusion or too much hyped up expectations. It's to show that characters in the series and lore may or may not be added to the animations. Basically a reveal on the inclusion of the kung fu panda lore and show with all the new characters outside the movie trilogy.

For those who doesn't know the series or the Kung Fu Panda lore, just imagine before the present Furious 5, there were earlier Furious 5. And Master Snow Leopard is their Master Tigress!

The lore is mixed in with the story with detail in the animation, so for people who know and doesn't know the series, they both would enjoy it.
