i say screw it. I'm just gonna stay here for anything pony related from now on. While the people who generally hang out on /co/ are pretty cool, these threads generate too much drama, especially in /b/. We got our own board, so I think it'd be better to only start threads to pimp this board for people who don't know about it.

I was bitching about the filter allowing spambots that haven't laid off the same post script in months making 50 threads a day, but ponies are getting mod action?

I'm not even a /b/rony, but I appreciate the only OC /b/ had in a long time. There has been some great comics, parody artwork, etc. in this campaign.

I guess I should stick to the 'safe' /b/-approved threads like "rate my dick."

Hanging out here for a while myself. Seems pony stuff will be allowed on /co once things calm down. So give it a week or two.
Seems mods just want to cull down the number of threads.

I'm probably not even going to go back. With an entire site like this already here and beginning to thrive, why go back and endure another shitstorm? It's like a Christian going to Iran and putting themselves in mortal danger by preaching/converting when they'd be better off just staying at home where they're safe. I like the show, but I'm not THAT big of a zealot.

This is the other reason I'm not interested in going back. /b/ was always shit, but when every 3rd thread involved doubles guy, rate me and all the other reposts of reposts of reposts, I just decided to jump to /co/ pony threads and hang out there. Something good only comes up once in a great while, and it's been really boring lately.

Just got banned for contributing to the pony thread on /b/.

That's alright, I'm happier here. They ban us because they hate what we represent. For all our rough edges, we are colts and fillies who are strong enough to admit that we don't really care what society thinks of us. We enjoy something that is legitimately enjoyable, without the fear of being ostracized or stigmatized.

/b/ can try to keep us down, but we harbor no hate or anger. The bans will soon lift, and the bronies will return to do what we have always done, and that is respectfully and politely keep our conversations onto one topic. If the parasprites make other topics spamming their hatred of us, that's not our fault or our doing.

If the mods want to ban us, so be it. I can respect that. I'll simply return in 2 weeks, find the pony thread, and continue contributing as always.

-Post threads to speak negatively about MLP or reply to threads speaking negatively about MLP
-Post any MLP material on other boards
-Bump MLP threads just to keep them bumped
-Report MLP threads where users are staying in one thread

These rules are in place for the meantime and we'll make adjustments as we see how everything goes. Abuse will result in bans.

Guys the think we ALL need to remember that its our DUTY to keep going. Look, if we give up on /b/, it means that hate beats love. We must keep fighting, with love, and show others there is something other the cp and gore. If we give up now, or ever for that matter, we give up on what ponies stand for.

Depending on the time of day and the number of people on the boards, this sometimes got difficult to do, especially when parasprites were starting fake threads and deleting them. Thread would hit image limit, several people made new threads at once while other people continued posting on old thread.

This one was kinda problematic. There was one nutball I saw once reporting threads because he was convinced that it was all a viral marketing scheme cooked up by Hasbro. I could practically see the tinfoil hat on his head. He kept reporting threads as a rule violation against site/product advertising. Not sure if they got b&'d, but they needed to be.

I don't know if 4chan supports a method where they can make a sticky-like thread that always stays up for /b/ronies to post indefinitely, but that would at least solve the problem of the multi-thread issue. Someone makes an extra thread, it get's 404'd and the maker either gets b&'d or redirected. Of course, that's not really much different than just having a /pony/ board, and that's pointless when we have ponychan.

If you really wanna, but I'm not a glutton for punishment, especially when this site has everything I need. In a way, I'm glad this happened. Nearly everypony here stayed on 4chan probably because of the big user base and the fast moving threads. That's why I stayed, honestly. Now that a huge portion of that base has migrated here and to FiMchan, this site is much more enjoyable and is filling with lots of users and content. I have no desire to go back.

No spam, no hate, just ponies. I feel like a pony that left Earth and moved into Ponyville! Maybe that was the motivation for them to live in Equestria in the first place. Earth sux, GTFO, found Ponyville. I'll stay right here, thank you. ☺

Well I finally got banned it seems. 14 days. I am not even gonna appeal this shit.

I am here, I have no reason to go back anymore. The only reason I did was to see how long I could get away with posting and even then I have ways to get back on. Sure I could not post but it's a price. But seeing how they are acting now, I don't even wanna go back. I am more looking towards where everypony can just come here and we can resume what we started on 4chan.

I'll admit, I'll probably go back after my ban is lifted. I just can't stay away from /mu/, dammit.

I wasn't aware that "Replying to ponyspam" was against the rules. I've read the rules. I have not posted anything that violates local or United States law, I have not posted personal information, I have not abused the report system, I have not posted anything negative about 4chan, its policies, moderators, ect, I have not spammed or flooded the site, or advertised anything, or impersonated a 4chan administrator, moderator, or janitor. I have done nothing malicious. I understand that mods can ban who ever they want. Why was I banned?
