I had some suggestions for the faq, which are simply questions I want to ask since I can't find an email to ask you directly.

1) what words are wordfiltered ('b0dy' to 'pony' is the only one I know), what do they all filter to, and are there any that can get you banned?

2) Are you able to accept donations of money/computer hardware?

3) What's the length of time for the spam filter?

Also, as I noticed the 'noko' thing works, could you set it up so it stays in the email field once we return to the thread?

Another idea I had was perhaps a 'post successful' screen that says something like 'Friendship is magic!' or whatever.

I can't think of anything else. I'll come back when I do!

I might as well answer them right here.

1. I can't reveal that info. But there aren't any words that can get you banned (besides the default list that comes with Kusaba, containing prescription drug sites and such)

2. Any donations would be much appreciated. There are details on the front page. All the site issues we've been having are because we're over capacity. Once we move to a better host, these issues will go away.

3. I probably shouldn't say this, either. But there's really nothing anypony should worry about in the spam filter.

It's because, again, we're over capacity. It happens when a post is successful, but the database connection is lost before rebuilding the HTML. It shouldn't happen anymore once we're migrated to the new host.

Huh! I didn't know there were default ones for sites. Then again, I don't think I've ever been to a prescription drug site, so I'm ok there. ☺

Oh, man, with the purging of 4chan I have a feeling it's gonna get a lot more crowded around here! I'm guessing you need more monetary support than hardware support, so I'll see if there's anything I can do in the future (I'm unemployed currently,feelsbadman).

I don't think ponychan is popular enough to warrant captcha yet, but as long as I'm not running into flood detection errors, I'll be happy.

Oh, ok, as long as the post is successful then everything is good. I was worried maybe something was broken.

That's awesome that a mod actually responded to my questions! And so fast, too. Every minute I spend here gives me more reason not to return to 4chan. ☺♥☺♥☺♥
