Maybe a wallpaper board?
There's a few wallpaper threads floating around /pic/ and /art/ and it would be nice to have them in one place so that they're easier to find.

I think it could be a cool idea. But it's inevitable we'll have plenty of threads where people request a wallpaper that would very likely be posted about a hundred times here. A stickied thread that outlines a few guidelines wouldn't be a bad idea to go along with it, I think.
