Possibly make a delay in posting for an IP.

Say an IP can only post on one 'landing' board (maybe even once), and then can automatically post everywhere else the day after.

since every change in IP a user makes will result in a one-day wait, bans might actually work somewhat.

Not to mention keeping an anonymous hoard one topic for two days would be hard, and any attempt at dynamic IP or TORing would provoke the same effect.

If that isn't dettering newponies too much.

(also, hope you triponies don' mind me being anonymous, I prefer it that way.)

(That being said, being pretty much the only legitimate and verbose anonymous on this board is also the same as having a tripcode)

It's a great idea, an "Introductions" board, but I don't think I could work it into this shitty Kusaba system without tons of effort. It's not worth it at this point. And parasprites haven't really been that much of an issue so far (at least from what I can see)
