Come on. We all know we want it. It will be made in Unity 3D. The only problem is, i cannot model. If somepony would be kind enough to work with me, i would greatly appreciate it.

I can do some 3D modelling, but I'm not too great at it. Do you need help with coding? I've made some games and stuff in C# and java and helped program a robot in C++, but I'm in school right now, so I may not be able to help consistently. I would love to help out when I can though!

I can model quite well, but I'm not sure if I want to commit to this yet. I also know nothing about Unity (the only program I've worked in is Maya, but I'm sure the models can be exported into a format that's compatible with Unity)

It's okay guys. The only thing i need is models. I guess i could use occasional help, seeing as i am new to programming. I'm surprised no one here has heard of unity... The only cons about unity for me is the low level of script access and no Linux support yet. Wine runs it well in firefox, though.

You should model one or two generic ponies, unicorns, and plural word for Pegasus. i can edit them to look differently, and i am pretty good with environments. I can throw this together. You can email them to me. I'll give my email later.

this is for real and its going full steam ahead with a game studio being founded only for this project : Friendship Is Online.

What file format? I'd be working in Maya, which would be an .mb file by default. would that do, or would you like me to export it into a different format?

And just to make sure you aren't overshooting, I think it would be nice to start with a rough outline of the game and how it would work. Nothing fancy, just a few pages illustrating basic gameplay mechanics, and defining the overall scope of the project.

(If you're thinking of making something over the top and epic, I think I will drop out of this, as I know it won't go anywhere.)

Also keep in mind that if this project is a go, we should be cooperating. Don't try to bite off more than you can chew. I will have classes competing for my time, but those of us who can do so would very much like to help, I assure you.
