This means that according to their dreams, Rarity would get married, Rainbow Dash would become a Wonderbolt (which she already met in Sonic Rainboom), Granny Smith could walk normal again... it would be a very big update for this series. Idk, maybe as a season finalist.

yea good point, i didn't think about that. still it's kinda strange for all this commotion about the gala without them actually going to the gala. and of course just like spike's mustache not working to get rarity, she doesn't have to get married, maybe wrong type or something. just a thought

None of the good stuff will actually happen.

The main cast will set their expectations extremely high and cause trouble by trying to get what they want out of the gala. Rarity will do everything to get the attention of someone who doesn't care (Or maybe he'll turn out to be a huge jerk), Applejack will be handing out business cards to people who don't really like apples, Pinkie Pie will make a fool of herself by getting hyperactive at a high-class event, Rainbow Dash will fangasm over the Wonderbolts to the point of annoyance and Fluttershy will just be too afraid to talk to anypony.

Then at the end they'll all learn a moral about not being so damned pushy.


Alternate ending: Dragon attack gives the main cast the chance to grab everypony's attention by defeating it and then they get what they were after.

but... you can actually see that things have changed cause of the GGG after Ticket Master.
but only for Applejack.
cause in later episodes, Granny is still slow (wich is kinda normal for ponies her age) but she doesn't need her walking aid (is that what you call it in english?) anymore.
also the barn looks exactly like Applejack imagined how it should look like after the restauration.

Rarity didn't get married cause she was just HOPING for a relative of the princess, no proof he actually existed (please correct me if i'm wrong)

and Rainbow Dash, seeing her reaction at performing for a large bunch of ponies in Sonic Rainboom i guess she changed her mind in pulling all the attention to her and just watched the show of the Wonderbolts all :D

Fluttershy just wanted to love the fauna and flora so she probably did

Twillight never actually stated what she wanted to do up there so we can assume she just chatted with the princess and did the normal gala stuff that ponies do at galas

and Pinkie Pie, well, she just made one hell of a party.

i loled for a minute straight. I'm thinking it's going to be a two parter finale with a bigger plot than that though. Maybe involving an enemy after Celestia?

forgive my grammar i have to run somewhere but i just had the greatest idea for what the season finale will be

our heroes will get in each others way trying to get what each pony wants from teh gala, but ultimately falling short of their ridiculously high expectations

but then it is revealed the prince rarity wanted was a douche and is also lunas son (celestias nephew, as she said in ticket master) who wants to usurp celstias power by holding the entire gala for ransom.

he would do it with help from no other than the great and powerful trixie. who wouldve spent her days trying to figure out how to command the ursa minor.

end of first half of episode

the second part will be the situation getting out of hand as princess celestia comes in and fights, but a trap is set for her. our heroes run and panic and then find each other, and fight some more, then apologize and make up.

they try to take trixie and celestias nephew out but fail (because they were expecting them to use the elements anyway)

but then luna comes out of nowhere and saves the day

celestia is pissed at the two bad guys, but luna says not to banish them

moral of the story : forgiveness and understanding are important parts of friendship

...at least thats my prediction
