Here's an idea, why not just permaban Pipes before things get out of hand?

This is literally the "Pipes cycle", after getting permabanned some time passes and he gets unbanned for some reason, integrates with the community for awhile, then slowly starts being creepier and more aggressive for no reason until it becomes a problem like every other time, eventually leading to another permaban.

This is literally like the third time I have seen this happen lol

Idk where everyone got the impression that just saying "kys" is against the rules.
Pipes was changing his name and trip code to get around leas filter and stuff to fallow him through threads to give him shit, and yeah "kys" was one of the things he was spamming, but not the only thing. Thats why it was harassment, not just because he said kys, but because he was circumventing filters and fallowing him around to do it after lea clearly asked pipes to leave him alone on several occasions.
Lea took all the right steps to try to avoid it on their own before they asked for mod help, which is why he got it, and pips wasnt banned for saying "kys", he was banned for continuing to bypass leas filter just to talk shit to him, after he had been warned by neppy and I several time not to.

So all this "he said it too" and reports of people saying "kys" is pretty meaningless.
Though, i will say, its lame for him to go around talking shit to others when he can't take it himself, i agree, but he took all the steps and did everything the right way which is why he got mod help in the first place. He didnt just say "pipes said kys! Waaa!". He did everything he could on his own to avoid the situation, so the compliant had legitimacy.
