So here's a question for the site users in general:

Does anyone actually want Steam Twist around?

Seriously, do you? Steam Twist was permabanned a few years back for constant disruptive behavior ranging from levying generalized accusations and insults against the site users in general to posting extreme fetish art that, whilst not actually explicit, was disgusting and uncalled for. There's a lot more, but that's not actually super important because the important thing is that he hasn't changed.

He still does everything he did prior, though now he just isn't being banned because "It's not against the rules on /ef/."

This isn't a rules matter, however. This is a matter of overall site quality and decency. Knowing that he's not changed from his previous ways and knowing that it will continue, does anyone actually want him around.

We need more people here, not less.
I think I see steam finally coming around. I've put hope in him changing only to get disappointed several times, but he legit seems to be doing a bit better now. Hopefully nothing cataclysmic goes down in his life and makes him fly off the deep end again. It's always something like that that seems to make posters regress.
