Weird. Trying to visit ponychan on my phone throws up a 403 Forbidden. No ban messages or anything (though I'm pretty sure I haven't misbehaved any).

Maybe carrier is blocking it or someone using the same cell DHCP was uncommonly naughty to warrant a beyond-ban-message ban.
