uBlock 3rd party list problem AnonymousCountry code: blank.gif, country type: blank, valid: 14653

Somehow ponychan.net wound up listed in a third party filter list. The Fanboy+Easylist Merged list kills two birds with one stone and covers over 140,000 urls.

I shut down Fanboy+Easylist Merged and went back to the individual lists. In reality, you see no difference except that ponychan isn't barred by uBlock.

I installed the merged ultimate list from

And I'm not getting that error. "ponychan" doesn't appear anywhere in the text file.

Thanks for checking. I'll stick to the individual lists for now since that works fine.

For the record, the result was the same with Firefox and Waterfox, both current builds. If I find myself in the mood, I'll try again only adding the https to the URL when I come here.

It's kind of odd that it's being tripped by "*". Not that that trips it at all since * is a wildcard that matches everything before or after it (or before and after it), but because it's there at all in your case.

Just discovered Ublock is blocking Spotify except only on my phone, which I think makes it even more likely that there is simply some issue with Ublock atm.

Just wondering which list is blocking the Spotify app? This seems more an issue with the filter list than uBlock, especially if it is a third party list. Since uBlock is working fine otherwise, pulling the plug on the offending filter list appears to be the quickest way to resolve the problem.

I don't have a Spotify app or account, so I don't know how it works.

If it is a web browser app, you would see a page block like my first post image. The offending list is near the bottom of the image. You should get a similar message if uBlock is involved in the process.

After looking at what I could find online about Adguard Mobile Filter, I'd suggest a substitute filter list if you have choices in your copy of uBlock. I don't use that specific filter list so I have no experience with it.
