I found a different game. Based on the absence of notable characters Cozy Glow and Autumn Blaze, I concluded this picture does not in fact contain all G4 characters. It's most recent character appears to be Terramar from Surf and Turf. It's first notable absences are Firelight and Stellar Flare. From this, I was ready to date this pic at 2018, between April 21st and May 4th.

Then I realized there was no Lyra or Bon Bon and gave up.
