You know, that could actually be an interesting take on Mecha Godzilla, it'd be kind of like Kiryu from the Millennium series which was built around the bones of the original Godzilla. Although there's the question of why they would build such a thing, since they chose to go with the defender of the planet characterisation for the big G this time rather than the rampaging monster.

I STILL don't know why you'd need to use bones as the core of a robot. I mean... that doesn't even make any SENSE. there's literally no reason to do that, its not like your Metal robot needs White blood cells or anything.

I think it's something to do with the DNA being integrated into quasi-organic computer controls so that it could take care of subconscious motor control functions for the crew. Or in other words I think, it was essentially an AI to take care of other functions that the pilot didn't need to focus on.

For example, I think that MechaGodzilla was the only one that could move its tail and use it for attacks.

I started to make a post joking about the world leaders being horribly tight fisted with metal, but they legitimately DID tell the people building mecha-godzilla to fuck off on Spare parts before (when they refused to give them a giant diamond to repair one of its weapons), so there's precedent.

Actually though, on what its made of: What IS space titanium? I mean, isn't that like Normal titanium just... from space?
