Nose seems off. Hands are definitely off. No shame in that though: hands are notoriously difficult to draw. I have no luck with human characters any time I doodle. I always get the proportions wrong.

Adorable and heart warming at first glance, but those forelegs look really creepy when you take a longer look. I don't know if this was a perspective error or not, but it might help to make those forelegs about twice as thick as they are now and straighten the edges up so they don't appear so withered and stunted.

Not much to critique on the other three as they look pretty decent.
