Hey there. I haven't been to Ponychan in like three years, so you'll have to excuse me if this is in the wrong area.

I'm looking for place to get a good quality Rarity plush that won't cost me an arm and a leg. I pre-ordered with 4DE back in late May, but they haven't said a single word about it since June, and my email has gone unanswered for three weeks now.

Anyone know where I can find a plush that isn't terrible Hasbro quality, but won't be three hundred dollars or more, either?

Have you considered making one yourself (you can find a youtube tutorial about this stuff)?
As I see it:
+ it will cost you less (you'll be paying only for materials)
+ you can add any details you want (how soft you want it, what pose, is it going to have a hole)
+ you'll learn something cool

Sure, it will take a lot of time and work, but probably not as much as finding someone to do it for you...


On the second though: I know how to sew (although I've never made a pony) and I have some free time.
How much are you willing to pay for a plush that's on your first picture?

I have never constructed a plush or anything resembling a plush. I have exactly zero sewing skills. I can't even sew a button onto my dress shirt. So...probably not gonna be making it myself.

I'm actually not looking for *that* plush, just a Rarity plush in general. I'm looking for $100 or so to spend on it.

Nothing too big. 6-10 inches is a good size for a plush.

Depends on the quality you want. And the size. Personally I've always Gone with Serenity-Sama. She's a bit pricey, but it's top quality stuff. And considering what Whitedove charges for similar stuff, I'd say she's the best bang for your buck.
