>>2487580To Hasbro, and each working member of the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic team:
Everypony here at Ponychan.net would like to thank you for what you have created. It’s an honor that you have actually connected with your fan-base by just including two subtle words in your release of the Equestia Girls pony music video. Many companies will not even think of their fans, but you have definitely helped to form a stronger bond linking The Hub with its older audience.
Many of us at Ponychan would not have expected to get giddy over a “little girl’s cartoon” before you aired the show. Some of us were hooked from the start, and others joined because of a friend showing a few episodes. But from the beginning of the first episode, any human with eyes can see that the animation done is top-notch, and with even terrible hearing they can tell that the voice acting, sound effects, and songs are perfect. Everything technical-wise is flawless, and has been constantly.
But it’s not the image or the sound of the show that has written this letter. It’s how the characters actually teach what the show is about. Not an episode goes by without explaining a simple, but necessary, way to treat your friends or live a better life. And because many of us are “adults” now, we know all these things. They’re the same thing taught to us from society, a basic understanding of how to act. Yet no one seems to use this knowledge.
Friendship is Magic has re-taught many of us to let the childhood friendship flow from us. It teaches us that true, unconditional love of our friends can, and will, form a bond with any person we meet. We have all learned, for our second time,
how to use the knowledge we’ve had, and to actually use it on a daily basis. With these little ponies, you’ve created a die-hard fan-base that wants to go out, make somepony else happy, and help the world to reconnect with itself.
You haven’t created a television show for us; you’ve created a new way for us to live. With what you’ve given us, we can go out to help make the world a stronger, friendlier place. And we couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you Hasbro, and to each employee that has made our life better. Thank you.
Fix my mistakes, everypony!
