As these stems did not go through the master bus compression + limiting, it may be essential that you pull down the master volume down and compress + limit them yourself.

Backing synths refer to arps and chord "hits" you may hear in the chorus.
Pads include both saw pad, one that's side-chain'd and the one that isn't side-chain'd.
