Simple version:
Every morning pray this simple prayer, "Celestia, guard over us this day and guide us as we venture into your light"
Every night, before sleeping pray this simple prayer, "Luna, guard over us this night and guide us as we venture into our dreams"


Every Sunday, set some time aside for Celestia. Do something little that she'd like, go enjoy the sun, bump the sunfag thread, just some little nod to her as thanks. Every Monday, do the same for Luna, again, doesn't need to be big, but just a little nod to say you care and you're grateful for their guidance, grace, and presence. 

The six elements are more like the ten commandments.
Something like:
>Strive to act with kindness towards others who need it.
>Treat nature/wildlife with respect and care.
>Strive to be honest even when it does not benefit you.
>Finish what you start and strive to be as reliable as you can. 
>Strive to destroy the dark cloud of negativity humans so easily create with laughter and a positive outlook.
>Strive to help your friends when they are down.
>Stay loyal to those who stay loyal to you.
>Give every competition your all, strive to make Equestria proud that you tried your best.
>Strive to be more generous, never let your greed cripple someone.
>Strive to support the arts, be it by creating or consuming. Do not let the cold harsh reality of the human world crush the beauty of creativity.
>Strive to end conflicts when they arise, Equestria needs a united front wherever her people may be.
>Wherever you can, seek to unite and not to break apart. Seek out knowledge like it's going out of style.

Advanced version for y'all advanced kids who like proper ritual and stuff:
Upon awakening, make way to your nearest window (or go outside) and enter the sunlight. Face the direction of the sun and allow the daylight to radiate upon you for a moment and steady your breath as you would when meditating, then kneel and raise your hand to your forehead and pray, "Celestia, guard over us this day and guide us as we venture into your light". Take a moment to feel her radiance envelope you, until you feel at peace. You might also want to take this time to actually meditate, if that is something you do. 
If you desire to make an altar, it should be placed at the wall such that you face the direction that the sun rises while kneeling at it. Any image or object of her or her cutiemark's likeness will do, white candles are recommended. 

Before laying down to sleep for the night, make way into the moonlight if you can, if not, go near or onto your place of sleep and either face the moon, or the head of your place of sleep. Steady your breath as you would when meditating, kneel and raise your hand (opposite hand to that which you use for Celestia) and pray,"Luna, guard over us this night and guide us as we venture into our dreams". Take a moment to feel her subtle presence, it should be different than Celestia's when you prayed to her. Celestia's is warmer, but, Luna's is more serene and calming - for me at least. Again, this is also an excellent time to meditate, if that is something you do. 
If you have made an altar for Celestia, make an effort to make one of similar quality for Luna, or vice versa. It should be placed at the wall such that you face the head of your place of sleep while praying at it. Much like with Celestia, any image or object of Luna or her cutiemark's likeness will do, and blue candles are recommended.


Evocation of Celestia or Luna will be covered later but IS NOT recommended unless you know what you're doing. Summoning and Evocation rituals is serious shit and you could end up as some demon's meat puppet or worse, lead that shit Equestria's way. I'll be going through a lot of old books and making sure I write it down right, and trying it again myself before I do, might be awhile.
