Basic Gameplay

You can advance through the text by left-clicking anywhere or pressing the space bar. If the text speed is set to the maximum in the options menu, the text appears instantly. If the text speed is set lower, you can click to instantly fill the text box without waiting.

You can use the scroll-wheel on your mouse to go back through previous text boxes, and can even use this to alter choices you've made.

At any time, you can choose to skip parts of the date that you've seen by clicking on the fast forward button in the lower right corner of the screen. By default it will only skip until you reach a choice or a text box you haven't yet seen, but this can be changed in the options menu.

When you're prompted to make a choice for Fluttershy, you can left-click on the buttons or select them with your arrow keys and press enter to choose.

Lastly, don't worry! There are no bad endings. All love has a little conflict, and this date is no exception, but you can't "lose" the date. You can't ruin the date by making the wrong choices.

About

I'm Robin Daydream, an artist and writer and real life pony, and if you're interested in my pony shipping styles, you can find more of my work at howdoponieswork on tumblr. This is my first visual novel, which I made to get some practice with Ren'Py, and I hope you enjoy it!

The font used in the game is Si Kancil. All sounds were made by me using sfxr.

This game is dedicated to my partners Eli and Scott, who taught me everything I know about love.
