We all know about the Story of the Blanks, but sometimes people want to play the game from a different perspective. Here, we've re-created the game in 3D. I'll have to admit that in some ways the original is better, but it's the thought that counts, right? I hope you enjoy playing Blocky Pony - Story of the Blanks 3D.
On a side note, I'm sorry I'm unable to support a Mac version at the time. As soon as I can, I will.

I recently downloaded the linux build on a fresh Ubuntu, and couldn't get this to work. Eventually I managed to get it to work, but idk what exactly I did to do it. I think it's one(or more) of these:
sudo apt-get install clang
sudo apt-get install libc6-dev-i386
sudo apt-get install libcurl3:i386
sudo apt-get install libssl-dev:i386
remember that it's a good idea to "sudo apt-get update" after working with Linux packages.

It's been awhile since we mentioned that we'd extend the game, and we've been kinda busy with other projects, so I'll have to postpone the extention of this game. Sorry about that.
The game has been updated with more camera controls. You can now press Ctrl to make the camera look in front of you(this is holdable) and you can zoom, with the scroll wheel. Hopefully this will help with Roneo's maze, as well as the game in general. There are some other improvements as well, but I don't think we need to get into those ones.
Hello!
I am a big fan of the original Story of the Blanks by Donitz, and yeah, like the pony at the beginning of the game said, it is rather disappointing that there aren't many remakes or follow-ups to something so awesome. So I'm really glad you made this! I played through it and it was quite fun.
Did have some issues, though. The camera controls are really, really iffy, especially when in close spaces such as the maze inside Roneo's house. Also, during the chase from the Blanks at the end, they seem to come out of nowhere, which is troublesome especially when every character including yourself moves much too fast. It took much trial-and-error and learning where they spawn from to get through the last part.
Nonetheless, I very much enjoyed this. Not exactly what I expected, it could've been done better, but I liked it.
Thanks for your comment! I completely agree with you with all this. Also the pony at the beginning was put there on accident lol. She was supposed to be a secret in another area. We will get to working on everything you talked about.
There is now a secret in the game. Have fun finding it! Also, we're planning on extending this game beyond the original storyline.
We have fixed a bug that caused the credits to be first shown, and subsequently, the game's end. Now you can fully enjoy the game.
