Apparently this is worse than we thought." "Bah..." > You shrug and plop down onto the table. "I doubt it. We already thought it was this bad from the get go." > He sighed. > "I don't know how she can do this. She's literally telling others to kill you on sight." > You shrug. > "Aren't you afraid!?" "Yeah." > You reach over and pick up a rotting apple. > "Then why are you just sitting here, you should be worried, you should've let me deal with this on my own!" > You found yourself laughing at that. "What? Seriously? I'm the one who got us dragged into this... well technically Cadance did, but if I hadn't said anything you would be fathering someone's kid.” > You shrug. "So what if I might die trying to help a friend out? If I just ran away what makes me true to my word when I say something like oh..." > You hop off of the table and pat his head. "Shining you are one of my closest friends and I'm glad we managed to stay this close." > Shining gave you a small smile. > "That's cool and all, but that speech was kind of gay." > You throw your head back and wave your hand in the air. "Don't become another me, their can't be two of me running around." > "Right, because then total world annihilation would happen." "Yeah." > You shrug once more. "And everybody wouldn't know which Anon to get a dicking from." > Shining hummed disapprovingly. "So what else have you got?" > "Not much else, they knew we had disappeared and they were getting worried we haven't shown up yet." "Anything else?" > "Negative." He paused and shook his head clear. "Celestia and Luna are upset about all of this but so far they seem to be docile." > He sighed. > "Twilight's supposedly ready to attack if you show up as well." “So showing up at the doorstep is out of the option?” > “Yes.” > You yawn. "Well, I suggest you get some rest. We already know our objective, and if you want to come up with some tactics be my guest." > You slump against one of the crates and tip your head down. > You had learned to sleep like this after awhile, not every place you had been let you lie down. > Sleep overtook you shortly after.   > Bang! > You snap your eyes open. > You push away from the crate and rub the sleep from your eyes. "Huh?" > You glance upwards as something moved across the boards. > You look back at Shining who was passed out on the table, the ham radio's static just barely audible through the headphones. > Thump, thump, thump, thump. > That was a Quadrupeds gait. > The Cellar door suddenly flung open, letting moonlight in. > "They're in there." Gilda's voice rang. > Shining shuffled and began to awake. > What the- > A white unicorn clad in golden armor made his way down the steps. > He stopped suddenly and stared at you. "Aw fuck!" > "A-A-Anonymous!" > "Kill him!" a stallions voice from up above shouted. > He let out a shout as his horn began to glow with a green energy. > You roll towards Shining. > The crates practically exploded from the force of the beam, sending splinters everywhere. > The unicorn turned to pop off another blast. > A blue beam of magic suddenly hit him. > The unicorn let out a series of strange noises as he threw his hooves around in a spasmodic bursts. > Suddenly he seized up and fell to the ground, stiff as a board. > Oh nice, paralyzed. > "Come out! We've got six whole patrol ships out here!" > You glance back at Shining who nodded. > He stepped in front of you and led the way. > You follow him silently. > When he first stepped out the sound of what seemed like hundreds of lances raising filled the air. > You pop your head out and let a long whistle escape your lips. > So many golden clad guards they practically took up the entire deck glared down at the two of you. > Gilda and Gerald hovered in the sky, watching silently.
