2 things here: Who ever wrote this changes from Armor, to Armour a lot. And equal to would most likely be better than "as".
 
Cleave: can attack fmultiple targets as long as they are in range and close to each other. Every target beyond one increases the chance o a critical miss (attacking 2 targets crit fails on 1-2; attacking 5 targets crit fails on 1-5; etc)
