((The day has come for Light to finally date her waifu, despite having been with her for several months already. The Inn during this time of the evening is, as usual, rather crowded with ponies, new arrivals and old alike, doing the same old same old things. The constant murmuring of ponies chatting, bantering and drinking gave the place the usual quaint charm. As GreenLight stepped in the inn, and with a bit of SMOOTH acting, asks his very special somepony on a very special somepony.)) -*- GreenLight whirls up the ole IC once more, after an... interesting morning which he shouldn't delve into, and a very long Vault tour that he can't delve into [on account of it not happening yet. :Y ] He yawns wide, opening the doors to the Inn and creaking floorboards respond as he trots in. Stumbling softly, he grumbles as he trips and rolls forward, bumping headfirst into a table. "yeah inn is actually known for being fairly busy at random times, and ded the next. Get in while its hot...ms vanilla" "Ms. Vanilla, huh?" -*- Star_ rubs his face and finishes his water, reading the notes he's made in his notebook silently. Now that he's gotten back to magic work, he's got so much more to learn and so little time to learn it... -*- Vanilla_Skies looks back at the blacksmith. "I was going to be looking for some weapons and armor to go adventuring when I get a bit more experience and finish learning how to fly." -*- WhiteLight idly casts a glance back to Vanilla_Skies and raising her hoof up on a gesture, mouth ipening as if about to talk but the sight of a certain Green pony tripping head first into a table shuts her up and scares her a little, "L-Light? Uhm... Need help down there Love?" "Well, lucky for you, Ms. Vanilla, because I soon plan to get back to work!" -*- Resheph keeps an eye on Feli as she naps near the fire, sitting down at a nearby table -*- GreenLight blearily stumbles to his feet, hopping once to get those stars outta his vision. GreenLight rolled 1d20: 20 "But first!" -*- GreenLight has a devilish smirk, his nat 20 along with his acting ability giving him a silly idea. Swaying a little bit, he mumbles "H-how do you know my name, miss cute pony?" -*- Ferric walks over to the napping Feli and quietly lays a small, carved wooden pony next to the sleeping filly." "Now, Ms. Vanilla, would you like something to eat?" "Awww, thanks Ferric" -*- Resheph doesn't mention the one she had already "No problem buddy. Now, this may be a weird question, Reshiram, but is this the only foal you have?" "Yep" "Why?" -*- Curious sees whitleight get distracted by the mean green streak "hey there Greenlight, 9.5 on the manouver, very good form" "Good. I thought you had two, and I felt bad for giving so many gifts to one and not the other..." -*- Vanilla_Skies looks at the smith before stretches her legs, and then her neck with its bedraggled mane and her little less worse for wear wings. "Its what I came down here for, and I haven't figured out how I would pay for such gear anyway" -*- Star_ just decides to throw caution to the wind and do what he wants, for a change. "Resheph? Mind getting me some berryvodka?" -*- GreenLight flusters about, squabbling at Curious "N-nine point five? Good form?!? I-I wasn't tryin' ta hit on her o-or anything... T-though she is a qt..." -*- Ferric warily eyes the pony hitting on his little sister... -*- WhiteLight raised an eyebrow, chuckling softly under her breath whilst her hovoes slowly picked up the tea cup, "W-why--? Gee i dunno!" She cracked up into giggles as she took a sip of her tea, "Maybe its the color mister cute pone?" "Sure" he goes behind the bar and makes the drink before giving it to Star -*- Ferric decides they must know each other. -*- Star_ nods in thanks before downing the mug rather quickly, faster than he usually drinks. -*- GreenLight swishes his tail taking a seat next to White. "A color as pure as snow! What's not ta like?" -*- Curious is just secretly a russian judge. She slides her ushanka under the table "no reeson comrade, joost not wholly pearfekt" -*- Resheph returns to Ferric and Feli "well, still, try not to spoil her" "She has a bunch of toys already..." -*- GreenLight offers a hoof, smiling somewhat sheepishly "My name's Green Light, and it's a pleasure meeting ya- Sorry about my entrance, I seemed to bonk my head." He frowns, crinkling his nose "I'm usually a very balanced and manly pony, promise!" -*- Ferric turns back to Reshiram. "Awww, but spoiling cute fillies is what's best in life!" -*- Ferric realizes what he just said. -*- Ferric does his best to make his face one with the bar top. -*- Resheph take out his notebook "and another addition to ponies who can't go near Feli....." He says seriously to mess with Ferric -*- Star_ runs the tip of his hoof around the rim of the empty mug, tapping it a few times. That should at least help with the headaches... -*- WhiteLight snrks, eyeing the cheeky pony with a massive genuine smile as she quickly turns to face Curious again, "Oh my ,such compliments!" She giggled unable to stifle that hint of playful ness in her tone, resisting the urge to just kiss him for the sake of the joke "Yis you did, my name is WhiteLight good sir that i totally don't know." -*- Ferric proceeds to grind his face into the bar, possibly attaining splinters in the process. "Okay, I had my fun, it was a joke Ferric" -*- WhiteLight lowers her cup down to the table again, and promptly shakes his hoof, "Can i just hug you now Lighty?" She whispered whislt she shook his hoof. -*- Curious just leans her head forward, supporting with her hooves and swishing her tail side by side as she watches the Light's. A grin creeps across her face as she just enjoys the moment "Whadda name!" He nods sagely "Good taste in last names, miss." He looks to the mare and flusters "W-whoa, buy me a drink first...~" -*- Vanilla_Skies looks over at the unicorn smith with a smirk "when you said get something to eat I didn't know you thought the bar was something to eat" -*- GreenLight touches hooves, oh gosh the lewd -*- Ferric groans. He's successfully made himself look like an idiot again. His ears blush visibly. -*- Star_ grumbles a little, the sappiness of the ponies behind him making him wanna gag.... -*- Ferric sends invisible waves of meta-negativity towards Star_ for being salty about something HE DID. "Excuse me? Fine I'll buy a frigging drink." She quickly looks over to the counter, glancing over to Curious again "Curi this pony needs a drink quick. Otherwise he wont hug me." -*- Ferric looks over at Whitelight. "I'll hug you! Again!" -*- Vanilla_Skies just kind of shuffles on her hooves awkwardly, the bar a little crowded for her tastes. -*- WhiteLight glances back towards Ferric again "Iz gud! No need!" She hurries to respond. "Okay." "No its fine you can hug me..." -*- GreenLight :o faces as he sees Ferric offer to hug. "Whoa! You're a popular mare here. I guess one hug wouldn't hurt." -*- Ferric notices Vanilla_Skies looking uncomfortable. "Wanna sit at one of the less crowded tables and have a drink or some dinner?" -*- GreenLight brings a hoof to White's shoulder, hooking his left hoof through her side as he embraces the mare, taking a sniff. "Mmm, you smell nice." He stage whispers to Curious 'is she single?' -*- Vanilla_Skies is glad to just get some food and go back to sleep, but decides to humor the embarrassed pony and have dinner. "Yeah, sure, that sounds fine and stuff I guess." -*- WhiteLight cracks up a the word 'popular' sideglancing him with a wide smirk, taking up her cup of tea again "Ur funny, i keel u last." She quickly takes another sip, almost dropping the tea as he actually leans in to hug her! "Eeee! Let me put down the tea silly!" -*- Ferric pulls out a chair for Vanilla_Skies at a corner table. -*- GreenLight flusters, quickly moving back and nervously fidgeting his forehooves on the table. "Waugh! S-sorry! Shit, Lights, getcho head in the game." -*- WhiteLight grumbles as the mare QUICKLY sets the cup back down over the counter before leaning in to hug him as well, resting her head right beside his "Yisss hugs!--" She stops her cheet somewhat abruptly as he addresses Curious like that and begins to break into giggles, "I could say the same about you...~" -*- Vanilla_Skies sits down at the chair, this being the first time eating with someone she feels a tiny bit awkward about the state of her tangled mane and ruffled feathers. "So, what do you usually get here?" -*- Star_ closes up his notebook and puts it back in his shirt, his headache finally dulling out some thanks to the little bit of alcohol he's had. Star stands up and spins around, clip-clopping to the door and out of the inn to try and get some sleep back at home. -*- Resheph puts on his apron and preps the kitchen "I don't really know. I usually fend for myself off in the woods or something like that." -*- Ferric gestures to a server pony. "What kind of food do they have here?" -*- GreenLight crinkles his nose, scrunched deep in thought. "Erm... W-well, ah, heh." He clears his throat, resting his forehoof on the table like a cool guy. "I'll certainly ask ya out if the answer's yes, ya know..." -*- Vanilla_Skies looks a little surprised "fending for yourself in the woods? Sounds dangerous. The only danger I've dealt with is possibly rolling out of bed onto my back or sleeping on a wing." "Meh. It's my fault really. I could have had them build me a house last summer. Or the summer before last..." "Usually soup and sandwiches but if you ask for anything specific I'll see what I can do" he says to Ferric -*- WhiteLight continues smiling to him, although it falters for a moment as she sees Star_ leaving at the corner of her eye "Shiiit i need to ask Star some questions!" She whispered, pouting in his direction... Before just shaking her head, "Should've--... Hm." She stopped after Lights last comment, actually rather taken aback by it "O-Oh? Uh... But of course! How can i say no to such a nice pony like you!" -*- Ferric looks over to Vanilla. "I'm guessing that this is more like breakfast time for you?" -*- Enoka_ comes into the inn as she sits down on the couch -*- GreenLight smiles wide, tail thumping against the counter "W-whoa! I, um, didn't actuallyexpectayes..." He coughs, clearing his throat, the pony such a good actor you'd think he really was seeing this mare for the first time, cheeks reddened and all. "G-great! I, um, I'm not doin' anything..." -*- Vanilla_Skies yawns, and then wonders where it came from "eh, not really. I usually just get food whenever i happen to roll out of bed" "Hmm... Well, I'm always in the mood for breakfast food. Hey Resheph, do you make pancakes?" "ughh god I'm terrible at this..." She quickly looked away from him, both finish her tea which she does with one big gulp, and to hide her genuine pink blush behind her long blue hair and the cup... Setting the cup back down and clicking her tongue, looking back to him for a second and giving him a boop on the nose, "M-me neither I'm just... Hanging around like usual... Meh." -*- Enoka_ knows we don't have the ingredients to fight... "Sure, any kind in paticular?" "Regular old. We wouldn't happen to have maple syrup, huh? If not, Jam goes on top really well." -*- GreenLight smiles wide, squeaking a tiny bit at the boop. He hops off the booth, and extends a hoof to White "Well then, Miss Light... Care ta go on a walk?" "I'll see what I can do" he goes into the kitchen -*- Ferric starts to say "Nilla didn't orde-- Damn, he's gone." "awwww, abducting her before we can even get into a real good discussion, greenlight? darn. We barely spoke about Star and strange european habits" -*- WhiteLight looked at him for a second, her muzzle scrunching in through before she literally beams up a grin going from cheek to cheek, scooping up the sandwch again and putting what is left of it all in her mouth, nodding her head to him, waving her hoof towards Ferric and Vanilla_Skies, and then quickly taking his hoof as she stands up from the stool. "Bye Light!" -*- Vanilla_Skies shakes her head before waving back the the American flag colored pony she doesn't remember if she caught the name of or not. -*- WhiteLight quickly swallowed down her food, wiping the crumbs off her mouth with her scarf, "Ugh, i swear I'm not usually this impolite." She said, actuall worry in her voice as she walked alongside him, still kinda eyeing Vanilla_Skies reaaally wanting to go over and talk to her... -*- Ferric sees the kind of confused-- if that's not too strong a word for it-- look on Vanilla's face. "Hae you met my adopted sister, WhiteLight?" -*- GreenLight tilts his head at Curious "O-oh, sorry! Ah... maybe sometime later then?" He quirks his head back to White, scrunching "H-hee, you're perfectly polite! Um, something tells me you wanna talk ta Vanilla over there, though?" -*- Vanilla_Skies shakes her head again, thinking it'll come flying off if she does it much more this night "no, I don't think I have.." "She's a real nice pony. Used to be RIDICULOUSLY shy, but she's opened up a lot since she got here." -*- Curious snickers "oh but I couldnt deprive you of such a promising catch. I have other people here I can bother~" -*- GreenLight sheepishly smiles and thanks Curious, hiding a small yawn -*- Resheph comes out and serves the two "there was no syrup" *the two being vanilla and ferric* -*- Ferric looks at his pancakes, an expression of awe and wonder on his face. He levels a face of undying gratitude at Resheph. -*- WhiteLight raises an eyebrow to him, apparently her wish to talk to the mare was a dead giveaway, judging by how pouty she was starting to look, "Kinda... I haven't properly greeted her yet i usually do when i see a new pony..." She said, pursing her lip as she continued to stare in the mare's direction, although quickly shaking her head as she sees him yawn... "But I'd rather go out with you right now..." -*- GreenLight :o faces, good golly! "I-if'n you insist, it's really not a problem. Just head outside or to the table, I-I'll follow ya either way." Goodness, by how beta he was being you really think he is tripping over this mare! -*- Booze_Hound walks up from the cellar "Eyyyy" "Booze! What's up?" -*- Vanilla_Skies stares at the plate of pancakes, wondering how to eat in public since all she's done since getting here is eat in her room. "Hey Resh" !roll 1d20+2 Ferric rolled 1d20: 18 -*- Ferric deftly picks up a pancake with his telekinesis, rolls it into a tight little spiral around the jam in his light blue aura, and begins to chow down. -*- WhiteLight eyes the mare sitting at the side of the room with Ferric some more, scrunching her muzzle like an accordion before quickly looking back to him "Were are we going again?" She said all casually a she started to smile sweetly again. "W-well, ah..." He scratches the back of his mane, as if he doesn't know "I figured we'd start out with a nice walk through town, a-and see where it takes us!" -*- Ferric 's meta-senses tingle, but he shall not be distracted from the pancakes, nor the cute mare he's with! -*- Vanilla_Skies still looks at the plate of pancakes confused as to how to eat them without making a huge mess, the telekinetic show across the table proving her problem. "Perfect!" She cheerfully chimed as she grasped onto his forehoof all of a sudden, "Thats sounds good to meitsnotlikethatswhatidoeveryday!" She sputtered as she quickly RUSHED out towards the exit qute literally dragging him along. -*- Enoka_ smells pancakes as her nose twitches -*- Ferric uses his hoof to slowly slide a fork across the table to Vanilla, before picking up a spoon with his hoof. Don't ask him how that works. It just does... -*- GreenLight :D faces as he leaves with White, out to the Town Square. **Fourcannon's Town Square** 4AM, Evening/Dusk. ((Outside of the inn was the middle of another cold, pre-spring night, the roads, trees decorating the sides of the road and the roofs still coated with snow. The snow on the road is sparce as most of it has already began to melt away under the rising temperatures of the sun, along the main, medievaly like, road leading south to north, and intersecting with another one going east to west in the middle of the town, were the town hall resided, was quiet and lifeless mostly, the few ponies that still were outside were rushing for their homes to end their day, leaving only a few guard patrols and our two ponies, plus one. The light of the rising sun visible in the horizon behind the tall mountains, the houses and the palisade around the town. The couple of Light's were heading towards the riverside... Until White, after having dragged GreenLight out of the inn, decides to postpone for a little.)) -*- GreenLight flusters something fierce as he blushes brightly at the mare practically dragging him, the two slowing down slightly as the pegasus leans a little back, as if the mare was going way too fast for a first date! "Oh! Maybe, ah... we can trot over to the Riverside? There's this little clearing that I don't really tell many other ponies about, it's like its own little slice of paradise!" -*- Star_ stares up at the dark, cloudy sky, the moon making its appearance known with its illumination through the dense cloud cover. He even spots a few stars making their presence known through holes in the blanket of clouds overhead... -*- WhiteLight sliiides along the snow and falls on her side as he suddenly pulls her into a dead stop in her hasty trot, "G-Guh--Hm!" She looks up at him blinking and blushing a tad more as she starts looking a little sheepish, maaaybe she shouldt be going so fast, as she thinks that for a moment, knitting her brows and shifting her eyes down over the road which she just fell on, she could've executed things better... "Uhm... Sure?" -*- GreenLight positively smiles, trotting with the mare through the slightly, slightly warmer weather. Compared to winter. "I-if'n you wanna, that is. It's secluded, b-but I won't do anything sketchy, swear on muh labcoat!" "Sure we c-can go to the river---" She quickly shifts around on her belly for a moment and picking herself up, somewhat slowly... "S-ssside! Ehm." She dusted her uniform and boots off, and rubbed one behind her neck... "... Oh, rigth because you could totally be... Heh..." "I'm still armed anyways..." She added on a more queit note as she hurried to trot after him towards the western road. -*- GreenLight puffs his cheeks out, indignant. "I swear, I ain't that kinda pony! U-uhm, good to know, heehee. You can probs take me in a fight either way, with your supah earth pony strength." They pass through the townsquare, almost towards the part of town considered the Riverside. "Y-ya alright there? Didja trip?" -*- Star_ leans his head on his hoof as he sits, thinking to himself about nothing in particular. The stallion simply lets his mind go where it wants, staring up at the moon. His horn begins to glow a little, an outward sign of his inner attempts at meditation... "I like how you ask and don't help." her tone was one of a reproach, even though it really didn't matter to her, too much. She unceremoniously trots forward taking a deep breath as she starts to look around... Just kinga gazing at nothing... "And uh... Yeah you better be scurred cause i can TOTALLY beat you in a fight and not like... Fling my sword away when i swing it." -*- GreenLight nervously laughs before facehooving, grumbling to himself about messin' up, but putting his hoof down after and trotting alongside the mare, occasionally bumping sides with her. "Hey, you're the one in fancy garb! I wouldn't dare ta test my luck, heh. But I'll have ya know, I'm a master at puns!" "Oh nuuu!" She exclaimed in phony surprise to that, looking back to him-- Until her eyes lock over a familiar unicorn sitting all alone on a bench... She once again scrunched her muzzle HARD as she thought about going over to him, "--Crying out loud ugh-- Uhm," she paused, squinting her eyes... "I see, i see, You have some deadly puns at your disposal?" -*- GreenLight nods solemnly "Aye, if used correctly they can cause puns of damage and frustration." Blinking for a bit before seeing that unicorn as well. "Oh! Didn't ya havta ask this pony some questions? This is a pretty good coincidence for that, I think." -*- WhiteLight siiiiighed, pouting as this was actually important. Conflicted for a minute as she gazed over that unicorn in silence... And then after a short delay, started trotting over to him "I'm just going to ask one question..." and hastily closed in right behind the stallion's bench... -*- WhiteLight 's hooves audibly clopped as the road was suddenly silent, almost nopony around other than the three... The mare stopping right behind the bench and looking down at Star_, deadpan a she had to actually think how to begin this "Excuse me... Star?" -*- GreenLight nodnods, parking his rear and giving the two some space. It might be a personal question, and it'd be rude to intrude! -*- Star_ remains focused on his thoughts, trying to sort them out one by one in his head like some metaphorical filing system...and he was making some pretty good headway, until he heard some hooves clip-clopping behind him and his name get called. He turns back to the caller some, a yellow eye focusing on Whitelight. "Yes?" -*- WhiteLight can't help but smile a little, rearing up on the back of the bench to rest her forelegs as she looked down at him with her usual kind smile and friendly look. "Mind if i ask you something or is this a bad time?" -*- Star_ stretches high up in the air, his shirt lifting up a bit and showing some relatively new bite marks lined across his torso. Whatever tried to take a chomp outta him must've been huge. "Well, I'm already at my very worst," Star replies almost non-chalantly, "so it's only uphill from here. What's up?" The mare was wearing a vault technician attire if it hadn't been noticed beforehand, a white overcloak was donned over the black uniform with a lock patch insignia adorning the chest part, along with black boots and scarf of course. "I needed to ask about that book that you... Used on Inkwell that one time." She started, her smiled getting a little bitter looking for a few instants, seeming to quickly look over the scratches before turning unsmiling altogether, "I'm not sure how uphill you can consider this Ster. Heh, but... See i asked the vault about this book..." "And... They told me that the book isn't exactly being given away for anybody to read other than affiliates, copies i mean. so... Assuming your book was a copy, were did you get it?" -*- Star_ chuckles a little and leans his head back on his hoof, the mentioning of the book opening up some fresh wounds. "Well, I can tell you I didn't get it from the Vault or anywhere else in town, that's for certain. And it wasn't a copy; that book was genuine Equestrian print. I got it from...a friend I know. Lives pretty far from here." "Too bad that hubby of yours had it destroyed; you could've learned something from it, like I did. Oh well..." -*- WhiteLight raises an eyerbow in surprise, slightly taken aback by the news as her expression turns quite bit more deadpan in a rather less friendly manner, the mare remains silent for a second as she knits her brows, her eyes shifting away and to him "... Well i did try to convince them to not destroy it, and my 'Hubby' did not burn it on the other hand he seemed as convinced as i was on giving it to the vault." She said, pouting a little at the subject... "But anyways, why can't you tell me who gave it to you...? Kashver was it?" "Which kind of witches gave you that book, just out of curiosity Star." "More specifically who?" -*- Star_ waves a hoof dismissively at the final few questions. "Like I said, some friends gave it to me. There are some ponies out there that understand ponies like me, who have a desire to know more about who we are and what we can do, who aren't afraid to test their limits...who don't wished to be named, heh." "Wish I could tell you what you wanna know, but my hooves are tied. Gave my word I wouldn't tell who--or what--gave that book to me." -*- WhiteLight 's merely twitches her lips almost into a frown for a moment, "The vault is just like that, in that respect." She added on a slightly quieter note. lifting a hoof up to scratch the back of her left ear "... Thats fine if you don't want to tell me, but now, i know for a fact that there aren't that many ponies out there who have spell books on mind magic..." -*- WhiteLight knits her brows again in thoughts, getting more insistant on the ear rubbing for some reason "T-thats... Yeah... Also another question if i can Star?" -*- Star_ flicks an ear back at her, the yellow eye still watching her intently. "Mhmm?" "Well uh..." She paused for a second, lowring her gaz down to her forehoof, the other one slowly falling down from her ear and landing over the other one... Starting to rub itself over the other rather nervously "I'm sorry if I'm like... Bothering you right now by the way its just kind of important you know... Since i just heard you went on an adventure and... For one reason or another i want to make sure, where did you go exactly Star?" -*- WhiteLight sniffed, rubbing a hoof over her nose starting to wince "... Imbefore its not even a truthful answer---" She quickly leans back and sneezes away from the bench, "---geesus..." -*- WhiteLight quickly waves to Light giving him a truly bothered kind of look, "Sorry if I'm making you wait GreenLight! I'll uh... Be back in a minute." -*- Star_ raises his eyebrow and smiles at her, turning around and looking her right in the eyes. "Oh, interested in a little tale of adventure, I see. Well, I can say we visited Old Town. Lovely place this time of year, though the local wildlife wasn't too fond of us. We crossed around some mountains, aaaaand we took a swim in a lake against our better judgement." -*- GreenLight perks his ears, hopping to rotate his body before smiling and waving back "All good!~" "I don't really remember the names of places all that much, geography was never really my forte, y'know?" -*- WhiteLight chuckles as she sees the silly pone wave back... Listening intently to Star_'s answer even as she turns back to him again offering him a small smile, "You fell in a river aaand then... Took a massive bite wound to the chest out of nowhere?" -*- Star_ leans forward a bit more, resting his head on his hoof on the top of the bench with her. "Well, like I said, the local wildlife wasn't too fond of us. Why do you ask these questions, hm? Surely it isn't simply to hear a riveting tale, that Vault labcoat throws away all possibility of that." -*- WhiteLight tightenes her lips a tad at his mention of Old Town, rubbing the side of her head and figuring out that she still hasn't read up on that place yet, but then the answer make her quickly bring her attention back to him especially after the question, "... (**Western side of Fourcannon, "riverside"**) 5 AM, Sun rise/Morning ((The western part of town, nearing the end of the western road that leads to the long wooden bridge going over the wide, and very much dangerous river passing through the town. The river stretched out for miles on end outwards through the land seemingly without end, offering a rather pretty sight of the landscape, the place, like the roads before it, was rather empty at this time, not even a pair of guards in sight, just them... The two shores were mostly sandy, populated by small bushes and shrubs here and there, along with large portions of oaks and pines here and there... The stallion now leads the mare to a super secret place down the south, were they would have their first date. The time, just about sunrise, the orange glow of Celestia's sun rising was disappearing into a more bright light clearing the landscape of the night darkness.)) -*- GreenLight hesitantly boops his nose against White's as they enter the Riverside area, smiling a little bit. "H-heh, it's okay, honest! I'm, um, sorry I'm not as touchy, eheh." He scratches the back of his mane for just a second. -*- GreenLight ... takes a turn south, White hasn't travelled to this part of the Riverside before. Indeed, Light himself hasn't even been there in a while. -*- WhiteLight scrunches at the boop, listening to his comment for just a second before cracking up into a hearty giggle, "Y-yeah I'm a little touchy guess, just a little." She said, suddenly all cheerful as she prances along with him down... "Where are we going again...?" "To muh very special clearing! I don't go there too often, b-but... I think you'll like it!" He puffs up his chest, continuing to trot south. Soon, they come to a rather large patch of evergreen trees, ever.. green, despite the wintery weather. -*- GreenLight concentrates as he bobs and weaves through the trees, hoping his memory serves him right... -*- WhiteLight simply followed in silence, having stopped prancing and started walking like a normal pony right behind him, "Imbefore trap and suddenly i get murdered." She said all casually and jokingly. -*- GreenLight crinkles his nose and twitches his ears at that, looking behind him slightly incredulously "W-what? No! Nononono! I-it's just a really cool- Wah!" He hits his head on a tree, grumbling. -*- WhiteLight eagerly awaited his reaction, an upon hearing it she begins to laugh having to cover her mouth... Snorting as she sees him hit a tree because of her, "HAH! Haaa I'm terrible." She said "Sorry." She said it but she sounded like she really wasn't, quickly starting to prance again whislt she snickered. -*- GreenLight rolls his eyes, giving a small smile himself "Yeah, yeah- there we go!" He stumbles forward in between two of the trees... And indeed there it was, his favorite clearing. A patch of green grass lay undisturbed. Trees surrounded the left, right and behind, thick stumps and green leaves providing shelter from most of the world... and in front of the two was the roaring river, up close. The rushing water made a clear noise, not quite so they'd have to shout, but it did certainly drown out any other background noise. -*- GreenLight hops forward to the middle of the patch of grass, smiling wide and puffing his chest proudly as he looks to White "So? Whatcha think?" -*- WhiteLight walks up to him to lay a tiny little peck over his cheek, "I didn't mean it, sorry if i laughed at you..." She said sounding much more genuine a she stopped right beside him eyeing the small clearing rather curiously... "Is this the place?" She started to step forward, looking about the place slowly nodding to herself more and more. "Oh my this is perfect for a picnic, alright!" She cheered, hopping up a few times as she looked up at he leaves covering the sky... Something about that made the place quite nice to look at, along with the trees and... Everything else! She turned back to him, grinning broadly as she nodded to him again "I like it!" -*- GreenLight blushes furiously at that peck, a dopey grin on his face before he shakes his head. And then nods! "Eeyup!" He looks around "R-really, it's just a secluded patch of grass bu- R-really?" He beams, trotting a little bit closer to the river where the trees didn't obstruct the view of the sky, and lying on his back, forehooves crossed underneath his head. " "I like it too! Haven't been here in so long, k-kinda glad to see it still up like this..." "How long did you know about this place?" She asked all of a sudden, trotting up to him and standing infront of him still kind of eyeing the background, "We could've... I mean, its really nice here like really, really nice... Just us two, i actually was thinking about a place like this." "Except... More towards the forest..." -*- GreenLight smirks, still lying down and staring up at the sky- t-though maybe he steals a look at the mare's flank that's pretty much in front of him. "U-uhm, I've... kinda sorta just found this place, almost a year and a half ago! And kinda kept it to myself... Heh, There're a buncha clearings in the forest, but those're dangerous!" -*- GreenLight pats the ground next to him with a hoof, as if asking her to lie with him. "But honestly, right here ya get this perfect image of all the stars twinkling in the sky, and the moon too!" -*- WhiteLight cast a quick glance up at the sky again, honestly... Staring up at the sky for too much gave her a sickening vertigo.. But it still did look rather pretty indeed. So with a smile slowly growing on her she turns her gaze back to him and walks around him, turning around and laying down right beside him, staring up at the stars and the moon with him... "Staring up at the sky gives me vertigo tho... But i guess i can do it anyways for you..." -*- GreenLight sits up almost immediately as he hears that, stretching out his hindlegs, helping White sit up with a gentle nudge of his wings. He yawns, going crazy and making a move on the sweet mare, where as he yawns he stretches out his forelegs and... wraps one around her shoulders, pulling her in close with a smile. "...The river's gorgeous to watch too." -*- WhiteLight squeaks out in alarm a she's suddenly pulled up on her haunches and then as she stared at him in surprise, watching that hoof that very smoothly lays around her shoulder, the way he did it makes her raise a brow and chuckle for a second before relaxing and leaning up against his side, staring out towards the river with him... "Heh, yeah thats nice to look at as well... Thanks for showing me this place Light..." -*- GreenLight beams from ear to ear, wings flapping in how excited he was she liked it. "O-of course! Thanks for takin' a chance and goin' on a date with me... Oh! However." He scrunches his nose, booping her chest tuft softly with a hoof "Ya havta promise not to show this place to anyone!" -*- WhiteLight giggles softly at his reaction, glancing down as her chest it booped lifting a hoof up over it as well. "Of course!" She quickly chimed after he heard him, looking back up at him and nodding her head in response, "I wont tell anyone promised." She even adds in a little kiss over the cheek. "I'd pinkie promise but i forgot the line." -*- GreenLight gulps as White holds his hoof to her chest with her own, his chest fluttering as he nods, wings extending with a *POMF* at that kiss on the cheek, making him avert her eyes sheepishly. "E-er, good! Right! Well, ah, I'm sure this won't be the last time we come here..." He leans his head on her shoulder, sighing. "IF you go on a second date with me, o-of course." -*- WhiteLight scrunches her muzzle after the *POMF* stifling a giggle under her breath as she can't help but look back at them with amusement, silently listening to what he has to say until he leans his head over her shoulder... Slowly lowering hers over his holding on tightly over that hoof still over her chest, a her heart begins to beat a bit quicker... "What makes you think I'll say no? Did tha bonk on the head make you forget that i don't love anyone more than i love you?" she said, almost an honest query under that joking tone. "Silly willy... The next one better have some nice food because I kinda want to eat here..." -*- GreenLight drops the facade after hearing that, deciding it's worth it to give up the schtick so he can respond honestly. I think you're a VAST improvement over the other previous ships, heh..." His ears flatten for a second, before he leans up to tenderly smooch her neck."I just hope I did this 'first date' the justice it deserved."
