  2. >Why aren't you currently writing?

  7. The answer to all those questions, save the last one, is just that summer has left me largely unwilling to write. Real life has become a major chore, and there never seems to be a good time to start putting words into a document. I've sat down to try a couple times, but the motivation is just dry and drive is nearly nonexistent. It doesn't help that /mlp/ has become tedious to browse nowadays, which isn't primarily attributed to the increased moderation; however, I think it's best if I just take an extended vacation for now. I recall warning on my FiMFic that summer might see a drastic negative change in my writing, and I waited to see if that came true. It appears that I was right, and now, I can't seem to be arsed to do anything at all. Like, even playing vidya has become something of a chore among the shit I put up with day to day outside of the internet.

  9. This isn't a complaint about anything, just an explanation for those who care. As it stands, I see no alternative for now except to wait for the time when motivation and drive are at their peak. Forcing it at this point would probably just do more harm than good.

  11. All that being said, it would be safe for now to assume I am on a hiatus until further notice. I apologize to my readers, and hope they'll understand that RL is a major faggot who despises fun.

  13. I wish there was another answer besides stepping back for now, but I can't think of anything else to do that could help. I won't quit since I have things that need to be finished, yet it's a good idea that I avoid trying until things change in the RL department.

  15. So, there you have it.
  16. >not quitting
  17. >not dead
  18. >just a horrible lack of motivation and drive
  19. >will return the very moment that changes
