The Eleven Labours [AnonxTwi][Satyr]

>It took you a minute to wake up.

>Whenever you do, Twilight is always sleeping on your chest.

>Welp, today isn’t going to start itself.

>You gently peel your mare off of you so she can continue sleeping.

>Tiptoeing down the stairs of the treebary, you see that everyone else is still asleep.

>Glimmer is in her bed, Spike is on the couch, outgrowing his old bed.

>Might as well make them breakfast.

>About fifteen minutes later, you hear magic going off.

>The aura is around a stool that is going to your direction.

>Twilight goes up one the stool so she can give you a kiss.

“Good morning sleepy head.”

>”Morning, what did you make?”

“Just some scrambled eggs, pancakes, and some coffee. Coffee is in the cup.”

>”Thanks, it’s either Spike or I that makes all this. Why did you do it today?”

“No real reason. Thought it would be a nice surprise. So what does today look like for the library?”

>Like she always does, Twilight pulls out a list.

>”Today, Glimmer is learning a bit more about telekinesis, you and Spike will help me dust the shelves, I am going to help Glimmer the basics of teleporting, Spike will help me organize the books that are A-C, and you will meet a camel from Saddle Arabia. The Camel said he has found a rare book and will like for one of us to meet him and pay for it.”

>Sounds like one of the busier days.

“What time will he arrive?”

>”He said around four o’clock.”

>You hear a pair of footsteps.

>You turn and see that both Spike and Glimmer.

>Ever since you’ve been here, Spike has grown from around your knee, to roughly a bit shorter than your chest.

>Glimmer is almost to your belly button.

“Morning you two, hope you got enough sleep. It’s going to be a long day ahead of us.”

>While the four of you are eating, Twilight told them what the day looks like.

>God you love that mare. Eleven years together.

>You two have been a couple around six months after you arrived in this world.

>Funny thing is you haven’t gotten married yet, just haven’t gotten the time.

>Really doesn’t matter though, you might as well be.

>You’ve also heard there are a few humans scattered around the world. Last you heard, at least a few dozen.

>”Dad, what are you thinking about? You look like you spaced out.”

“Nothing much sweetheart, just looking back I guess.”

Later

>Looks like it’s time to help to get the dust behind the shelf.

>”Anon, can you and Spike move the shelf for?

“Sure Twi.”

>You grab the bookshelf and simply lifted it.

>Since you’ve gotten here, you realized that you have a great amount of strength.

>You have yet to find something that is hard to pick up.

>The only people who really know are the princesses, your daughter, and your friends.

>While you were holding the shelf, Twilight and Spike dusted.

>After you were done helping Twilight and Spike, you decided to watch Glimmer and how far she has come with telekinesis.

>When she first started, she could barely hold a small box full of books up.

>Might as well see what she can do now, you have a few hours to kill before the camel comes to the library.

“Hey Glimmer, mind if I watch?”

>”Okay dad, I’m okay if you do.”

>Her, “horn,” starts to form.

>Instead of having a horn, she creates a horn construct.  Her magic aura and horn are bright yellow.

>Now what is Glimmer going to try to pick up?

>She starts giggling.

>Looks like she has an aura around you and your chair.

>You really don’t care, it’s not like she can actually hurt you.

>She has you a foot off of the ground

>Looks like she is really pushing it, she’s starting to sweat.

>Now she is trying to turn you upside down.

>Glimmer has you on your side.

“Glimmer, you can stop. Looks like you found what you can do.”

>The aura leaves your body and the chair the moment you say that.

“Oh, shi-“

>Instead of putting you down gently, she just drops you.

>”Dad! I’m sorry! Are you ok?”

“Yeah sweetheart, I’m fine.”

>Get up and brush whatever dirt is on you off.

>She looks at you with the kind of eyes that say, “I may be in trouble.”

>”I’m Sorry Dad.”

“It’s okay Glimmer. I’m actually proud with what you did.”

>You then grab her and give her a big hug.

>She gets a huge smile on her face, “You are?”

>”Yeah, Last time I watched, you couldn’t do anything like lifting me.”

>You hear a pair of hooves stop, it’s Twilight. She’s just smiling.

“Hey Twi, how long were you there?”

>”Long enough, the camel is supposed to come in an hour, want to get something to eat? ”

“Sure, where do you girls want to go?”

>”I can just stop by the café and pick something up. How does that sound?”

“That sounds good to me. What do you think Glimmer.”

>”I like that Dad. Oh, I forgot to tell you and mom that you got a letter from the Princess.”

>She pulls out the letter and hands it to you. Sure enough, it has Celly’s seal.

“What could it be about this time?”

>You open the letter and read it out loud.

“Anonymous and my Student Twilight,

        This is an invitation for the international banquet that will be happening in Canterlot. The most important figures of Doeway and Griffin Country will be there. A few to name will be Ra, king and sun of the east, Dodin the Allbuck, and the prince of Griffin Country, Ironclaw. If you accept this invitation, send it back.

“Do you want to go Twi? I don’t mind going or just staying home.”

>You finally looked away from the letter and to Twi.

>She had a grin as big as when she figured out you were moving into the library.

>”YES! It’s been a long time since we’ve seen Celestia. I have so many things to ask Dodin and Ra. Do you think anyone else will be there? I wouldn’t think Dodin’s sons would skip something like this.

“I’m sure they’ll be there, looks like the two of us are going.”

>”What about me, can I go dad?” Glimmer asked you.

>She is using those eyes Twilight uses to guilt you into something.

>You’re finally learning to resist.

“Sorry Glimmer, this looks like something for grownups.”

>”But-“

>”You’re father’s right. We don’t want you to go so you stay in a room in the castle the entire time.”

 >”Awww.”

“Don’t worry Glimmer, we’ll tell you everything that will happen.”

>Few hours pass have passed and you look at the time.

>Looks like it’s almost time to see the Camel.

>Right now, Glimmer is learning how to teleport with Twilight in the basement.

>Fun fact, Saddle Arabia is a City state in Griffon Country.

>You told him to just meet you in the library.

>Right now you’re just reading one of the few books you brought here.

> A leather bound best of H.P. Lovecraft.

>Another Fun fact, Twilight mistaken this book for the bible when you first showed her your books.

>The front door opens.

>Speak of the devil, the camel just came in.

>You walk up to him.

“Afternoon Mr. Sahel, welcome to the Golden Oak Library”

>”It is a pleasure to be here, Anonymous of Earth. I would like to make business with you.”

“Great to hear Mr. Sahel, what is it you have today from Saddle?”

>He pulls not a book like you expected, but a scroll.”

>“It is an old text I found, one that is I figured out to be at least two hundred years old.”

“May I take a look, just so I can confirm it?”

>”You may Anonymous.”

>It takes you about ten minutes to go through all the usual steps of inspection.

“Looks like this is a real scroll Mr. Sahel, how much were you expecting?”

>”I don’t need any money, just consider this a donation.”

>Wait what?

“Are you sure Mr. Sahel, this scroll is older than almost anything we have here. It just seems like plain thievery.”

>”I’m quite sure, man of earth.”

>The camel is heading toward the door.

“Well thank you for your business. Hope to see you soon again.”

>”It was pleasure doing business with you too Anonymous.”

>He just exited the Library.

>You know it’s real, now to find out what the text is about.

>You’re an hour into reading it now and about done with it.

>From what you can tell, it’s one of the older global treaties.

>Specifically between Equestria, Doeway, and the Griffon Country.

>The one interesting thing is what seems to be the universal law for demands, the labors of Penance.

>Each of these labors are said to be impossible for any being, excluding the current leaders; Celestia, Ra, and Dodin.

>Half of the places these labors are located you haven’t even heard of or are cities that are now run down.
