  1. >You sit on your couch, reading a simple book about Equestrian history.
  2. >If you're going to be stuck here, might as well learn more a bit about the place.
  3. >After all the commotion at Ponyville, you decided to move somewhere else in this land.
  4. >Eventually you picked out a small village named Hollow Shades in a large forest.
  5. >It was better than living in that town with all those mares, with some evil villain blowing everything up every week.
  6. >And don't forget estrus season.
  7. >Ponies everywhere trying to get into your pants, not to mention that little yellow one.
  8. >At least the ponies here were a lot more mellow.
  9. >But, there was the point that they were not only normal ponies, but also bats.
  10. >It was weird at first, but they were pretty fucking cute, and everything here was a lot quieter.
  11. >Or so you thought.
  12. >As you're turning the page to your book, a loud screech rings from outside causing you to drop it.
  13. >Bending over to pick it up, you noticed it closed when you dropped it and you had no idea what page you were on.
  14. "Fucking..."
  15. >You set it on a the coffee table next to your couch and decide to go see what the noise was.
  16. >It seemed to have come from next door.
  17. >You walk over to your door and exit your house, walking to the house next to yours and knock on the small door.
  18. >Everything here was small compared to you, but it was cute.
  19. >The door flies open and a small bat mare with black hair and green eyes jumps on your chest, clinging to it.
  20. >"Anon, you have to help me!"
  21. >She leans back as she holds onto you, making your stumble back into the house.
  22. >The little bat jumps off your chest and flaps her wings to stay in the air while you fall on the floor.
  23. >"Someone stole all my tea Anon, you have to help me!"
  24. >You sigh as you stand up, brushing yourself off.
  25. "Are you sure someone stole it? Did they take anything else?"
  26. >"Yes! It was here earlier, and now it's all gone! They didn't take anything else though."
  27. >You think for a moment before walking towards her kitchen.
  28. "Could I possibly see the crime scene?"
  29. >"Of course, anything to get my tea back!"
  30. >She flies to her pantry and opens the door for you, her shelves filled with random fruit and different things a bat pony might eat.
  31. >Looking around for a moment, you find no tea.
  32. >It seems she did happen to be telling the truth, but who would steal just tea, and nothing else?
  33. >As she pace around her kitchen thinking, you can hear her whimpering as she starts to become more upset.
  34. >"Come one, I thought you humans were supposed to be smart!"
  35. "Do you want my help or not?"
  36. >She stops whimpering and nods slightly.
  37. >"Anything for the tea!"
  38. >You look bat in the pantry and as you look at a hook holding up a bushel of bananas, you find a tiny piece of  black cloth that seemed to have ripped off onto it.
  39. >Now who would be wearing black clothes? Ponies don't wear clothes, especially bat ponies.
  40. "Jasmine, I found a clue."
  41. >"Is the clue my tea!?"
  42. >You pat her shoulder with a sorrowful look on your face.
  43. "No, but I promise we'll find it, don't worry."
  44. >She gives a small smile, trying to cheer herself up.
  45. >You walk out of the room, exiting her house as you try head back to your house.
  46. >Maybe you could get Rosewood to use her magic to find out who this belongs to.
  47. >She is one of the only bat ponies with a horn in Hollow Shades.
  48. >As you walk down the street, you continue examining the cloth, trying to possibly find a label or something as her feel your feet hit something, toppling yourself over, landing in the dirt.
  49. >You try to stand back up as you notice echo in her saddle bags underneath your legs.
  50. "Oh, sorry Echo, I didn't see you there!"
  51. >You roll off of her, and stand up and help her up.
  52. >"It's fine, I was a little distracted myself, got something important going on today!"
  53. >She reaches for her saddlebag, and as she picks it up you see some black clothing hanging out of it as she quickly tucks it back in.
  54. >Could Echo have done it?
  55. "What's so important that's happening?"
  56. >"Oh... um... my parents are visiting from Canterlot!"
  57. >She gives a fake smile, obviously lying.
  58. >You nod slowly, as you walk back to your house.
  59. "Well, I have to go, see you around Echo."
  60. >Maybe you didn't need to see Rosewood after all...
  61. >As soon as you get home, you look around until you find your old wooden baseball bat.
  62. >You didn't want to hurt Echo, but if it came to it, you wouldn't want to kill her.
  63. >She is your friend after all.
  64. >Leaving your house, you hold the baseball bat in your hand as you walk as nonchalantly as possible to Jasmine's house.
  65. >Before you even knock on the door, it swings open to reveal Jasmine.
  66. "How did you?-"
  67. >"I was watching the window waiting for you!"
  68. >She was really desperate for her tea.
  69. "I think I know stole your tea Jasmine, you ready to get it back?"
  70. >A large smile instantly appears on her face from ear to ear.
  71. >"Of course! Let's go get my tea back!"
  72. >She hops out of her house, flapping her wings and closes the door behind her.
  73. >You walk to Echo's house with Jasmine flying behind you, not a single word spoken the whole time.
  74. >As you reach her house, Jasmine lands and looks up at you, you look at each other and nod as you turn towards the door.
  75. >With the force of one thousand suns, you kick in the door, it flying open with a loud bang.
  76. >"What the hay!?"
  77. >You rush in to see Echo watching television with a popular foals show "My Little Human" playing on it as Echo's face begins to turn red with embarrassment.
  78. >All of you stare at each other for a few minutes as the show's theme song plays.
  79. >"My Little Human, My Little Human, Aaah!~"
  80. >Jasmine coughs and slowly backs out of her house leaving you and Echo staring at each other.
  81. "I'm just going to go..."
  82. >"I think that would be for the best."
  83. >You slowly begin to walk out as you notice Aux Tism in the doorway.
  84. >He looks at you confused and turns over to Echo.
  85. >"Is Anon watching My Little Human with us?"
  86. >"No Aux, he's not."
  87. >Realizing you now know he likes it to, he turns back to you, his face red.
  88. >"I-it's not like I like it or anything, I just watch it with Echo because she's my friend!"
  89. >Deciding to not cause anymore damage, you slip past Aux and lean back in.
  90. "You know, I won't tell anyone about this you guys watching this show if you don't want me to."
  91. >Echo faces the TV, not turning back to you, and expression of anger on her face.
  92. >"Just leave."
  93. >You dart out of there, running as fast as you can with your baseball bat, not caring about all the other bat ponies you pass.
  94. >You burst into Jasmine's house to find her making a cup of tea.
  95. >As you pass her, you open the pantry and grab an apple.
  96. >Wait, a cup of tea!?
  97. >You spin to face her, getting in her face, close enough you could lick her nose.
  98. "I though all your tea was stolen!?"
  99. >"Oh, I found some more in my cabinets."
  100. "But what about the cloth on the hook!?"
  101. >"Those were from my pajamas, I love late night snacks."
  102. >You fill with enough rage, you can feel your own blood boil under your skin.
  103. >It kind of hurt.
  104. >Picking up her cup of tea from her hooves, you drink all of it in one go as he tries to jump up to grab it back.
  105. >"M-my tea!"
  106. >Fuck bat ponies.
