  1. >Day of Our Empresses in Ye Olde Equestria
  2. >Be Anon
  3. >You are simply thrilled having come to this enchanted nation of speaking equines
  4. >In the last seven years, you have been molded into the very royalty you now serve
  5. >As a brilliant delegator of both Empress Luna and Empress Celestia, you spread their influence far beyond the walls of their glorious nation
  6. >When the sun smiles upon you, you dance the dance of logistics in the cities and squares
  7. >As the moon caresses your image, you gather the masses in esteemed song and praise
  8. >Everyday is a full day and everyday you grow close to your princesses and country
  9. >As of late, you have been spending longer waking hours at night
  10. >This night is no different
  11. A: Luna, my dearest, Luna! we hope to find you well on this auspicious night?
  12. L: Yes, my vassal! We are in high spirits as tonight marks the eve of your unity with our nation and that of Dragonia!
  13. A: T'was a simple feat, m'lady. As your aptitude had foresaw, an offering of simple trinkets in our mines slaked their thirst for battle as a sword would silence the drake by morn!
  14. >Luna smiles and moves to you
  15. >You bow to stay just a head below her majestic horn
  16. L: Rise this night, that we may behold you in true moonlight!
  17. >You are overcome...
  18. A: Yes, m'lady, as you wish!
  19. L: My vassal... it has been a thousand moons since we began and we feel a thousand more shall lay ahead of this nations reign with you at our side!
  20. >You smile to hear such accolade to your being
  21. A: We are honoured, princess...
  22. >You are interrupted quickly
  23. L: Please, we wish to be called, "Luna" by your tongue!
  24. A: 'Tis my tongue to twist such beautiful a name as, "Luna?"
  25. L: By your tongue, we wish it so
  26. >Luna moves closer to you and her presence sends chills into your core
  27. A: M'lady... Luna... what is this favoritism we sense this night?
  28. >The stars shine radiantly above and the galaxy hangs from Luna's mane
  29. >It swirls about you in a tautly fashion
  30. L: We wish to hear your tongue speaketh our name in our sanctuary, lest prying ears grow restless!
  31. >Surely, your princess means no ill to her sister?
  32. A: Lady Luna, we beseech thee! We would hold your name dear to our mouth, but not in vain to our princess Celestia!
  33. L: Dearest sister need not cross thy lips. We deem them precious to the court of the night!
  34. >Her eyes pin you with their majesty
  35. A: Luna... we speak with adoration, we speak of good tidings on your home. Dost thou wish, this auspicious night, we speaketh unto the night alone?
  36. L: Neigh! We wish not to twist -his- tongue for naught, save for betwixt -his- lady's own...
  37. >Luna's eyes lid and sparkle as her face draws near
  38. >This be the true life?! 'Tis not but fantasy?!
  39.
  40. >In the chamber of the setting sun
  41. >Something wicked this way comes
  42. >Be Princess Celestia
  43. >You cannot sleep
  44. >Something is amiss and setting your wings on edge
  45. >You decide some fresh air may help ease your troubled mind
  46. >You step out of your bed and trot lightly to the veranda
  47. >The stars are burning furiously in the sky
  48. >What a strange sort of happening with peace looming all around
  49. C: We do not see what has our sister in the pangs of such passion...
  50. >You fly into the night and look for your forlorn sister
  51. C: Sister! We come to soothe you of your anger! Please respond!
  52. >You listen into the night with nothing save for the sound of stillness
  53. >It is there you see the black swirl of your sister
  54. >Before you can aide her, the curious intensity ends
  55. >Her mane parts and in it, you see your vassal removing his lips from a royal's mouth
  56. >You speed unto them
  57. C: Wretched vassal!
  58. >You sweep Anonymous from his feet with a great kick
  59. C: Unleash my sister from this spell!
  60. >Luna looks to you with ferocity
  61. L: What have you done?!
  62. C: Thank thee not, for we have come to aide you without utmost haste
  63. L: Aide us? Is our aide a broken vassal upon which we consummated our adoration?
  64. C: Adoration? Sister, we see you are ill. We shall summon the maids to bring you to your chambers...
  65. >Luna steps back from your caring embrace
  66. L: We are not ill, nor mad, but ill with a mad devotion for our vassal!
  67. >Anonymous holds his side and slowly gets to his feet
  68. C: Neight, I say! 'Tis immoral! 'Tis vile of you! Our vassal is but a lamb the likes of which will obey and serve faithfully!
  69. A: M'ladies... please... do not argue! 'Tis my fault, the erroneous act is ours and our shame alone!
  70. C: Silence, foal!
  71. >You pin Anonymous with a beam of radiant light
  72. >His screams are most pleasurable and deserving after his treacherous act
  73. L: Sister, no! Stop! He is hurting!
  74. C: 'Tis for your own good! What would the nation sing of the night mare?! What would the crows whisper on high to see such beast of burden mingling with royalty?!
  75. L: Sister, we beg of you! Release him before he is singed to bone!
  76. >You do not abide your sister and her childish fancy for this human
  77. >If she only knew the danger he would present to the whole of Equestria if word was spread
  78. >Royalty in the embrace of this human creature... it fuels your hatred and your magic redoubles
  79. >A sudden black miasma enervates the area
  80. L: We are little, but we are not without power!
  81. >Luna casts a barrier of night and in an instant, your powers are snuffed
  82. C: How dare thee take up magic against your sister! You would do well to learn respect!
  83. >Your sister is being as conceited as she is bullheaded
  84. >Why does she protect this worthless creature?
  85. C: Step down, Luna... We do not wish to bring harm to our ilk!
  86. L: We do not wish confrontation, sister! We wish peace among us three
  87. C: Us two! A third is not in attendance!
  88. >Anon looks up from his grave and reaches a hand out towards Luna
  89. >This impudent whelp will do good to learn his place!
  90. >Luna is suddenly in front of him and between you
  91. L: Halt! In the name of the night, by our right of blood and by our dominion over the throne, we shall not let you harm our vassal!
  92. C: No vassal of ours would embrace its master!
  93. L: Then you shall have no precedence over a vassal solely of our own...
  94. >Luna's eyes glow with a brilliant fury
  95. >Her stature grows, her fangs ready and her armour shines like the blackest seas
  96. C: My sister! You would fight for a beast of burden? Surely, you are not yourself?!
  97. NMM: Sister... we have never felt as alive until we have faced demise this closely tonight
  98. C: We would never... we love our sister! We love Luna!
  99. NMM: Do not twist your tongue... 'Tis wasted motion now...
  100. >A faint sound rings out
  101. A: L-Luna... my prin-cess... do not... fight... forgive her...
  102. >You see a tear well in Luna's eye as her magic engulfs Anonymous
  103. >His body slowly turns to stone
  104. A: We... love... you... our princess...
  105. >Anonymous is now frozen in time
  106. >You see no reason to spare his body at the end of this night either way
  107. NMM: Prepare yourself, -sister-, for the night mare has never shown a foe mercy!
  108. >Luna charges you and you can barely avoid her attack
  109. >She turns on a needle and attacks with a cruel dark blade
  110. >You draw your own radiant sword and envelope your body in the royal armour
  111. C: We... we do not wish to fight you...
  112. NMM: We sincerely believe this was your intentions from the beginning
  113. >Your swords collide with a shower of light
  114. >You are pressed near enough to whisper
  115. C: We saw the signs... we did not wish to believe...
  116. NMM: We felt your constant presence... we harmed none...
  117. C: We shall forever hold this grief in our heart, sister... 'tis for your own good now
  118. NMM: What trickery do you speak unto me?
  119. >You push Luna backward with a mighty ray of sunlight
  120. >As she stumbles, you pour your soul into a powerful spell
  121. >Luna looks up to you as your horn glows like daylight
  122. >A look of utter sadness plasters her face
  123. C: Did it not have to end as this?
  124. NMM: No... 'tis fitting a way to eternally end this night...
  125. >There is no holding back such destructive force
  126. >Luna is engulf by your spell and her body is scattered to the stars and moon
  127. >Separated amongst untold billions, but not dead, merely stretched
  128. >You hang your head in an overwhelming sorrow
  129. C: Sister... your night shall continue. We... we shall carry this burden...
  130. >It was the only way to help your sister
  131. >Scatter her being to the five winds
  132. >She will return in but a season
  133. >The life of your proud race is far too long, after all
  134. >You look to the stone form laying on the ground
  135. >Walking beside it, you place a hoof onto the head of the statute
  136. >It would be easy to crush it... to sever the head and end this affront to your rule...
  137. >But, 'tis never so simple, is it?
  138. >You have much to think about and you are given much time now
  139. >You remove your hoof and let Anonymous the Broken remain... for now
  140. C: 'Tis not dead, which may eternal lie... and, with strange aeons, even death may die...
  141. >You have much to think about now...
  142. >You have much to plan...
