// Sai Limitations and Texture Info //

BrushTex, PaperTex, BlotMap have a max file limit so please take note of this if some of the files aren't visible if your own or add more.
Due to this limitation not all texture files are in every folder. There is a raw texture folder for you to review.

If you wish to delete texture files but maintain my brush set funtionality here is what you must keep.

Blotmap h_04_m_i_04, t_7_l, H_02_d, p_3_m_x2, fuzystatic, noise, spread
Brushtex h_04_m_-5, h_04_m_i_02, t_2_l, t_5_d, p_1_m_-2, p_1_l_-2, h_02_l_x2, p_3_m_x2, p_4_l, p_6_l, p_18_l, p_18_l_x2, watercolor b, watercolor a, paper, canvas


										
// Intallation: (DUPLICATE YOUR INSTALLATION, YOUR BRUSHES MAY BE LOST) //

PRESERVING YOUR BRUSHES: If you wish to preserve your own brushes move them all 
to the bottom 3 rows. Use ctrl+click drag to move brushes around. 

 
 1) Have the latest Version of 
		Paint Tool Sai	(I recommend the fan version)
		http://sai.detstwo.com/sai/
		The Pirate copy will not work properly. If this guide doesn't work for you consider getting a legal copy.
	
 2) Backup your Sai Directory
		Seriously, do it now! GO NOW! Don't be mad with me if you lose your brushes.

 3) CLOSE SAI. Sai saves it's brushes when it closes. If you install them while it's open it will simply erase your brushes when you close it.
		
 4) Place the following folders from inside the "intallation" directory in your root sai folder. 
    The root sai folder is usually named "PaintTool SAI English Pack" or "PaintTool SAI".
	  	  
		blotmap
		brushtex
		elemap
		papertex
		toolnrm
	
 5) ** WARNING - DUPLICATE YOUR INSTALLATION, YOUR BRUSHES MAY BE LOST - WARNING **
    If you are not asked to replace any folders or files, you did it wrong. 
    When asked to replace, chose "Replace all"
		
 6) Click on Start-Sai.exe (start sai compiles texture files into the INI files so that sai can use them)
    

//  Merging Brushes  - 	If you want to merge brushes from 2 brush sets.  //


a) Move (Ctrl+click an drag) your brushes around in both copies of Paint Tool Sai in a 
   way that the merged brushes do not occupy the same space. 
		
b) Locate the brush .ini in the "toolnrm" folder. You can open it to see if it's the right file 
   by looking at the names of the brushes within the file.
	
c) Copy all .ini files and any additional textures from the other folders that ar ascociated 
   to it to the other installation
		 
d) Run Start-Sai.exe

0) Close Sai
1) Erase all the brush files in toolnrm
2) Open Sai
3) Are there no brushes? 
4) If still brushes. Do this until you have no brushes visible.
5) If brushes are gone. Install brush pack (toolnrm)
