****** Pet Lovers Forum Stories ****** =============================================================================== Mr_K9's Stories Of Offal dogs and K9 sex...a theory... Of all forms of life on earth only one has made an alliance with humankind - - that one is the wolf or the modern dog. How did this happen? How did wolves change from wild predators to our allies and yes indeed our lovers? About 12k years ago our human ancestors began to live in semi-permanent villages. Wolves, with their cunning and very keen sense of smell, sometimes hung out around our camps to feed on scraps of discarded food. While we ate mostly meat and fat we threw away the stuff wolves craved most -- bones, offal, fur, horns and hoofs. It is not surprising to me that wolves were delighted to -- just move in next door. Since the men of the villages were gone for days or weeks at a time on hunts - - leaving their women behind in camp to do the dirty work, it seems to me that the women and wolves must have had fairly close contact at times. A few creative women, frustrated and without a man around, probably found out to their delight that wolves were good for more than just a four legged garbage disposal system -- they could pleasure them! Some men, coming home early from a hunt, were probably turned on by just watching! It seems logical to me that the wolves, most favored by the ladies, received special treatment which greatly increased their chance of survival and reproduction -- this built up a gene pool of "stud dogs" that knew what to do. It has only been recently, in the vast span of time, a few centuries since humankind has looked on animal contact as uncivilized and immoral. No wonder Fido looks at his mistress now, head cocked to one side, and wonders why doesn't she want me anymore? Just imagine how bad that is -- to have the desires, but to be totally denied any release for all of your life? The question of evolution? Well, if I decided to "evolve" a resistance to sunburn I could frolic around this ranch nude for the rest of my life and I would not build up a biological resistance to sunburn...you are ether born with it or you are not. The gene pool is only changed when an outside influence affects an organisms ability to survive and to reproduce...the strongest or most fit to their environment survive and multiply passing on their traits...the rest just die off, that is the reality of nature. We, in the 20th century, have derailed all that and we are de-evolving...but that's another story... So I believe we, as humans, have selected dogs as our companions and mates and now want to tell them NO! Who is "hung up" here -- is it us or our dogs? What do you think? I would like your opinion... =============================================================================== The Dog Rules! Sound familiar?
