****** A Night of Subconsciousness by Lonely Heart ****** =============================================================================== A Night of Subconsciousness Kim sat alone at her kitchen table. She looked out of her apartment window, gazing at the people walking by, thinking to herself how everyone seemed to have a purpose, places to go and things to do. As she watched the world going on before her, she pondered on her own existence, she was going on 30 years old, she had a good job at a local veterinary clinic. She had thought of herself as a beautiful women, easy to get along with, and having just lost Jeff, her best friend and neighbor to an automobile accident only a few weeks ago, she wrestled with her feelings of loneliness and emptiness. Kim and Jeff had known each other for two years. He was someone she could always count on to be honest, sincere and comforting when she was feeling down and a fun, spontaneous friend when she needed companionship. Prior to Jeff's sudden passing away, Kim was starting to come to grips with her feelings of love and passion for her good friend. She eagerly awaited the right moment to tell him that she wanted more from him emotionally. Unfortunately she was never given the chance, and she could only sit and hope that somehow he knew in his heart how much she cared for him. Kim wiped a tear from her eye, she realized that it was time for her to pull herself together, she jumped up from the chair, quickly gathered her coat and keys to head out the door and off to work. As she opened the door and walked out into the hallway, she looked at the door she had seen Jeff walk through so many times. The apartment was vacant now, much like her soul. A deep sigh escaped her as she turned and swiftly walked down the hall to leave the building. Upon returning home from work that evening, Kim noticed a moving van parked in front of her apartment building. She slowly walked up the steps and opened the main door that led into the hallway. Cautiously stepping in, she could only wonder who might be moving in. Walking towards her door, she was startled by a young woman bursting through the door that once belonged to Jeff. Kim composed herself and mustered up a greeting to the lady that she assumed was going to be her new neighbor. They stood in the hallway for awhile talking, giving each other a brief overview of their lives, who they were, where they worked. Kim's new neighbor, Rachel was 22 years old, very nice looking and worked at a diner just down the block. Like Kim, Rachel was single and holding out for just the right man. Realizing they both had a lot to get done yet that evening, Kim invited Rachel over to dinner at the weekend so they could continue to get to know each other better. With a smile, Rachel graciously accepted and they both went about their business at hand. Saturday night Kim busily prepared dinner for Rachel and herself. A knock came at the door and Kim rushed over to answer. They greeted each other with warm friendly smiles; Kim commented that Rachel's timing was perfect and dinner was just about done. They both sat down at the table, enjoying the company and the food. They talked about their dreams, expectations, desires. Realizing they were both very much alike they laughed and questioned if it was possible to achieve all the things they wanted out of life. Kim told Rachel all about the wonderful man who used to occupy her apartment, how she loved him and did not get a chance to tell him, and how she missed him terribly. Rachel in turn talked about how with her work schedule being late night to early morning hours, she did not get a chance to get out and meet people. She mentioned her new found interest in the internet, especially the chat rooms. There was one guy in particular that Rachel had taken a liking to and she enumerated that his online name was JP. She excitedly told how he was kind, sensitive and truly seemed to want to listen to her thoughts. As Rachel continued on about her online interest, Kim's thoughts wandered to days with Jeff in the park, watching the people go buy, watching the leaves fall and.... Realizing how late it had become, Kim mentioned she needed to get up early in the morning and should be getting to sleep. She thanked Rachel for her company and as they were walking over to the door, Kim mentioned that the next day the apartment building maintenance wanted to do fumigating, they were starting with her apartment and wanted to do one apartment a day. Hinting around that she may need a place to spend the night, Rachel quickly offered her apartment, mentioning that she would not be there, she was scheduled to work that night. The following day, Kim took Rachel up on her offer, she packed a small bag and headed across the hall to Rachel's door. She stopped in front of the door, clutching her bag in her hand nervously. She thought to herself, she had not touched this doorbell since Jeff passed away. Taking a deep breath, she reached her finger out to the doorbell, pressing it in slowly, she could hear the chime from inside the room. Rachel cheerfully answered the door and invited Kim inside. She walked in slowly, looking around. Rachel had the apartment decorated in pastels and floral prints; a big change from Jeff's dreary bachelor motif. She took Kim on a brief tour of the rooms, showing her where the bath towels were, etc. A smile came across Kim's face as she felt very comfortable in the apartment, a feeling she had not expected. As Rachel was leaving out the door, she told Kim to make herself at home and if there are any problems the phone number for her work was pinned to the refrigerator door, otherwise she would be back in the morning. It was about 11:30 pm that night, and Kim decided to change into her nightshirt. She sat on the couch and looked longingly around the room, taking in the artwork on the walls, the flowers on the table. Her eyes glanced over to the computer on the desk in the corner of the room. She watched the screen saver bouncing around, thinking how monotonous a task that was, when she felt compelled to go over and sit down in front of it. She thought about how happy and excited Rachel was over meeting people in the chat rooms, and pondered to herself; maybe she might check this online thing out. She noticed a piece of paper sitting next to the printer with the names of chat rooms on them. Thinking this must be where Rachel visits, Kim logged on, it asked for a user name and she decided to make up the name "lonely heart". Entering the chat room, she watched all the conversations going on, when suddenly a private message appeared on her screen. It was from someone named "JP" and simply stated "Hello Lonely heart". Kim searched her memory for the name of Rachel's online interest but could not recall the name she had given. She looked down at the screen and typed in the word "hello". For the next hour, the two of them talked about the weather, sports, politics and each other. Kim felt amazingly at ease with this person she could not see nor hear. Suddenly "JP" messaged to her..... "How are you feeling right now, are you lonely for someone?" Kim gasped at the directness of the question, but without hesitation she answered him "yes". JP delved deeper into Kim's soul, asking her to talk to him about the person she longed for. Openly Kim told JP all about her best friend, how she did not get a chance to love him, and how she wished she could have. With tears in her eyes, Kim could barely make out the next message from JP. Illuminated on the screen she saw the words: "Kim, he knows how much you loved him." Her body felt paralyzed by what she had just read, she managed to push the chair away from the desk. Her heart pounding hard in her chest, something in her head telling her to go back in front of the computer and face what she had just read. Talk to him, and trust him. Slowly she rolled the chair forward to where she could legibly read the screen again. She saw JP's next message, it said......."Tell me you are OK?" Her hands shook, she typed back to him...."how did you know my name?" There was a long pause and then JP wrote "you have to trust me Kim - please just trust me". She lightly tapped in the words "yes, I will". Not knowing what would happen next, she felt herself surrender control to the unknown revelation in front of her. She looked down to JP's next message: "Kim, touch the bare skin of your stomach for me". She quickly typed back to him 'Why do you.........." and before she could finish the sentence, she saw another message reminding her to trust him. She deleted the line she had just typed and looked down at her nightshirt. She did not know what to do next, when from somewhere inside of herself she could feel a thought being forced into her mind that kept saying to her to let go and experience what was to happen next. Kim closed her eyes, tilted her head back, and slowly moved her hand under her shirt. Running her fingers across her tummy, lost in a feeling of excitement, she had become subconsciously aware of someone whispering to her: "your skin feels like silk." Kim jumped in her chair as if a bolt of electricity went through her. She peered around the room, no one was there, and then she looked down at the screen. JP had written.... "I've missed the silky feeling of your skin." Her eyes, fixed on his words, she could not turn away, she had become numb to any reaction. JP's next message read: "Kim, go over to the bed, lay back and close your eyes, I will be with you" Her heart completely taking over any sensibility and reality that remained in her thoughts, she got up from the chair and walked over to the edge of the bed. She gazed down at the fluffy blue comforter, it looked so soft and comfortable. She reached down and leisurely pulled her shirt up over her head. Throwing it onto the floor, she crawled onto the bed and laid back against the pillows. Closing her eyes, she could feel control slipping from her grasp. She began to run her fingers over her stomach, slowly reaching her breasts, cupping the soft underside, her fingers gently kneading each one with the expertise of a baker. Grasping her now hard nipples, gently pulling and twisting, she could sense an aching building in her pelvis. Feeling her legs being forced apart, a rush of warm air came across her body. Her hand slipped between her thighs, running her finger along her swollen lips gently dipping her finger into her juices, rubbing along the insides of her soft folds, she could feel her wetness increasing with every stroke. A voice in her head was reassuring her of her actions, loving her and guiding her fingers around her throbbing clit. The warm liquid was now covering her hand and inside of her thighs as she began to press hard against her clitoris, slipping into the depths of her vagina, rubbing against the walls of her desire. Kim's fingers found their way to her mouth as she eagerly tasted the soft, sweet juices of her body. A taste that made her body ache for satisfaction. As her hands were up around her face, a feeling took over within her. She could feel a sensation between her thighs, like a man's warm breath on her skin. Her heart beating faster, she grasped the comforter between her fingers, her hips thrusting forward as if trying to drive this feeling deep within her. She tensed and exploded with sensations she had never experienced before. Reaching down between her thighs, feeling her own silky cream, she spread it over her stomach, up her chest and over her breasts. An elation of exhaustion came over her as she lay, trembling, overwhelmed on the bed. She could feel strong arms hold her as she pulled the comforter around her, quickly succumbing to a deep satisfying sleep. Morning came as Kim awoke to the sound of Rachel, preparing breakfast in the kitchen. She slowly rolled over and thought of the incredible night she had just experienced. In her rationalizing of the events, she wondered how much of it was a dream accompanied by a sensual experience of masturbation. Gathering up her clothes, she quickly got dressed and went out to greet Rachel. As she was standing in the living room, Rachel went over to the computer to check her E-mail. Kim did not pay much attention to what Rachel was doing until she heard her say with excitement. "Hey, here's an Email from JP." Kim, stopping dead in her tracks thought to herself "JP?" Slowly she turned to see the computer screen. She watched as Rachel clicked on his name. The message began to appear on the screen. Her heart barely beating as she could only hold her breath in anticipation of what she was to see. Seeing a picture begin to appear on the screen, watching the pixels form a face, a familiar face to Kim, as she dropped to her knees, sobbing, with tears in her eyes, her hands trembling, Rachel came over to her, comforting her, asking her what had just happened, Kim quietly said: "That's Jeff". Rachel stood up, looked at the picture and said "That's Your Jeff, but he's....." and before she could say anything more writing appeared under the picture. Rachel grabbed Kim and pulled her to her feet. They both walked over to the screen and looked down at the writing. JP wrote: Rachel - You are wonderful woman, you will meet someone who will fulfill all your dreams and expectations. My best wishes are with you. Kim - My precious Kim. I never got to tell you how much I love you. I always have and I will always be with you, whenever you need me just call for me. Thank you for allowing me to be with you last night. I love you forever. The end kimmie_doll@hotmail.com This story is part of White_Shadow's_Nasty_Stories. You may also want to visit: * Sexy_Top_100_Stories * Erotic_Top_100_Story_Sites
