Recommended Stories

(updated August 8, 2004)

The following is a list of some of the other authors whose work I've enjoyed.  If you like my stories, chances are pretty good you'll find something interesting here.

My goal here is to give readers a gentle nudge in the right direction, not to compile a comprehensive list of every mind-control story out there.  Thus, I've limited myself to recommending one story per author.  In most cases, the authors below have written multiple stories, and if you like one of the stories I've listed, you should check out other works by the same author.

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, there's no way I could ever remember every author I've liked, much less list them all, so the absence of any author from this list doesn't mean that I don't like his/her work.

All hyperlinks are to Author and Story pages at the Erotic Mind-Control Stories Archive.

AMOWAT -- The Candidate

This story deals with a female candidate for the U.S. Senate who gets transformed into a top-heavy bimbo by an unscrupulous mad scientist in league with her opponent.  It's hardly a plausible plot, but AMOWAT's writing is so hot that it doesn't matter.  The ending is especially clever, but I won't spoil it.

Bankington -- La Bandera Bella

This is a hot little story about Cecilia, a car-show model who becomes strangely smitten by her Spanish  tutor after he gives her a nice computer program.  I'm biased on this one; this was Bankington's first story and I gave him some feedback and encouragement.  I can't take credit for the result, though.  Bankington's a very good writer, and it shows in this story.

Blackie -- The Book

The Book is something of a classic.  Written in 1993, this multi-chapter epic is one of the oldest Internet mind-control stories, and probably the first one to be widely read.  Aside from its "historical value", it's a well-written story with a lot of nice mind-control and sex.  Unfortunately, the story was never finished, so the secret-society plot is left unresolved.

Cal O'Shaw -- I-5

A story about a biker resorting to unorthodox means to win the girl of his dreams.  Again, I'll admit to some bias, since Cal is an old friend of mine and I gave him a few minor suggestions for this story, but it really is very good.  The softening of Mary's attitude toward Bob is well-handled.  I don't usually go for romantic stories, but this one is an exception.

Colleen Whyte -- Wife of Many Roles

This story uses a unique "hook" -- a woman assuming a personality appropriate to whatever costume she is wearing at the moment.  The personality changes are well-done, and the story caters to every man's fantasy of having multiple women at his beck and call.

D. Holzer -- My Brief Career

"My Brief Career" is a satirical take on some of the conventions of the MC genre.  D. Holzer keeps things erotic and funny at the same time.  If you like this one, be sure to check out the sequels, which are equally entertaining.

Daphne -- Maid, to Order

(Daphne's stories have returned to the archive, resulting in much celebration.)

Daphne is an expert at depicting the slow induction of female victims. Her characters are well-drawn and realistic, and her stories are paced almost perfectly.  The slide from free-willed individual to depraved sex slave is handled so smoothly that it seems perfectly believable. The result is deliciously arousing stories, and lots of them!  "Maid Service" (a.k.a. "Maid, to Order") is my favorite, with a very slick and arousing control mechanism.

Databastard -- Just Might Get It

This is one of the few fem-dom stories I've enjoyed.  The plot deals with a lab accident in which a female scientist acquires certain telepathic powers.  The sex is hot and well-written, but my favorite parts of the story are the casual thoughts the main character picks up from people she encounters.

Distorted Angel -- Shopping Assistance

I haven't done nearly as much reading as I'd like recently, but one new author that's caught my eye is Distorted Angel.  Maybe it's just the British atmosphere to his stories, but I find his writing very evocative of Downing Street.  Shopping Assistance deals with a clothing-store executive who winds up taking a very active role in attracting customers to one of her company's shops.

Downing Street -- Acid of the Mind

Downing Street's skills at writing gradual-induction stories are the equal of Daphne's, and fortunately he's just as prolific.  He rarely uses explicit mechanisms for mind-control; rather, he simply describes the victim's thoughts and feelings as her mental enslavement progresses, leading the reader to the conclusion that "something fishy is going on here".  The victim is unaware of what's happening to her, and smoothly rationalizes all the changes in her behavior.  On top of that, Downing Street handles sexy clothing better than anyone.  It's tough for me to single out any one of his stories; this week, I'll go with "Acid of the Mind", which is even more sexually charged than most of his work.

JRParz -- Twins Enslavement - Amber's Tale

JR's controllers generally have instant near-total control over their victims' minds and bodies.  That's something I generally dislike, but JR explores the possibilities of total control with a thoroughness that I find quite enjoyable.  The characters in "Twins Enslavement" are well drawn, especially the dilettante warlock.

kah2523 -- Jugs

I'm a bit partial to this one, because kah2523 told me he was inspired to write it when I shared the premise of an upcoming story of mine.  (kah's story and mine serve as an interesting demonstration of how two authors can take the same premise in different directions, or at least they will serve as a demonstration of that as soon as I actually finish mine!)  "Jugs" is an arousing story of a college girl's experiences working for a "Hooters"-style restaurant chain.  Bethany's conditioning is fun to watch, and the action is very hot.

Orestes -- Shaken

The depiction of small-town life in this story brings the characters to life.  The slow induction of the town's female inhabitants is quite arousing, and it's especially fun to watch the gossip fly as the women start changing.

Orion Quinn -- Point of View

A very well done, conversation-oriented piece.  The build-up is a bit slow, with a lot of talking, but Orion uses the dialogue to good effect to bring out the characters.  It takes awhile for the story to reach the "payoff", but it's worth the wait.

Pegasus777 -- Submission Agenda

(This story has been removed from the EMCSA, likely due to copyright issues.  You should still be able to dig it up with a little bit of Googling, however.)

This massive story (no less than twenty-eight chapters!) is comic-book fan-fiction set in the Marvel Comics universe.  Normally I don't find fan-fiction all that interesting, but this story has an intensity that makes it a compelling read even if, like me, you don't know much about comic books.  The main character's evil-ness can be quite disturbing at times; this story is not for the faint of heart.  But the sex is hot, and the story explores all manner of perversions.  If you've ever wanted to take a walk on the dark side, this is the ticket.

Traffic Man -- The Slave Pit

Another classic story, The Slave Pit has been on my hard drive since its first appearance in 1994.  The basic plot seems a little unimaginative by today's standards, but the sex is hot and the twists toward the end are still fun.  What the writing lacks in polish it makes up for in youthful exuberance.

Trent Wolf -- Tales from the Club

Trent covers a lot of ground, from secret agents to fan fiction to superheroes to subliminal control.  Tales from the Club is a delightful story in the "secret society" vein featuring a very well-done and arousing double induction.

WhyNow -- How Long Until You Find A Strong Man, Princess?

"How Long..." is a well-written "evil corporation" story.  The transformation of the main character and her friend is quick, but very erotic.  It's fun to watch her change from consumer activist to trophy wife.
