THE SPOTLIGHT: MARCH 13, 2003

I'm going to try something a little different today. I have read a few stories in the past week, but I haven't written any new spotlights. Instead I am going to write a little bit here about the stories I read. First off, let me begin by saying that I enjoyed them all, to varying degrees. All, but one, involve incest, three of them of the father-daughter variety and one of the brother-sister variety.

COMMENTARY: Angel is an 18-year-old high school senior. Her parents are divorced. She has been living with her mother and is getting sick of it, and her mother's boyfriend . She prefers her father. Well, naturally, her father shows up and saves the day. The story is told from Angel's point of view. It is relatively short. I liked it.

COMMENTARY: Lil, age 18, has had a crush on Johnny, her 24-year-old brother, for quite some time. She is caught skipping school with some of her friends by Johnny. She allows him to lure him away from them with a promise of a date. When they get back to his place things take a slightly different turn and they end up staying in.

COMMENTARY: Jillian likes to tease her father by wearing skimpy clothes, no clothes, etc. For her eighteenth birthday he gets her a car. She shows her gratitude by taking him out to Crooked Rock and, uh, well I don't want to spoil the story.

COMMENTARY: Kate is pledging a sorority and ends up baring quite a bit of skin (on the town, in the great outdoors, in the library, at a bachelor party) before she finally gets the nod. There isn't that much actual sex in this story, but it is still quite arousing.

COMMENTARY: Pops falls down a flight of stairs while daydreaming about his beautiful daughter. His wife has to travel on business, so his daughter stays home to take care of him. There isn't quite as much sex in this story as there could be but there certainly is a lot of arousing material here. The main drawback of this story is that feels unfinished. Unfinished in the sense that it needs to be edited. It isn't so much spelling as it is some of the transitions. They aren't exactly smooth. There are a few sudden scene changes without explanation. From the author's intro I get the impression that he hasn't been much in the mood for writing lately. Possibly that is a contributing factor. But, did I like it? Well, yes. All the teasing got to me, and got me quite aroused.
