Tina informed me we were having Russian for dinner but wouldnt elaborate further no matter how much I tried. She would only say that she thought I might like a little variety tonight.
I began to see what she meant when we arrived home. I noticed the aroma first. It was delicious, but couldnt hope to compete with the presentation. Four lovely women were bustling in our kitchen.
Anya and Tanya appeared to be the main chefs but their two petite helpers were just as attractive. I hadnt seen them lately but Yumi and Fumi were as delightful looking as ever.
I was scared for my health until Tina told me that their male companions would be joining us soon. Thank the Gods! I whispered to her it looks like I need some help here.
All four of the cooks were naked except for aprons. I didnt think we had enough men though. I dont want to offend our Russian and Japanese male counterparts, but knowing you and Anya dont you think we should ask Gene and George to come over?
She chuckled, but went to make the call and see. It was perhaps fifteen minutes before they arrived. Danil, Aleksandr, Dogo, and Hogo showed up at about the same time.
The conversation around the table halted as soon as the food was set down. Most of it I didnt recognize and had to ask about. The appetizers were Gutap (deep fried herb fritters) and field mushrooms with toasts, followed by a delicious soup called Kapusta.
The main course was Chicken Kiev, Pirogues, and Cabbage rolls, with honey cakes for desert. We stayed with tradition and finished with vodka as an after dinner drink while we digested. It was a very entertaining evening afterwards.
I think Tina had forgotten the reason I thought to invite the French twins until everyone but them, Anya, and us had collapsed in exhaustion. Comprehension dawned then and she realized that I had managed to turn the tables on them. We had the girls outnumbered for a change. By the time we called it a night it was more from soreness than being tired.
Tina brought up a subject we had been postponing for far too long on Saturday morning. With all of the developments, stock purchases, and investments we had made, it was past time to think of the legal and tax situation.
We went over to the main house to talk to our parents about it and draw up a plan of incorporation. Since there were limited choices as far as adults were concerned the officers would be Mom, Dad, Al, Angie, and Gail.
Our folks promised to get the necessary papers filed on Monday but brought up the subject of what to call it. I really didnt want our name attached due to political considerations.
Eventually we decided to call the company American Innovations Inc., which should be generic enough for everything we were into. Dad even suggested locating the headquarters on the island but I didnt want to look like a tax evader.
We spent the rest of the afternoon mounting a laser on the jet with Angie and Adam so we could test it on our next trip to the island. The plan was to test the range and accuracy as much as possible by firing at targets with sensors to record the beam strength.
Jackie was waiting at the house when we returned and greeted us all with a kiss. She saved mine for last and left me gasping. After that greeting I was ready for bed now, and told her so but we managed to wait until nine before heading that way.
All of them did their best to wear me out, and did a commendable job. The three of us jammed a bit before breakfast and then started getting things ready for a trip to Atlanta.
The Saints were playing the Falcons and might even stand a chance. Every seat was filled on the plane this time. We had a blast at the game. Al had arranged to get us seats four rows up on the 50 yard line, where we had an excellent view of the Saints 7-0 win.
I had a sneaking suspicion that it had turned out different before without Al. Im sure Atlanta would have scored at least two touchdowns if he hadnt been there.
The first time, he sacked Bartkowski and recovered the ensuing fumble on the Saints 15 yard line and the second time he made a hell of an interception in the end zone. It sucked that his team had to fly out that night. We didnt get to talk to him for very long but he promised us good seats for the Packers game next week. Since it was a home game he could hang out with us all evening and bring Joyce, Linda, and Ellen along too.
Faith caught on to those of us who didnt need to sleep anymore on the return trip and soon she was sleepless also.
Two hours after we got there I was debating whether it was such a good idea. Six beautiful and horny women may sound like paradise (and is) but the original idea had been to make more time for other things as well.
I brought the subject up after Faiths delicious pussy finally had enough for the moment and left my lips free for a few seconds while Tina straddled my face.
Jackie had been playing cowgirl so long I was afraid shed be bowlegged.
I interrupted Connies pleadings for her turn long enough to get a word in and asked if they were planning on making this an every night occurrence.
Tina muffled me with her tasty and hairless slit and said I dont think so. As much fun as this is, I dont think our pussies could handle it. Im pretty sure Matt Junior couldnt either.
She started to get incoherent at this point when I began to tongue her G-Spot, but I was relieved.
Jackie screamed out her (5th?) orgasm and almost set me off, but the exchange of riders gave me time to get myself under control again. I was only able to last until Connies second one before cumming so hard I thought Id ejected my prostate.
After Tina settled down we decided to take a much needed shower and grab something to eat. It looked like we were going to have to add another meal to our day on a regular basis since we werent sleeping much at night.
During the meal we managed to embarrass Faith quite a bit. Though she probably would probably never compete with the other five in the beauty department she was now a very cute girl. She was now healthy looking and had filled out to a very nice 35-22-34.
I still thought she was too thin but she seemed very happy with the way she looked, and that was the important thing. Her teeth and nose were both straight and she (and we) had had another visit with the Gods to reaffirm her place with us. Her hair was probably her most striking feature now. It was as long as my other wives but I guess one of the Gods hadn't liked the color. "Blondie-baby" now fit her name. I had never realized platinum blonde hair could look so nice.
The principal paid a visit to our English class Monday to ask a favor. He wanted to know if we would consider using the time for a second tutoring session instead of English. Since you dont have any classroom work per se he explained wed really appreciate it. Extra points will be awarded to all who agree and they will count toward your GPA. Ms. Frank has already agreed to be there as well in case anyone has any questions about their assignment.
I thought all of the advanced students who needed help were already in the session we did now so I asked who wed be tutoring. I was getting to that he said with a sigh these arent advanced students. They are people who are struggling in their normal classes. With 25 or 30 pupils, the teachers just dont have enough time to devote to the individual instruction that some students need. Im afraid that without help, a lot of them will drop out before they graduate. They range from freshmen to seniors.
I asked him if we could discuss it among ourselves and let him know later but before I could say anything Nina asked why we couldnt just vote on it now since we were all in one place. It didnt happen very often.
I added one stipulation for an additional vote I would like to suggest that we be given the option of refusing anyone who doesnt want help. People who dont want to learn wont, no matter what we do. Im willing to help anyone who honestly wants it but I dont want to waste our time.
Both votes were a unanimous yes and Mr. Anders thanked us profusely and told us the sign-up sheets would be posted immediately and that he would also inform the staff to bring up the subject with any student they feel might benefit.
None of us expected the number of people who signed up. There was no way we could do any one-on-one instruction, so each of us drew 3 names out of a bucket.
There was only one problem with that. We called out the names we had drawn and when I announced the second name I had pulled the girl I had named first and two boys started to leave.
I was kind of pissed and I guess it showed so you three dont want to learn? I called after them.
They all three turned to face me and one of the guys said no offense but if we cant be together well just have to find another way. We really need to be in the same group.
I was stumped and could only manage why?
The girl spoke up then I think thats what our problem has been. See, were triplets and for some strange reason we arent good at anything unless were together. Our teachers always separate us and we cant function that way.
I asked their names and found out they were David, Dan, and Dina Logsdon. I looked at them and said problem solved. Ill take all three of you. Are we straight now?
David actually shook my hand and said more than straight man, we really appreciate it. I know its weird but its just the way things are. I just wish I knew what were going to do when we get older.
I laughed and told him easy, you three should open your own business. If the three of you work that good together youll do great. I wondered about the look of surprise I got from all three of them.
They were freshmen and all struggling to maintain a C- average. On the bright side, once they had mastered something they could demonstrate it by completing tests individually.
They had moved here from Nebraska this year and didnt have any friends in the area yet. They seemed like good people who really wanted to learn so I said OK, youre in and Dina asked do you mean you might not have helped us?
I told her my thoughts on the subject and they saw my point. We only had time for me to find out what subjects they needed help in and it looked like Id be in for a struggle. They had identical grades in every subject and all but two were bad.
I scratched my head and asked why they all had As in algebra and Ds in easier subjects and got the logical answer. It was the only subject where the teacher didnt separate them.
The bell rang then and before they left I asked where they lived. When I found out it was only 3 blocks from my house, I asked if they wanted to get started that evening.
I warned them that it wouldnt be a common thing because I had a lot going on but after practice today I had just planned to hang out around the pool. When they jumped at the chance I told them to bring their suits if they wanted to.
I swung by Gails office before heading to practice and told her about them. She got pretty steamed when she heard about them being separated in class and how it had affected them. She said shed look into it for me before closing the door and giving me a kiss that was going to make putting my jock on rather difficult. That was for you guys doing this. I think it could help a lot of kids stay in school.
All three of them were sitting on the curb in front of my house when I pulled in. We wasted half an hour while they oohed and ahhed over the Cobra before I could pull them away.
I stopped them at the gate to the pool and peeked in before letting them past. Dan asked what I was checking for and then saw who was there.
The abundance of semi nude females turned him mute and Dina cracked up quit drooling boys and asked what were you checking for?
I explained were kind of informal around here and I wanted to be sure everyone knew I was bringing company. We dont usually wear suits since the neighbors cant see in here.
Her brothers were still speechless but Dina wasnt. Cool, but dont go all formal on our account. Weve been nudists every since I can remember.
Dan found his voice then. Dina, you know youre not supposed to tell anybody that!
I told them the secret was safe with us especially since we were basically nudists too. I had to ask why he and his brother had been shocked though.
David tried to explain its just that theyre all soso
I laughed yes they are, arent they? So what will it be first, swim or study?
They opted for the swim, with Dina explaining that they loved to swim and the pool was amazing. She looked at me and asked if she had to wear a suit and I left it up to her.
I know my wives are some of the most beautiful females on the planet but I didnt mind at all. She was going to be a heartbreaker for sure.
Dina might be a freshman but her body was a lot like Rhondas. When everybody else saw her strip off, they joined in. Her brothers seemed reluctant at first but after I told them if you two arent as hard as stone right now the girls will be offended they joined in.
The only problem arose when we were playing in the pool. Dina had been a bit frisky with me but when she wrapped her legs around my waist and pressed her body to mine in an attempt to knock me off balance, I was a bit concerned.
Connie (jokingly?) asked are you trying to boff my husband right in front of me young lady?
Dina jumped off like I had goosed her and spluttered Connie tried to reassure her I was just kidding about the boffing thing but
we are married. Age has nothing to do with love you know. Things got even more complicated after that. Somehow word didnt get to
Angie and she walked out of the house as naked as we were. Of course, all three of our guests were in her music class. It was their
other good grade. To complicate matters further our little Paul was with her
and toddled over to me with outstretched arms exclaiming hug, daddy, hug! They also knew Paul was Angies son. While I picked my boy up for the
requested attention Tina hugged Angie and looked at our visitors and said I
think we need to talk. Would the three of you like to stay for dinner? She got mute nods from the boys and Dina said shed call and ask their parents.
I said good, now dont think too much before then. I want to play with my son
a while! I kissed my boy and then Angie before I jumped in the shallow end with
a squealing Paul. We never did get around to studying that evening. We postponed the discussion until after we had devoured the pizzas we had
ordered. I led things off with I really hope the three of you can keep a
secret. It would cause a great deal of difficulty for quite a few people who I
love very much if you cant. We arent what most people call a normal family.
You have either found out or guessed by now some things you are better off not
knowing. You know Connie and I are married but most people know that. You know
Paul is my son and already know who his gorgeous mommy is and no one outside of
our family knows that. You are in a very select group. Very few people know as
much about us as you do. The question is can we trust you? David looked at his siblings and then at me. Believe me Matt. If theres
one thing all three of us are extremely good at it is keeping secrets. He
smiled at his sister and added the important ones anyway. If anybody finds out
it wont be from us. His siblings nodded in agreement and I actually found myself believing them
but added I hope so. Lives could be ruined if you cant. We decided to give them the tour before they left and I felt like kicking
myself when I saw that I had neglected to close the door to the computer room.
I saw Dina look in there but oddly enough she didnt ask any questions. I figured
that not having seen one before she didnt realize what it was. We got the usual you guys must be rich thing but tried to play it down as
much as possible. When we got to the shrine all three stopped and stared
wide-eyed at it and I was expecting a question as to what it was. Instead of
questions, we got smiles from David and Dan. They told us that they believed in
the old gods as well, and were glad they werent alone. They hadnt met anyone
until now who believed as they did. I thought it was going as well as I could have hoped. At least until Dina
fainted. I wasnt sure what to think but I did manage to react quick enough to
catch her before she hit the floor and carry her to the sofa. It was a pleasant
experience since nobody had bothered to get dressed. She wasnt out long. In
fact she woke up as I was laying her down and surprised me by wrapping her arms
around my neck and laying a three-alarm kiss on me. She hugged me tighter and smiled over my shoulder at Connie. Sorry she
apologized I couldnt help myself. Connie just smiled and said she understood but no boffing unless I say its
OK, got it? I thought it was my turn to faint when she looked at her brothers and said
theyre like us, guys. Theyve been there and back. David and Dan both yelled no Dina, dont say another word! She calmly got up and took her brothers by the hand. Just as I feared, she
led them back to my study. Dan didnt say anything but David couldnt help
himself by the Gods, it's a fucking computer! I couldnt help myself Ive called it that a lot, especially when we were
building it. Now seriously, question number one: do your parents know your
situation? Dina practically drowned Tina and I in tears as she explained that they made
the mistake of telling them before a much calmer David took over. They practically had us committed. I guess I can understand why, I mean
shit like this doesnt happen, right? We figured out that if we acted like we
used to and told the psychologist that our folks must have flipped out to make
up a story like that and we didnt know what they were talking about theyd
leave us alone. It really pissed the parental units off though. Somehow their
friends found out about it and being a small town, laughed their asses off
about it. Thats why we moved, everybody in town thought they were nuts. I
doubt theyll ever forgive us for turning the tables on them. Just looking
around here I can tell you dont have those kinds of problems, or were you rich
before? I gave them a brief synopsis of my previous life but when I mentioned coming
back before the end came, they all looked confused and Dina said what end?
What are you talking about? Maybe you should tell me how the three of you managed to come back first so
we know where to start I suggested. David took this one strangely enough, we actually were in business
together. We had an accounting firm and were on our way from Boston to LA to
check on office space for a new location. All we know is that the plane was
hijacked and crashed. I guess the stupid fucks didnt know how to fly it. Tina and I exchanged a meaningful glance and we asked if it happened to be
American flight number 11, and of course it was. We had them sit down before telling them what happened on that day and
afterward. For a while they were too stunned to speak but when they did they
were as furious as the rest of us. Added to that was guilt over what the plane
they were on had done. We eventually made them realize that there was nothing they could have done.
Flight 11 was the first plane that crashed, and before that nobody had a clue
what was up. You couldnt do anything then Tina told them but you can now. Were going
to be on those planes the next time and I have a feeling things will be a bit
different. There wasnt much time before they had to be home so the planned tutoring
never happened that day. Oh, by the way I told them as they left I think a friend of ours at the
school is taking care of the classroom situation so you wont be separated
anymore and that should help too. They all laughed and David explained it really was like that the first time
around. This time we were afraid that if we suddenly changed, the folks would
get suspicious. If you could get us in the same classes we wouldnt have to
play dumb anymore. That would be nice and wed appreciate it. I got a nice goodbye kiss from Dina and she winked at Connie and asked are
you sure I cant boff him? She was gone before Connie could respond. After the door closed I hugged my
wives and said that girl is extremely horny. Maybe we should find someone who
can scratch her itch for her. I think they were pleased with me for that from the kisses I got. I didnt
want to be the one elected to do the scratching. Tina said she had some ideas that couldnt wait and Connie volunteered to
help her. I got the impression that I would only be in her way if I hung around
so I decided to take a walk through the neighborhood. I hadnt even made it to the end of the driveway before George trotted up
beside me and warned me youd better be careful. If I hadnt been here Kathy
would be smacking you around right now. You know how she feels about you
wandering around alone after what happened before. Actually, I welcomed the company and told him so. I thought I would be OK
out in the open. There was less chance of somebody using long-range weapons and
I thought I could handle anything else. We hadnt gone very far before we were stopped by a young but stunning
brunette who was almost wearing a white bikini that must have been designed
especially for her lovely body. Are you Matt? she panted, making her lovely breasts stretch the top that
was desperately attempting to prevent their escape. I confessed that I was, and she continued my cousin thinks youre really
cute and wanted to meet you. I knew this girl from my previous existence but
concealed it as I asked her who her cousin was even though I remembered all too
well. She pointed to the older girl standing half a block or so away and asked if
I wanted to talk to her. Ill tell you in a second I responded but first I
need to ask you a favor. She looked confused as she asked what that might be. I managed to keep a
straight face as I said dont ever, under any circumstances, wear that suit
anywhere close to the street. Her confusion obviously grew as she asked why and I told her you look
entirely too beautiful for any male behind the wheel to notice anything but
you. You could cause a serious accident and I wouldnt want innocent people to
get hurt or killed. By the way, whats your name? She blushed prettily and said Debbie, and my cousin is Pam. Do you really
think Im pretty? I turned to my drooling companion what do you think, George? He smiled and
told us all I can say is, wow! And that youre right about the
public safety implications. She blushed even further while I added your cousin isnt nearly as pretty
as you are. Besides, Im not even remotely attracted to her. Debbie looked shocked Ive never heard that before. Guys usually fall all
over themselves to get her attention. George chuckled shes not Matts type at all, or mine either. Debbie was
incredulous as she asked why. I took this one first, if she wanted to meet me she should have come over
here herself. Second, big breasts dont impress us. I feel sorry for her. The
poor thing will probably dislocate a kneecap with them before shes 40. Debbie had a nice laugh and asked if she could tell her cousin what I said.
When I replied please do I saw George give me a confused look. She thanked us
for the compliments and as she walked away she put on a very hypnotizing
display with her saucy little butt. We watched as she passed the message to her well-endowed cousin. I swear I
could see the heat waves radiate from her before she flipped us off and stormed
off in the other direction. George shook his head and turned to me what gives? I know Im missing part of
the story here. I got the impression that you despised that other girl and you
didnt even talk to her. Thats the first time Ive ever seen you be
intentionally rude to anyone. I smiled and shook my head I talked to her alright. That was my first wife.
Shes a viper as far as Im concerned. One of the biggest advantages of coming
back was to not make the same mistakes again. She was my biggest. George didnt pry for details. I figured he had made mistakes of his own and
understood exactly what I meant. The encounter served to spoil my mood. Pam was
always sure to do that. With my day ruined, we headed back. I caught up to the girls in the workshop and they noticed my sour
disposition. After the story was pried from me Connie asked what had ever possessed
me to take up with the heinous bitch in the first place. I sighed and told her dont take this the wrong way babe but after we broke
up and Tina left for college I was really lost. I think my brain stopped
functioning for a while. Instead of realizing the obvious reason I stumbled
along until she snared me. I just flat gave up on love, I guess. They had to know what I meant about the obvious reason and my smile
returned and I explained the women I loved were gone and I was on the rebound
before I kissed her. I was glad we didnt need to sleep anymore. We would have
been in awful shape in the morning. Not all of the time was spent making love. Much of it was just talking about
the present and future. During one of the intermissions Tina asked if you
didnt meet the bitch until after I left for college before, how come you
managed to meet her this time while were still in high school? Somethings not
right about that. I thought about it but couldnt figure it out myself. Finally I said beats
me, babe. I met her the first time because Debbie was a friend of Sharons and
came over for a visit. Her sleazebag cousin just tagged along. I dont even
know when Sharon met Debbie but something is screwy in the timeline. Connie
suggested talking to Sharon about it and I agreed it might be worth looking
into. We turned to lighter subjects and came up with a wild plan for surviving the
disco craze. We had struggled through before by listening to oldies stations
and playing tapes of the music we did like, such as the Stones, Beatles,
Clapton, Springsteen, and some others. Her comment about having enough
instruments for a band prompted my reply that Id bet we had people who could
record all the songs we liked. I should have known shed run with the idea. While I was at practice Tina took a poll of our talent pool and found out I
was correct. George could even play the steel drums and was as big a Jimmy
Buffett fan as I was! For vocals we had Tina (who could sound just like Pat Benatar), Jackie (Ann
Wilson from Heart), Kathy (Stevie Nicks), Connie (Bonnie Raitt), and Gene (Bon
Scott!). Since I could make myself sound pretty much like any male singer
without a high pitched voice, I could do a few. We wasted a lot of time jamming after the discovery but in the end we had
recreated our favorite songs to listen to. We would have to exercise a lot of
caution in their use. It would seem pretty strange if the wrong people heard
songs that wouldnt be released for years. The football and soccer teams were still undefeated going into the playoffs.
I had only been in the paper once more and actually thought it was pretty
funny. I had caught a pass over the middle and the linebacker covering me
latched onto my face mask. I twisted my head and jerked, causing the helmet to
come off. There were three pictures on the front of the sports page. The first was the
defender holding my helmet and looking at my departing back and the second was
me handing the ball to the ref and patting him on the shoulder as I always did
after scoring. The third was the guy handing my helmet back to me. I felt kind
of sorry for him. He really didnt try to grab it. Sometimes stuff like that
happens. We did have to use some of the new plays this year. In the championship game
things got a bit close for comfort. We were nursing a 14-13 lead in the fourth
quarter when the coach called my favorite. It was a fake double-reverse where I
ended up with the ball. They had been keying on me the whole game and it looked
like their entire team was coming after me. I guess they didnt know I could throw the ball. It was ridiculously easy to
hit Jeff standing all alone in the end zone 40 yards away. We ran almost the
identical play on the next series. The difference was that the handoff to me
was a fake. Pete kept the ball and ran 65 yards for a score while I was being chased.
The final was 28-19 and we were champions once more. The Girls soccer team had
won the previous Saturday to capture their second title as well. After discovering the location for the honors banquet I asked our folks to
reserve an entire floor of the hotel for us. We took the jet and it wasnt too
crowded. There were 12 from our group (Me,Tina, Becky, Paula, Rhonda, Kathy, Nina,
Lin, Jackie, George, Gene, and Adam), two of the nerd group (Kevin and Mary),
and one chaperone (Angie). Connie would have been there but it was too close
to her due date to risk it. Kevin and Mary were really excited about traveling with us but it had taken
a lot of convincing before their parents agreed. They were all for saving the
money but dubious about the pilots experience. In the end dad caved and said
hed go as well. Mom insisted on staying home with the youngsters. Pop had
never actually promised them he would be doing the flying, and didnt. This whole arrangement sounded kind of exciting to us. We realized that
smart people called the shots in this country and the more of them we met the
better it would be for us. The first of the 3 days was spent sightseeing and socializing. We were
ostracized by some groups since we were from a public school. It seems that
they believed they were above us. That was the minority though and didnt
bother us at all since we wouldnt have bothered with them anyway. Most others were really nice, if a bit withdrawn. Social skills arent
learned in a book and they hadnt had much opportunity to practice. By the
second day it was almost painful to watch some of them. We tried to interact
but most were too shy to say much. On the day of the actual banquet (which was quite elegant) there was
supposed to be a band in the ballroom for a dance. Unfortunately it wasnt to
be. They called and said their bus was in an accident and they wouldnt be able
to make it. We were kind of pissed at the lost opportunity, having thought it
was just the ticket to get some of these people to open up a bit. After a talk with my dad we buttonholed the manager and asked if it would be
possible to use the bands instruments that were obviously on the stage to fill
in for them. I used a bit of persuasion to get our way and we were in. When we took the
stage there was almost as big a groan as when the band cancellation was
announced. I had the feeling that their expectations were a bit low until we launched
into Born to Run and really nailed it. We followed up with Dont Fear the
Reaper and people were starting to dance and cheer. I went a bit overboard by singing Radar Love to my gorgeous (all female)
band but they loved it. I finished my set with Lay down Sally before we took
a break. Tina and I were headed for the refreshment table but were stopped at the
stage by a tall and stunning blonde with her hand out. I took it automatically
and she held on and pulled me behind her with Tina trailing us. When she reached the edge of the crowd she stopped and turned to us you
guys are really goodbut she said while giving us both a hopeful smile. Tina and I both asked but what at the same time, eliciting a chuckle from
everyone before the stranger got a serious look and said Lay down sally wont
be released for six months and Blue Oyster Cult wont cut Dont fear the Reaper
until next year. Tina blushed and said shit! but I just smiled and said it worked. I
figured this would be a good place to make connections but didnt think wed
get the chance, at least until the band bailed. I looked at my wife and said
sorry babe, it was a spur of the moment thing. Our new acquaintance said I might have missed it if I wasnt such a big
Clapton fan. Besides that, my name is Sally and I really like that song! She had more surprises in store for us. She was part of a similar group from
California and they had the floor below ours reserved at the hotel. Tina ran back and told our bunch wed see them in the rooms later while
Sally did the same with her bunch. She came back with a dark haired beauty and
led us to their suite. Once there, introductions were first on the agenda. She
told us that her name was Sally Chambers and her companion was Megan Madison and
we provided ours to them. After that a brief outline of our groups were discussed. To the amusement of
all we discovered that we were almost exact opposites. Where our group was mostly female with six male and thirteen female
returnees with a male leader theirs consisted of four females and eight males
with a female (Sally) in charge. It was hopeless as far as getting even remotely up to date and even more
impossible to get the groups together for an in depth discussion. All we could
do was exchange contact information and promise to find a way to meet. When Tina happened to mention our planned Christmas (Yule to us) vacation on
the island their interest increased even more. Tentative plans were made for
that time since it was only two weeks away. When I broached the subject of travel cost I got a smile as Sally said we
have as good of a memory as you do. Money isnt an issue but I wish wed have
thought about the island idea. It sounds really cool! Instead of staying in the room we decided to rejoin the party. I was glad we
had when we got there. The rest of our bunch had the place rocking so we
circulated and danced. It was one way to at least meet the others in their
group. I danced with the four girls (Kim Warrens, a lovely black girl and Stacy Sutton,
a really cute and short blond were the others) while Tina took a spin with the
guys. I had danced with Kim last and bounded up onto the stage for another turn at
the mike. Judging from her expression, Kim loved my rendition of Brown Sugar.
She must have because the kiss I got when I jumped off the stage was really
nice. After the party finally broke up, we headed back to our rooms. Tina and I
broke the news to an astonished group of people. Everyone was anxious to meet our west coast compatriots but resigned
themselves to waiting for vacation. I gave them what little information I had
on the girls and Tina told us that the guys were Aaron Benson, Mike Finnegan,
Neal Harrison, Carl Gaffney, Stan Fink, Will Wilson, Bernie Dern, and Cal
Ziegler. We had discovered a couple of other items while enjoying their company.
Megan was a medical research scientist and Kim was an aerospace engineer. My other two dances had been fast ones and I couldnt find anything out.
Tina said that she hadnt had much of a chance to talk but she knew two of the
guys by reputation. She told us that Cal Ziegler was one of the smartest guys
on the planet the first time around and was a theoretical physicist. Stan Fink had been a pioneer in the reclamation of desert areas for
agriculture using desalinization and irrigation techniques. If the rest of them
had knowledge this useful it would be a great help to our long term agenda. Our little meeting was interrupted by a knock at the door and when we opened
it we were surprised to see Kevin and Mary. They were quickly invited in and
the conversation turned to more mundane matters. They werent shy at all around us. We were in a lot of the same classes and
talked quite often. They enthusiastically praised our musical talent and after
we thanked them Kevin said he had taped it and wondered if wed mind if he
played it for the prom committee. He and Mary were on it and said that they usually ended up with lousy bands
and wanted theirs to be different. Once we made sure they understood that there
were some songs we would not play (disco), we tentatively agreed to do
it.
