The lower floor could be easily remodeled into a two bedroom suite like this one. I could easily afford it if I got get our parents to agree.
The next time we visited we�d run the idea past the folks. After a not so short but pleasantly crowded shower we decided to go for a walk. Just as we entered the trailer park we came upon Kathy and Don just as Don was leaving. She was extremely pissed and was crying hysterically as she cussed his retreating form.
I let the ladies get her calmed down. I had an idea what was going on and figured a guy�s input wouldn�t be appreciated. I got a little nervous when Tina asked her if she�d come to our place for a while but followed meekly behind them.
It wasn�t a bad place to be considering the view. I only remembered Kathy as one of my ex-friend�s conquests who had come to me for comfort after the asshole had dumped her. Kathy wasn�t someone I would have normally been interested in before. I had considered her to be unapproachable even after I lost the weight.
She stood 6�2� and was built like an Amazon. Picture lovely Nordic features with long pale blond hair sitting on top of a walking wet dream with a 38D-25-36 body and that�s Kathy. I was surprised to find out before that she was also a contradiction. While she had a very sweet and vulnerable disposition she could also be very tough when warranted. She had ended up moving in with her aunt somewhere in Colorado, I�d heard.
When we arrived back at our place we found out she knew she was being set up to be used and discarded. She was hurt but it seemed she would survive intact. I tried to impart the feeling that she was needed and loved by other people, if not Don, and did my best to boost her sense of self-worth.
Paula walked her home after she recovered and Kathy promised to visit again for a swim. When the three of us were alone Tina turned to me and hugged me tightly. She looked at me afterwards and said �you did something didn�t you?�
I meekly nodded and got another hug and a kiss. �I bet you don�t even know you might have saved her life, do you? I know you remember Kathy got pregnant but I bet you don�t know that when Don denied all responsibility Kathy slit her wrists. They found her in a clearing at the park with a statue of Freyja and a dagger, dressed only in a white robe.�
I was stunned. She hadn�t left to live with relatives before. Her parents had used that ruse to avoid questions about her suicide. I asked Tina how she knew and was wrapped in a tight embrace as she whispered �because I�m the one who found her. It was the spot where we prayed to the goddess together.�
