Because of the sheer number of characters in Little Lovers, I decided that it might be a good idea to detail the important figures in Cooperstown and provide a little background that might explain what motivates them to do what they do. The information in this file is current as of the character statuses at the end of chapter one. All physical statistics are in United States standards of measurement.

Brooke Landon

Description: The captain of the Cooperstown Centurions, Brooke is a focused, driver, serious teenager who is determined to lead her Squad to victory in the National Championships. A so-so student, she has quickly become aware of the task she has taken on, and subsequently is secretly in a panic as she tries to handle everything on her plate. She is completely unaware of how beautiful she is in the eyes of others – in her opinion she is nothing special. She has a penchant for working out her stress through exercise. Brooke is still a virgin – though she has masturbated, she does not believe that she has the time (or is actually worthy) of being in a committed relationship.
Bonnie Landon

She was vaguely aware of her sexuality but had never really followed up on the confusing sensations deep inside of her.
Deborah “Debbie” Landon

Description: The mother of Brooke and Bonnie, Debbie Landon is a single mother trying to balance her work, home, and personal lives… and has succeeded to some extent, purchasing a nice home and earning enough money to provide for her girls and help them to pursue their dreams. A practicing lawyer in Cooperstown, she is highly intelligent, savvy, and insightful – although she has somehow managed to miss the strange events happening around her. She is convinced that her thighs are far too large for her body (which explains her obsession with exercise), but in reality she is perfectly proportioned. She has been affected by the environment in town and is a lesbian, although she does not recognize her attraction to women and instead just believes that she “has yet to meet Mister Right.” Masturbates at least once per day, although feels incredibly ashamed after her orgasm.
Laurie Pritchard

Description: The mother of Laurie Pritchard, Rebecca’s focus had been trying to find a way to support both her and her daughter. Hailing from “the wrong side of the tracks,” Rebecca feels that the rest of the women in Cooperstown looks down on her, and as a result tends to regard them with contempt. She realized shortly after the birth of Laurie that she was attracted to women, but did not feel confident enough to pursue her desires – until she was contacted by an anonymous figure who gave her an offer she couldn’t refuse. Rebecca has been using her position as a photographer for Little Lovers to sample her “models,” and though she has slept with almost ten underage girls she is still looking for the one that gives her a true sexual spark. (She believed that she had found it with Sienna Koptau, but that is fading quickly as she has more opportunities with others.) Rebecca has a dark secret that nobody, not even her own daughter, knows about… and she is terrified that when it comes out she will be further ostracized about town.
Nyssa Allen

Description: The dominant half of the Allen twins, Nyssa is a freshman member of the Centurions Junior Squad. Though she is of average height she is actually quite thin for her age, giving her the appearance of being younger than she actually is. Nyssa was born two minutes and six seconds before her sister, a fact that she never fails to remind Juliana of during their infrequent battles. Description: An elegant young woman who always strives to present her best face forward, Sienna is a member of the Centurions Senior Squad and one of Brooke’s two lieutenants. The fourteen-year-old dresses in a very frilly, very girly manner, and tends to twist her long blonde hair into a French braid that hangs down her spine when she has the time. Sienna has only lately begun to realize her attraction to other girls and, while somewhat accepting of her sexuality, is still embarrassed to admit her physical desires. She is fully under the control of the Mastermind and doesn’t realize the sheer number of sexual partners that she has experienced – though she can only remember fragmentary pieces, the number of instances where she has “lost time” makes her fear that she is closing in on triple digits. She is best friends with Jessie Appell.

Description: Lean, hard, and tough, Jessie is a member of the Centurions Senior Squad and one of Brooke’s two lieutenants. She does not realize just how beautiful she actually is – the fourteen-year-old believes herself to be butt-ugly, and tends to dismiss any attempt to improve her appearance as a lost cause. Jessie is secretly sweet and painfully shy, but she makes up for this by donning an aggressive personality that has, so far, mostly managed to fool everyone. Unlike other gymnasts Candy is just naturally tiny and petite – indeed, she often (silently) bemoans the fact that, though she’s twelve years old, she still looks many years younger. She is convinced that her braces make her look ugly, and in fact cannot see how adorable she appears to others.
