Here we are, back home! I finally found some time to write. We had the best time ever. I went to Nikki's home in the afternoon to bring her the presents. I bought her a cute little winter cap, a book and some stick-on tattoos (I'll tell about the tattoos later). So anyway, we were in her bedroom just talking about presents she got from her mom and dad and the things she's been doing. Then her mom brought us some snacks and then we made plans for the new year. I showed her where we'll be going and told her to bring some warm clothes with herself. She was really happy, I think all the presents people gave her made her so sweet. She was all over me, hugging and kissing me but I was scared because her mom or dad could walk into her room any moment. Anyway, we did a little kissing around and then I had to leave. I wasn't there for a long time because she had some cousins coming over with their parents. They're brother and sister, the girl is only a few years older than Nikki.

We left on Friday afternoon. This place where we were going is not far, so it didn't take us too long to get there by car. But the traffic was terrible because everyone was on holidays and going somewhere. So when we got there we went to the place that my friends told me about. It's a nice little cottage that's been transferred into a hotel and a restaurant. We had a room booked there so when we arrived we unpacked and went to get some dinner and then back to our room, because it was too late to do anything else and Nikki was tired. She took a shower and went straight to bed and I joined her soon after. Then we talked about things until she fell asleep. It was really cold outside so it was nice to have her next to me. We slept huddled together until late in the morning and would probably have stayed in bed all day if we didn't have to meet my friends.

These friends are a couple; they're not married but they've been living together for a long time. I've known them from my student days, and they're really cool. Their names are C.. and U.. So when we got up we went down to the lobby to wait for them. Nikki said we should go outside and build a snowman because there was a lot of snow and it was still snowing, but I said we will do it later when we're alone. So finally, they arrived and to make it short, we made plans to go around and see the castle and some shops and then we talked about the New Year's party.

There are some excellent shops in that place. I was tempted spend all my money on myself and Nikki. I saw this adorable little jacket I wanted to buy for her but she didn't like it very much. Anyway, most of the time we spent at the castle. It's usually closed during the winter but they reopen it only for Christmas and New Year when they have some exhibitions for the tourists. In the afternoon we were alone again so I took Nikki outside and we built a snowman and had a huge snowball fight! The bad thing is that the sunlight disappears at around four in the afternoon so we had to go back to the hotel. It was a good thing because we were both wet from snow and needed to change our clothes. I gave Nikki a hot bath and then we watched some movies on TV. We cuddled and I tried to teach her some kissing games which was a lot of fun! But she went all sleepy soon after because we had been running and playing outside earlier in the afternoon. So I put her in bed and read her some stories. She always says she's too old to be read stories but she likes it all the same.

And that's how Saturday went by. On Sunday we woke up really late and then we met with C.. and U.. again and went to the local market where I bought a gorgeous little figure of a little girl sculptured from stone. It shows only her head and it's a size of a fist but it's really pretty. Then we had a lunch in a little restaurant that looked out on the lake which was all frozen. That was really nice too. There's nothing too important to say because C.., U.. and me were just catching up with everything that happened since the last time we saw each other. They asked about Nikki and I said I was looking after her, and then I added that we're best friends and Nikki just giggled when I said that. I was hoping she wouldn't say something silly like when she did last summer when she said we're lovers to the waiter in a cafe. So, later U.. wanted to go back to hotel and Nikki and me went to a little park where they had a few sculptures made from ice for people to look at. It's was fun too. They had made a Mickey Mouse in ice by cutting the ice with electric saw! You can guess Nikki loved it and it took me an hour before I convinced her that we should go back to our room because it was getting late.

When we returned to hotel, she wanted to try the stick-on tattoos I bought her for Christmas so I told her to take her top off. I don't want to embarrass her here by talking about it but she already has cute little breasts growing. She's so sweet! We played then with tattoos for a while. I stuck about five of them on her. She had a little butterfly on her stomach, a heart on her shoulder, a flower on her back, a spider on her bottom (yes she even took her panties off!), and a rose on her ankle. I think the tattoos were the sexiest thing we did in all the time we were there apart from some um... chocolate kisses.

She fell asleep while I was kissing her cute little ear (so much for a great lover!) and I joined her soon after. The next day was Monday and we went to see where the New Year's party would be held. There was nothing to do for most of the day. We had lunch with C.. and U.. and then we went to our room to get reedy for the party. Nikki wanted to wear some make up so I loaned her my own and helped her put it on. Then I painted her fingernails and toenails and did her hair. I braided her hair in two little braids; it's my favorite! Then we dressed up and went to the party.

It was still early when we arrived. People said there were going to be some fireworks which Nikki really wanted to see. Then when C.. and U.. arrived we had a dinner together. They said Nikki looked great. I didn't overdo her makeup. I only put some eye shadow and a little lipstick on her lips and she wore a beautiful black dress that made her look a little older. Then after the dinner there was some music and people began arriving and then later they had some band playing on stage. Nikki liked it. She's still asking me to take her out to a nightclub so this was kind of exciting for her. I promised her I will take her out one night when we get back to [...]. Anyway, it was fun and noisy and people were dancing. I took Nikki for a dance too and it was great because there was our favorite song playing which we both like. It's called Standing Still by Jewel. It's really romantic, kind of how we felt. I wished we could've kissed then but I didn't want to risk it and besides we kissed before while listening to that song. So we danced for a while and then she asked me if she could try some Champaign when the New Year arrives and I said she could if she wanted. I think this made her really proud because she was all giggly after that.

Then a few minutes before midnight we went outside to watch the fireworks. Nikki held my hand because she was afraid of all the noise, and then right at midnight I picked her up in my arms and we kissed on lips. It was our first New Year together!

After that we went back inside and I let her drink some Champaign which she didn't like very much but she still emptied the full glass! For the rest of the night we danced some more and just had a lot of fun. I don't think anyone paid too much attention to us because most of the people were half drunk anyway. I saw a couple of curious glances in our direction but it didn't worry me too much. C.. and U.. were having fun too and they also kept an eye on Nikki just in case she didn't get lost in the crowd.

By about 3am we were really tired and Nikki almost fell asleep in my arms so I decided to go back to the hotel and get some sleep. We both woke up the next day with a headache but we still had to pack our things because it was our last day. We left the place later that morning after we said goodbye to C.. and U.. They don't live in [...] so I don't see them very often. Anyway, it was fun driving back home because we talked about everything and Nikki was happy with everything we did. When we arrived, it was already late afternoon so I took her straight home, but before we left the car I kissed her one last time. Her mom and dad were waiting for us but Nikki was too tired so we said bye to each other and I went home. And that's how it was. I think we had a great time and we probably won't have another one until summer. It's a pity we can't be together like that more often.
