Tiffany's Diaper Tales Volume II By BabyInDiapers Written 08/03/2006 Chapter 054 Mom and dad returned home. We told them all about our record deal. Mom was worried that we may get screwed over. Tammy told her she read the entire contract, and that it was actually a good deal." "So what are you girls gonna do if you have to tour during school?" Mom asked. "We'll home school. I mean think about it mom. This is a once in a life time thing." I said. "You're right. Let's celebrate." Mom said. She and dad took all of us in the band out to a nice restaurant. "So Tammy, are you gonna be our manager?" Robert asked. "I might as well, I've been tagging along with you guys the past few weeks." She said. We had a great meal and then went back to David's for a while. My parents and his parents sat down for some coffee while we hung out in the practice room. Later we dropped Robert and Laura off at there homes. We got home and mommy gave me my bath. Amy came over that night and spent a few days with us. She slept on the bed in my room. Dad was working on building a identical crib like the super crib I had. We were then going to put the bed in with Aunt Kathy's bed in the guest room. Then put the new crib in my room. The weekend of the 4'th of July was here. We had a bunch of people over for a bar-b-q. We went swimming and had a wonderful day. That night we set off some fire works. Laura and I snuck away from the crowd. We went up to the tree house and locked it. That night we made such passionate love to each other. We held each other close. After an hour, we left and went into the house. Everyone had left accept for Laura's family which was helping mom and dad clean up. "Can I spend the night?" Laura asked. "Why don't you have Tiffany come over tonight honey." Her mom said. I asked my mom and she said I could. Laura and I held each other in her crib as we fell asleep that night. When I arrived home the next afternoon, I was surprised when I walked into my room and saw the extra crib. It was nearly identical. I took a few stuffed animals and put them in there. Mommy let me take a nap in it that afternoon. At dinner that night I was commenting on how many people we could have sleeping over at our house all at once. "See, we have 2 people per crib in my room, that's four. Then 2 people per bed in the guest room, that's another 4. Then 2 people in Tammy's room, then mommy and daddy in their room. So that's like 12 people! "Don't forget two people on the fold out bed couch in the living room." Mom said. "Wow 14!" I said. "And don't forget about the baby's room." Tammy added. "15!" I said as I laughed. "We're gonna have to start charging guests a nightly fee just like a hotel." Mom said. "I not paying." I said. "Then you may be sleeping in the front yard." Mom said jokingly. "No, me not sleep in the yard." I said in my baby talk voice. Amy spent the night again. This time she slept in the new crib. Tammy slept with me in my crib. The next few weeks went on. David and Robert were working on Album art. We had a general idea for the theme of the album by July 15. We also had our songs down. We were now figuring out what order to put them in. Also we wanted to add some more layers. Mr. Nelson told us that in the studio we could overdub extra tracks to fill out the songs a bit more. So Laura and I wrote some of the extra parts. August 4'th we went to Orlando. The first day we only got one song done but were able to get accustomed to how things were setup. We went home each night and came back each morning for nearly 2 weeks before we had everything done perfectly. Tammy was due to have her baby any day. Mommy and Aunt Kathy were decorating the baby's room. It was going to be a girl. One night while laying down on the couch Tammy began to have contractions. Mom and dad and I got in the truck and took her to the hospital. Her water broke on the way there. Luckily she had two thick cloth diapers on. Mom was changing her as dad was parking. "Honey, you soaked both layers of your diaper all at once. My goodness." Mom said. "Mom, hurry, I just had another contraction." Tammy said as she was obviously in pain. We got her to a room. She laid down. The nurse came in and was checking her out. "Do you want any drugs?" she asked. "No!" Tammy said as she was having another contraction. She was breathing heavily. "Remember your Lamaze breathing honey." The lady said. Tammy held Mommy's hand. The doctor came in about 30 minutes later. "Looks like everything is going well." She said. "It hurts like hell!" Tammy screamed as another really bad contraction came. Mom and I were just there comforting her. "Mom I have to pee." She said. Mom held the bedpan for her and she let go. "Tiffany, wash this out in the sink." She said as she handed me the bed pan. I went over to the bathroom which was right there in the room. I rinsed it out and brought it back. Aunt Kathy and Amy came. Dad had called them on the cell phone. Aunt Kathy stayed but Amy left because she couldn't watch Tammy in such pain. I was praying like there was no tomorrow. The doctor came in about an hour and a half later and just in time. She went into the closest contractions she had all night. A couple nurses rushed in to help with the delivery. I couldn't even look. I closed my eyes. All of a sudden we heard a little tiny voice crying. The doctor held the baby and Mom cut the cord. They let Tammy see her for a moment and then took her away to clean her up. Tammy also had made quite a mess. She totally pooped herself and there was after birth, and it was really gross. They cleaned her up and changed the bedding. Just about as Tammy was settling back into the bed, they brought her baby girl in. We were all crying happy tears. Dad and Kevin and Amy came in shortly there after. Tammy decided to name her "Amanda Louise Walker" Both Tammy and little Mandi stayed at the hospital that night for observation. Later that afternoon Mom and dad and I went to bring her and the newborn home. She was so cute and so small. She cried a lot at first, but by evening she was asleep. Tammy went to bed at the same time. She was still exhausted. Giving birth took a lot of energy out of her. Mommy gave me a bath. I peaked in Tammy's door. The baby was in a cradle next to her bed. I gently closed the door. I got tucked in and read to. Mommy even breast fed me. I fell asleep a while later. During the night I was awaken a couple times when the baby was crying. Tammy fed her and changed her. I even got up once and checked on them when I heard them. They were sitting in the living room on the rocking chair. I fell asleep with Mr. fluffy on the couch because Tammy stayed in the living room the rest of the night rocking her baby. That seemed to be the only thing that would stop her from crying. The next few days the house was hectic. People wanted to come by and see the baby, but we didn't let anyone near her. She was still was only a week old. I got to change her diaper a couple times. She was so tiny. Tammy took a nap and I held little Mandi and rocked her. She was getting fussy. I checked her diaper but she was dry. "Mom I think he's hungry." I said. "Well feed her." She said. "Mom!" I said. "Well honey, you've got breast milk just like Tammy." She said. "Yeah but, it's not my baby." I said. "Ok fine, I'll feed her." Mom said as she got up and I gave Mandi to her. I let mom sit in the rocker. She gave her a nipple and she was contently suckling. Tammy came out a while later. "Mom breastfed your baby." I said. "That's okay." Tammy said as she was fixing herself a snack in the kitchen. "But wont she get confused who her mommy is though?" I asked. "No. She knows I'm her mommy. Believe me Tiff, when he's hungry, he's not gonna care who's nippies he's sucking on." Tammy said as she sat at the table. "So I can feed her too?" "Yeah sure. Why not." Tammy said with a mouth full. The baby went to sleep after mom fed him. Aunt Kathy, Kevin, and Amy came over for dinner. Tammy was breastfeeding the baby when they came in. "Hey at least this kid will always have a milk supply on tap in this house." Kathy said as we all laughed. We had a nice dinner and Aunt Kathy held the baby for a while. She wasn't crying as much now since she had adjusted to her environment. School started again a week or so later. Summer had flown by. It seemed like the older I got, the faster time flew by. Mommy took me shopping for new clothes. The night before school mommy tucked me in. "Gosh honey, you're in 10'th grade already. I remember when you were in kindergarten." She said as she hugged me and kissed me goodnight. "I know mommy. But I'll always be your baby." "I know. But one of these days you'll be off to college and all grown up." Mom said. "Yeah, but when I'm home, I'll still be crawling around on the floor and being fed in my high chair. I don't care if I'm 30." I said. Mom and I laughed. "Sleep well baby." She said as she raised the side and locked it into place. She turned out the light and closed the door. I held Mr. Fluffy. My mind was rushing with all kinds of thoughts. I was tossing and turning for a while. Finally I looked at the clock and it was 11:30 PM. I gave a concerted effort to stopping my minds wanderings. Relaxation began to take over my body. The next thing I knew I was fast asleep.
