The Slaver Chronicles — Book 1 — Sam

Chapter 13 — CEO

I don’t remember falling asleep, but I woke up to see Chahna’s beautiful tresses draped over my crotch as she bobbed up and down my rod.

I groaned.

When she noticed I was awake she released my dick with a pop and climbed on top of me, lowering herself onto my erection.

“Oh yes.” She started to raise and lower herself on my stiff organ.

“Oh I never knew... it could... be so... good.”

“Didn’t Casey satisfy you?”

“I... thought so... at the... time... but... it was... never... like... this.”

“Why?”

“Don’t know... Never had a... cock... Never let me... put any... thing... inside... no... dildos... she said... she... didn’t... have to... imitate... a man... to give... me... pleasure...”

Her voice was getting higher as she talked and the words and her strokes were coming faster and faster.

I reached up with both hands and squeezed both nipples, she came. “Aaaaaahhhhhhhnnnnnnggggggghhhhhh.”

This time she remained semi-conscious as she collapsed beside me. “Thank you Master.” she said in a weak voice.

“You’re welcome sweetheart. But now it’s my turn.”

I stood and positioned her on her back with her butt on the edge of the bed. Then I lifted her legs and draped them over my shoulders, leaned in and inserted myself. She whimpered as I slid inside her and started driving in and out. Slowly at first, and then picking up speed. Consciousness was returning to her and she was starting to moan again as I plumbed her depths.

Again I reached for her breasts and tweaked and rolled her nipples under my fingers.

“Oh god! Oh god! I’m gonna... come again... I can’t... believe... iiiiiiitittttttnnnnnngngggggghhhhhhhh!”

This time I came with her.

When I recovered I checked the clock. Five forty-seven AM. I figured she needed to get up by six thirty to get to work on time so I let her sleep a while.

The Adamson Corporation offices were on the fourteenth and fifteenth floors of a thirty six story building on the north side.

At nine fifty-seven Kristen and I approached the conference room where we were to meet with the company executives and lawyers she leaned over and asked “Do you like surprises Sammy.”

I wondered where she was going with that question but there was no time to explore it. I opened the door for her and said “I suppose I like surprises as much as anybody, nice ones anyway, some surprises I could do without.”

She smiled and preceded me into the conference room.

She was wearing a medium blue business suit with a fitted jacket and a knee length skirt.

Kristen had purchased a new grey suit for me which I wore along with new dress shoes that were killing my feet.

Everyone was already in the conference room waiting for us to arrive. I sat in a corner while Kristen took a seat at the head of the table with Steve Bartholomue to her left. There was an empty chair to her right so I assumed someone was late.

Steve took charge of the meeting. “I would like to thank you all for coming this morning. I know we’ve all been through a lot these last two weeks and there has been a great deal of uncertainty with regard to the direction the company might take from here.”

“First I would like to make clear that Jim Adamson was my friend as well as my colleague. I loved him like a brother and he treated me like family. He was a great man.”

In his final days Jim made significant changes to his will. That’s a good thing, otherwise we might all be looking for work. He decided to leave everything to his granddaughter Kristen, so as of his death Kristen owns over 80% of this company, she is our owner and CEO. You are here today to fill her in on what you do and what you are doing to increase her assets.”

“So without any further ado I give you Kristen MacBeth.”

Steve sat down and Kristen stood. She gave them her best ‘how can you not love me’ smile. “As you can see I’m pretty young and inexperienced to be the CEO of a major company like this one. And as Steve said, my grandfather was a great man. He chose you and I trust his judgment. I want you to know that I don’t plan to make any major changes..., with one exception.”

Uh oh. I perked up. Where was she going with this. This was not what we rehearsed. She definitely had everyone’s attention.

“Like I said, I am much too young and inexperienced to be the Cheif Executive Officer of a corporation like this one. So I have decided, and Steve Bartholomue agrees with me, to appoint Sam Williams as the new CEO of Adamson Corp.”

She turned to me and started applauding. Everyone else automatically joined in. You could have knocked me down with a feather I was so shocked. She motioned to the other empty seat next to her. I got it now, this was all cooked up between Kristen and Steve, this was Kristen’s surprise.

I took my place by Kristen and faced the gathered executives.

“Well. Believe it or not this is as much a surprise to me as it is to you. Clearly it would be presumptuous of me to try to tell you what I want to achieve over the next months. So I think I’ll just shut up and let you tell me what you think we should be doing.”

With that I sat down. “Ok Steve, you’re running this show. Who’s first.”

So we spent the morning listening to the various executives and their assistants explain the plans and projects of their respective companies.

Afterward I took Kristen and Steve to lunch. I mean, if I was now a high powered CEO with a mid six figure salary I figured I could afford to buy lunch.

After we were seated at our table I began the conversation. “So, are you two happy with your little surprise?”

They both laughed. Steve said “It was perfect; you should have seen the look on your face.”

“When did you have time to cook this up?”

“Oh, we’ve spoken on the phone a few times. Look Sam, this is the best arrangement for everyone. As much as I like Kristen, she has neither the qualifications nor the experience to run this company. I’ve only known you for a couple of weeks but I’m already impressed with the way you’ve adapted to changing circumstances, taking charge when you think it’s necessary and delegating duties when that’s what is called for. Also doing your homework when presented with situations you’re not familiar with. I also checked out your background and found out you have an MBA as well as your Masters in IT. So you’ll make a better CEO than Kristen right now and she wants to go back to school. Maybe when she finishes college she can replace you, but for now you’re it. Besides we all know that if Kristen were to remain CEO she would be turning to you to help her with all the important decisions.”

Well that was true enough.

“Sam, Steve is right. I can’t do this job but you can.”

I reached for her hand. “Ok Kristen, I’ll do my best to take care of your money.”

“Our money Sam.” She took my hand.

That was true too. Whatever Kristen had, was by extension mine.

“I guess I just feel a little intimidated. Adamson Corp. is a lot bigger than I thought it was. You know Steve when you told us about the subsidiaries you left out about half of them.”

“Well I was just trying to make a point at the time, I didn’t know the future CEO was going to grade me for accuracy.”

By the way,” Steve reached into his coat pocket and pulled out a manila envelope “Jim’s will said Kristen should get this. I believe this contains passwords and codes for computers and other things that the CEO will need. Kristen, should I give this to you or to Sam?”

“Give it to Sam.”

“As I suspected.” He handed me the envelope.

“Speaking of college Kristen, I think you and Adiva should go down to the University and enroll as soon as you can. Adiva needs to finish up and get her degree so you’ll be together for this first semester.”

“Yes, I was thinking the same thing. We can go today, as soon as we get home.”

“Ok then, if I’m the CEO there are a few things I want to do. One thing I’d like additional info on is our petroleum management company in Nigeria and I need to see it right away. Tell whoever is in charge that I want it in my inbox today.”

“You sound like a CEO already.” Laughed Steve.

I chuckled too. “One more thing. We have all these interests overseas. Do we have a contingency plan in case of kidnapping or similar situations?”

“Not really a plan. We have a team that can be ready on fairly short notice. Most are ex seals, rangers and other military types and are currently working in our security company.”

“Ok. I want to meet with that team tonight. Steve, if I was going to do something illegal would you want to know or would you rather find out after the fact?”

He shook his head. “My God, you’re a megalomaniac. Kristen I think we’ve created a monster.” He looked at Kristen with a wry smile.

“All right Sam, in for a penny in for a pound, tell me what you have in mind.”

That afternoon after Kristen and Adiva got back from the University, we explored Jim’s apartment for the first time since his death (well, for me the first time ever).

The manager’s apartment was very similar to the other five apartments, a very upscale one bedroom apartment. They were meant for singles or couples, not families. There was one glaring exception with the manager’s apartment though, a large extension on the back that was a huge office.

As soon as I set foot in that office I was stunned. There were about twelve TV monitors arranged on the back wall, each monitoring a different news channel. In the middle of the floor there was a semicircular desk with a bank of high end high speed computers. I counted four different computers and eight monitors.

Jim hadn’t turned anything off or logged out so everything was still running.

I checked the computers. “Holy crap! Kristen your grandfather was a genius. Look at this, he’s got notifications of every transaction of any company under the Adamson Corp. umbrella. On this other monitor he’s got a global map showing all of Adamson’s assets with icons showing shipments and transfers, as far as I can tell it’s all updated automatically and is nearly real time. This monitor shows what competitors are doing. And this one shows suppliers, contractors and partners.”

“My God, Kristen. From this desk I could rule the world!”

“Oh no. He’s got four hundred and sixty-one emails in his inbox.” I scanned through them. “And not one is junk mail. I’ve got a lot of reading to catch up on.”

“Master, is it ok if I take stock of the rest of the apartment while you do that?”

“Of course Kristen. Better yet, let’s finish our walk through of the house together and we’ll decide what needs to be done with what. Then I’ll come back in here and try to catch up on all this work. Besides I’m probably going to have to ask Steve for some help on most of this stuff.”

We went through the rest of the place. Kristen found a lot of things that had sentimental value, a lot of old family pictures including photos of her grandmother before she died, keepsakes her grandparents had accumulated throughout the years and other mementos of happy times past.

We decided that Kristen and Adiva would work on the domestic areas while I examined the office with a fine tooth comb.

I called Steve and he said he could be there in about an hour and a half.

“By the way, I’ve contacted the... strike team I guess you’d call it, and they’ll meet us tonight here at the headquarters at eight.”

“Sounds fine. Any resistance?”

“None. But they don’t know what it’s about yet.”

“All right. Come on over then and let’s see if we can get through some of Jim’s email.”

Chahna came in to help the girls when she got home from work. I could hear them chattering in the background as Steve and I worked on the emails and other aspects of Jim’s high tech set up.

As we were getting started with the email Steve touched my arm to get my attention, he pointed to the TV monitors. Two of them had Adiva’s picture. I quickly grabbed the remote and turned up the volume.

“... announced today that all charges are being dropped in the case of Adiva Salman who had been charged in relation to the attempted terrorist attack last week. The DA explained that miss Salman was as much a victim as anyone involved in the case and said quote ‘It is not the job of my office to make the innocent suffer, rather to protect the innocent and punish the guilty.’ In other news...”

That was exciting news. I gave Steve a high five and congratulated him on the success of his brilliant strategy.

After muting the volume I called Adiva into the office. It wasn’t long until one of the other channels was covering the same story so I turned on the volume and let Adiva hear it.

When it was finished she hugged me. “Oh Malik, this is all because of you. Thank you so much.”

“I was happy to do it amira. Now run along and tell Kristen I’ll be ready for dinner in about an hour.”

After she left Steve cleared his throat “Uh Sam, what exactly is your relationship with all these girls?”

Uh oh. “Well Steve, it’s complicated. Let’s just say that were all really good friends and leave it at that, shall we.” He raised his eyebrows. “Look Steve, I don’t want to lie to you but I can’t tell you everything right now. Maybe someday, but for now you’re just going to have to trust me.”

He just looked at me for a long moment and then nodded. “I do trust you Sam, and partly because of that kind of answer. A dishonest person would just lie to cover themselves, but you simply tell me that you can’t tell me everything. So I won’t ask again.”

It turned out that Steve had already dealt with most of the issues contained in the email messages, so we were done fairly quickly.

We met with the strike team later and after I explained the mission they all agreed to go.

Saturday all three girls spent the day re-arranging the apartment and packing things that needed to be stored.

I spent my time in Jim’s (now my) office. I brought everything I needed from my old office and went through each of the computers top to bottom so I could be sure I understood what was available to me.

Saturday evening Steve called. “Hi Sam. It’s started. I got a call just a little while ago from Sheik Salman’s advocate. He found out we bailed her out and wants to know what our interest is in his daughter and of course where she is.”

“What did you tell him?”

“Just like we planned. I put him off. Told him I would have to check with my superiors and I’d get back to him tomorrow.”

“Good. Is the strike team on schedule?”

“Yes. They should be in place by tomorrow afternoon.”

“All right Steve. Keep me posted.”

“Will do.”
