Chapter 3- The Secret Revealed

"I know he will find out sooner or later but I want it to be a secret until I graduate next year."

"And what will you do after that?" Both Maggie and Elle said in unison.

"I don't know. Maybe I will move out and start a job or something but I want to at least complete my high school. And to do this I need your help. Please, you are the only one I can trust."

"You were the one who supported us during our problems. You don't have to ask us for help, that's why friends are for." Elle said.

"Noel, we are happy for you and we know that you a smart girl. We will do whatever we can. Don't worry and enjoy the time you have before anything goes wrong."

Sometimes things happen the way you want. Noel was one of the lucky ones. Things were going as she wanted. For nearly a year Noel managed to keep her secret from her father. She used to spend nearly every Friday at Leon's place except for the ones when she had her periods.

When she saw Maggie and Elle entering, she excused herself and went to greet them.

"Try to understand guys; he is threatening to tell everything about me and Leon to Dad if I don't talk to him."

"Don't do this. Please listen to us Noel." But Noel walked ahead with Jake.

The party was divided into two parts; One, in the garden for the students and the other in the hall for the teachers and parents. Noel took Jake to room in the alleyway from the hall. A large TV and projector were other accessories of the room. In this room Noel's father generally entertained his friends.

Meanwhile, Maggie and Elle were worried sick about Noel. They called Leon for help. "Leon, it's me Maggie. Jake is here and he threatened Noel that he would tell everything to her father if she didn't talk to him. We tried to stop her but she went ahead with him. Please come here soon."

"I will be there in ten minutes." Leon hung up.

Jake tried to lock the door but Noel stopped him and asked-"What do you wanted to talk about and how do you know about me?"

"Chill, one of my friends was there at the same café where you were talking about your Friday night to your friends. He heard everything and told me about it."

"What do you want to keep your mouth shut?"

Leon reached Noel's place as soon as possible. Maggie and Elle were waiting for him near the gate. They walked towards the building. Dorian was talking to one of her mother's friend when Leon asked her about Noel.

"Yes I saw her. She was with Jake and they were going towards that room." Dorian said pointing towards the door.

Leon kicked the door open and saw Jake pulling Noel's panties down. Noel was struggling to get free. Leon ran toward him and punched him in his face, which lead Jake to collapse on the glass table. 

Jake soon gained his consciousness and tried to fight back but Leon punched him again and said-"I told you to stay away from her but didn't listen."

The shattering noise caused a crowd to gather outside the door. Maggie and Elle were helping Noel when Mrs. Davis rushed to her daughter's aid.

The sight of his daughter trembling in fear was enough to raise Mr. Davis' temperature. "What is going on here?" Mr. Davis demanded.

"Jake tried to assault Noel but Leon saved her on time." Elle answered.

"I assaulted her but her boyfriend saved him." Jake shouted. He turned towards Noel's father and said-"Mr. Davis your daughter is sleeping with your driver's son."

Mr. Davis became furious at the revelation and asked-"Is it true?"

CHAPTER 4-LOVE OR LIFE

Noel was shaking with fear and Leon was shaken by the entire incident. Mr. Davis was a very bad man and he was the worst enemy anyone can have. Mr. Davis' anger was at its highest level and it felt like the volcano would soon erupt.

"Nathan, tell everyone outside that the party is over and take Jake out of my sight now." Mr. Davis ordered his manager. Then he turned towards Mrs. Davis and said- "Christine, take her to her room and I will be there shortly."

"And you, wait here I want to talk to you." Mr. Davis commanded Leon before storming out of the room. 

Christine took Noel to her room while she was still sobbing. 

After a few minutes Mr. Davis returned to the room. Before Leon could say anything he beckoned him to stand before him while he sat in a chair and asked-"I think you know that I am not very happy with you and my daughter's relationship. She is a child but you are an adult, you should have shown more understanding while handling this situation. But whatever done is done. I don't you near my daughter ever again even if you want to talk to her it won't be good for you neither your family. I think you are smart enough to understand this."

Leon had to clear his stand. "Sir, I know it's not good for your reputation that your daughter is going out with your driver's son but it is not a joke nor are we fooling around. We love each other very much and we want to keep it that way as long as possible." Leon was determined and confident while telling him the truth.

Mr. Davis was furious at Leon's answer, he thought that if he threatened him then he would back away but it was all going the wrong way. "The moment you opened your moth your father lost his job. I was very serious when I told that it won't be good for you. But if insist on keeping your behavior I will have no choice but you take your life. Look, son life is more important than love and if you want I can give you monetary help if you stay away from Noel, Okay. I think you will consider my offer." 

"I would like to tell you one thing that love is more important than life and I don't want your FUCKING money." Leon said before storming out of the room.

Mr. Davis was more than pissed by this time. He thought his daughter would understand and stay away from this prick if he told her so. He went into her room where Christine was still her daughter while she was sobbing.

He sat on the bed beside Noel and took her face in his hands rubbing of the tears from her cheeks. He looked into her tear filled eyes and said-"Noel, I know it is not easy for you but I think you understand my situation. I don't want people to know about your relationship with that brat, it is not good for our reputation. I hope you will understand when I will tell you sever all your ties with that brat. Okay."

"He is not a brat and I love him dad. I want to be with him." Noel said looking into her father's eyes.

Edward Davis' blood boiled as he heard his daughter disagreeing with him. He squeezed her cheeks in his large hand and said- "Listen, if you don't stay away from him I will not hesitate to kill him. I think you don't want that." He released her face and walked toward the door. 

"You can't control my life as you have been controlling my mother's life. You can't kill him and if you would then be ready to lose your daughter too." Noel said gritting her teeth.

Edward turned around and slapped Noel hard. "You dare not speak to me like that. Pack your bags; you are leaving for your aunt's place the first thing in the morning." He said before walking out of the door.

"How are calling from Aaron's phone? Are you in Australia?"

CHAPTER 5-THE PLAN

The plan came into motion; Abigail took two days off from her work due to a fever. Noel was not allowed to go outside the house since Abigail was not there to accompany her. She was not even allowed to go to college on her own. On the third day Abigail entered the mansion fully clothed in a pair of denims and a long sleeved t-shirt. She was also wearing a cap, sunglasses and also a mask. 

The head housekeeper saw her and questioned- "What are you doing here? I thought you were down with a fever."

Someone was screaming for help. When the servants and maids heard it carefully, they were sure that the noises were coming from Noel's room. When they rushed inside, the room was empty but the screams were coming from the bathroom. The opened the bathroom door and found Abigail in her underwear. Her legs were tied and it seemed like her hands were also tied. She had somehow managed to free herself. The head housekeeper asked her for the details.

"When I came into the room Noel was sitting on the bed and she was teary eyed. I asked her if anything was wrong but she didn't answer me. The head house keeper said. "And keep your mouth shut." She said before leaving.

Abigail was never sick. It was the plan all along. It was hard for Noel to tie up Abigail and lock her in the bathroom. But she had to do it. If her aunt would have found anything suspicious she would have made Abigail's life hell. They planned everything carefully and it was going smoothly.

Earlier, Noel met Leon as the designated place at the correct time. She had taken a bus to reach the Big Ben. Abigail had lent her money for trip from Epsom to Central London.
