She ran outside stumbling briefly as her feet hit the grass. Then she ran as fast as her feet would let her. Her mind was a blur. What just happened? He seemed so normal. She should have known better. She was attracted to him of course he was crazy. She had the worst luck with men. Every one she was interested in was either an idiot only after sex or a complete psychopath. What was Dr. Miller doing with a guy like that? He smelled her blood! If she hadn't run when she did he may have even tasted it. She ran across campus faster than she ever had before. She ran around benches and leapt over tree roots. She needed to stop thinking of him. She had barely known him for 5 minutes. Though the moon was only a small crescent sliver, it let out vast light. It littered the entire campus with shadows of beasts and monsters. "God fucking damn it!" She cursed loudly to herself as she threw her body into the emergency exit door of her dorm. Her heart beat loudly against her ribcage and her lungs burned. Of course Dr. Miller met with people like that. She studied vampires and were-wolves. Most people who believed in that kind of thing were pretty out there. She placed her forehead against the cool metal door, how she wished she could push herself through it. She sighed and with over exerted force pushed the door open. She slowly ascended the stairs lost in thought. She was drained; fear and adrenaline slowly losing its power. Each step she took seemed to take an eternity. She was rounding the first corner as she heard the emergency door close. There wasn't any wind outside, why had it taken so long for the door to close? She continued up listening to the click clack of her shoes echoing through the hollow stairwell. The lights in the stairwell always got to her. They were so dull all of the time, yellow light barely flowed through the dirt laden glass. She rounded the second corner, passing by the first floor door. What was that guy talking about anyways; of course she was human. She had been human for as far as she could remember. Never had she sprouted fangs, or fur, or started flying. Her blood was red just like everyone else's. Oh shit; the blood. She stopped and looked down at her hands. They were still wet, covered in a sticky red mess. Why hadn't they stopped bleeding yet? Maybe her rapid heartbeat, while making her blood pump faster, also made her bleed more? She stared at her hands; it was her blood that was the cause of all of this. Click, Click, Click. She heard footsteps, soft, slow, echoing footsteps. Someone was walking up the stairs. Shit, he followed her! Her heart sped up again, racing as the adrenaline began to shoot through her veins; she started to shake. What should I do? Run. She climbed faster and faster, two steps at a time, then rounding the last corner sped up the remaining stairs. She heard the footsteps growing louder, stomping and heavy; he must be right behind her. Finally, she reached the top of the stairs, threw the door open and flew down the hallway. Her normally quiet hallway was filled with the gasping sounds of her frantic breath. She ran past door after door desperately seeking out her humble sanctuary. She fumbled in her pocked for the door key. Fuck Tara calm down, stop rushing, you only make mistakes when you rush. She cursed to herself as she calmed down the best she could. She had the key in the lock and the door halfway open when she heard the stairwell door creak open. She rushed inside quickly locking the door behind her. Tara laid her back against the door and slowly slid down onto the ground. Her body convulsed as her hiccuping gasps finally started to subside. She was safe inside of her room. She placed her head into her shaky hands. Her mind was swimming, nothing seemed real anymore. What a senseless night. She stood cautiously, legs still gelatinous from her fear. Turning to walk away she heard a series of clicks. The slow continuous sounds of her lock being opened. He found her. The crazy guy, James, he found her. He was going to rape and kill her. She should have been paying attention when she left the coffee shop. She had led him right to her home. She screamed throwing her body against the cheap wooden door. "NO! GO AWAY!" She felt someone push against the door. "I'LL CALL THE FUCKING COPS, I SWEAR! GET THE FUCK OUT!" She pushed with all of her might against the door till it finally shut. Tara relocked it gasping for breath. She dare not let go of it this time. "Tara you fucking spaz let me in. What the fuck is wrong with you?" Tara stopped hyperventilating. It wasn't James. It was Barbie. With shaking hands she unlocked the deadbolt. She slowly opened the door to a pissed off looking blonde. "What the fuck spazoid, you get weirder every day." She pushed past Tara, reeking of booze and latex. Tara looked out into the hallway, no one to be seen. She shut the door and locked the deadbolt. She sighed yet again. Maybe she was just a spaz. She turned around to see Barbie stripping of her party clothes; if you could call them clothes. A tight fit crop top slid its way over her breast. A bright pink gem encrusted bra adorned her C cup chest. Tara could see it was covered in hickies. Trophies of a battle won. Barbie stumbled slightly as she attempted to bring her shirt over her head. She caught herself on the edge of the bed and threw the shirt to the floor. Next off were the knee high socks, she grabbed the tip of each, and pulled while straightening her long legs. This girl was piss drunk and still made every move look carefully thought out, cautiously seductive. Maybe it was a thing girls were born with. Barbie stripped off her skirt last; it was short and plaid, barely covering her ass. She unzipped the side and laid back onto the bed. Lifting her ass off of the bed she slowly wiggled out of the tight skirt. Tara could see she had a matching pink lace and gem encrusted thong on. How could that be comfortable? It must have just been for show. Barbie slowly traced her curves with her pussy pink finger nails. There were bruises on the outside of her thighs, they looked like finger prints. "What were you screaming about anyways?" Barbie asked as she flopped around in her bed, covering her semi-nude self with a blanket. Was she really concerned or just drunk? Tara walked across the room, kicking Barbies discarded clothes closer to her bed. She started to undress herself as well. She stripped off her green t shirt to reveal a plain black bra. Her chest was much larger than Barbies, her breasts were rounder and softer looking than her roommates perky little orbs. She grabbed a long soft T-shirt and put it on before taking off her jeans. She removed her pants quickly, unbuttoning them and shaking them down. She stepped out and picked them up looking at the knee holes covered in blood. She might as well throw these out. She sat down on her bed and looked at her knees. They were scraped to shit, red and raw looking. She looked at her hands; they had stopped bleeding at least. "Oh its nothing, I went out for a walk and thought someone was following me home." Tara walked over to her backpack and pulled out a bottle of water. She grabbed some tissues off of her desk and began blotting the dried blood off of her palms and knees. "Why were you running up the stairs after me anyways?" "Why would someone follow you home? Look at you!" Barbie laughed as she shook her drunken' head back and forth "Besides what the fuck are you talking about" She slurred again as she started to slowly pass out "I took the elevator, those stupid stairs freak me out." Tara dropped the bottle of water. If it wasn't Barbie following her up the stairs who was it? Was it really James? If so he knew where she lived now. Tara looked out the window the sun was starting to rise. There was no point going to bed now, class started in a little over an hour. She sat in her desk chair and stared at the blinking line on the page. She had been done writing hours ago. In the distance Tara heard howling. She looked out the window again as the sun started to peak over the horizon. She wondered if it was someone's dog or a coyote. She brought one of her hands up to her face and took a breath. She smelled metallic and dirt. Maybe it was a wolf. ------- "What do you mean you smelled Gideon's blood?" The man growled, he paced back and forth kicking at the dirt, "That's not possible, Alpha died ten years ago." The thin man kicked a rock, sending it flying. "You're not listening to me Daniel, I didn't smell Gideon. I smelled his blood; his kin. Besides, might I add, no one ever found his body." A tall thick man leaned against a tree trunk, his head up looking at the rising sun. The thin man stopped in his tracks and looked at the large man in front of him. "That's not possible, Gideon never took a mate. " "I don't know how else to explain this to you. It didn't make any sense to me either." The large man looked at his hands, there was dried blood caked under his fingernails. He couldn't seem to get her scent off of him. "Come over here, smell my hands." Daniel looked at him wearily. "Don't be a fucking dope, I touched his kins' blood, smell for yourself." Daniel walked over to the large man and smelled the dried blood on his hands. His head shot up, a confused look in his eyes. "What the fuck is that, it's not the blood of one of us, it's not human either." Daniel stared at his friends hand, "How did you come across this? I thought you were meeting that human bitch tonight?" "I was. We met in our usual place on her campus. It seems this kin is one of her students. She likes to study our kind." "She?" Daniel said with a wicked smile. He placed his hands together slowly cracking each knuckle. "This kin is female?" The large man growled low and loud, Daniel winced. "You stay your distance. Until we know who and what we're dealing with I want no one to know about her. Do you understand this?" "A female with Gideon's blood? James, do you know how incredible this is? How many of our kind reproduce without transferring blood! This Kin has his power!" Daniel started pacing again; he seemed to drool over the thought of this woman. James could tell that his thoughts were anything but pure. "Daniel, you will stay as far away from this woman as you possibly can. I can't explain how it's possible." James looked straight at his companion. He needed him to stop fooling around. He didn't understand how grave this situation could become if anyone found out about this woman. "Daniel, she was human." "What?" Daniel stumbled over a tree root. He caught himself and looked at James unbelieving. "That blood is not human. Not that I want to get humans involved in our business, but did you ask the human Doctor? She studies things like this doesn't she?" "No, I followed the girl home as soon as she left. I was cautious though, I didn't want to frighten her more than I already had. I was so stupid!" James smashed his fist into the tree he was leaning against. A loud crack resonated through the woods and bark split throwing shards into the dirt. "I kept a large distance between us and only followed till she ran into her dorm. I found out she enters through a side door even though there is a main entrance. I should have followed her up into her room." There was something special about that girl. Something about the way she smelled, the way she moved when she ran away from him. He remembered chasing her as she fled, crimson sweetness dripping down her slender digits. Her hips swaying back and forth, he wanted to pounce on her right then. He felt himself stiffen with thoughts of her. He imagined running up on her from behind, she would scream as he pinned her to the ground. "Attractive is she?" Daniel could sense his friends' arousal. This girl must be something special. "Daniel, you need to stay away from her, there's already a chance that others know about her. Her blood is a power energy source and with the fuss that we've made about it we don't have long before someone else comes for her. We need to make a plan. I'm going to go mid-territory and think for a while. Go back to the pack, don't be stupid." James hoped Daniel would listen to him, the girls life depended on it. "Whatever you say." Daniel turned and walked away. He had never known James to be unable to control himself. He needed to see this girl; and James couldn't know about it. ------- A loud piercing scream resonated through the woods, sticks and twigs broke furiously as she ran. She gasped for breath turning her head to look behind her. Four or five wolves were hot on her tail. Screaming again she ran as fast as she could. They had been chasing her for what seemed like hours, never resting, never slowing their speed, intent on catching her. She looked around her as she ran, she was somewhere in the middle of the forest, all she could see was trees. She ran around them left, right darting in any way she could to change up her route, but they were always behind her. Distant at first, then one would rush up and snap at her, ripping and tattering her night gown. She was covered in dirt and blood, her hair was tangled in knots sticking to her sweaty face as she ran. How long would this last; She thought begging and pleading with the moon and stars. Suddenly she heard a loud growl to her right; she looked over just as the beast pounced. Thrown down she bashed her forehead against a tree. Gasping for breath she dragged herself as far as she could, blood dripping into her eyes and down her cheeks. She stopped when she saw claws. Large daggers peaked out of the creatures dark furry paws. They were larger than any she had ever seen before, larger than any wolf should be. She slowly lifted her head up to look into the eyes of the blood thirsty beast in front of her. Through blood soaked vision she saw eyes, large glowing silver orbs. A low growl bellowed from its throat, its metallic teeth bare, dripping with hunger and lust. ------- Tara's eyes shot open. She had fallen asleep at her desk; her black hair frizzy and stuck to her forehead with sweat. She hated that dream. The older she seemed to get the more vivid her visions were becoming. When she was a teenager that dream frightened her. But now that she was older she woke up with a strange mix of fear and arousal. She fumbled around quickly searching for her phone. Finally finding in under her chair she noted the time; 9:45. Shit. She missed class. She had never missed class before. After the intense encounter with Dr. Miller last night she should probably go apologies. Maybe try to get some answers out of her. Tara stretched her legs out. Well maybe after a shower anyways, it had been a few days. Tara stood up stretching her back as she looked for something to wear. She walked over to her dresser and grabbed the first clean T-shirt she found. It was a dark purple V-neck featuring a wolf howling at the moon. How original, she thought snorting. She grabbed a generic pair of jeans and threw them into her bathroom bag. Walking to the door she noted that Barbie was still passed out, her hair a blonde mess and her body tangled in her pink blanket. One of her legs was popping out. As hilarious as the scene looked, the girl was still beautiful. She hated her for that. Tara left the room and walked down the hall towards the shared bathroom. Her floor was in the shape of a large square. At one end was the elevator that went down to the first floor and the main lobby. At the opposite end were the emergency exit and the stairs. At least 25 dorm rooms were situated between each end. In the middle at the one of the bends was the bathroom. It was large with two separate sections, one side was bathrooms, and the other side had ten separate stand-in showers. Her school was cheap, so instead of having locking doors they had curtains that hooked over a loop on each side. She had a co-ed dorm so the bathrooms seemed to always be filled with sex. It was almost 10am though, no one should be in there. Most people have either class at this time or they're sleeping off a bender. Her college wasn't exactly known for its academics. It had a very underwhelming science department and mostly focused on general education and the arts. Apparently the only students interested in the arts and general education only want to party. She almost wished she had gone to a more serious college, but Dr. Miller taught here. Why would she go anywhere else? Tara walked into the bathroom to the left towards the shower side. Opening the secondary door her ears were filled with moaning. Great, she always managed to take a shower during someone else's booty call. She walked into the shower area through the mists of heat, choosing the shower furthest away from the thrusting couple. She hoped they were almost done. She hung her bag up on a hook and stripped off her clothes quickly, throwing them inside. She hopped in, looped over the safety hook and turned the shower on. The water was ice cold at first; the frozen liquid caused goose bumps to prickle up all over her milky flesh. It slowly started to warm up. She reached her hand outside of the shower and grabbed her shower gel and a loofah out of her bag. Squirting the gooey mixture on the loofah she started on her legs working up. The scent of mint and tea-tree oil filled her senses. Tara breathed it in deeply, she loved essential oils, and that scent always calmed her down. She reached her knees and started to scrub the dried blood. It looked much worse than it was, she was such a klutz. Light pink streaks washed down her legs. She scrubbed her hands clean while she was at it. Her palms were covered with long, thin, interlocking slices. It was still tender. She took another deep breath in; the scent of blood lingered as the plasma swirled around the drain. Something about that smell drove her crazy, and she loved it. It was metallic and rusty, almost like an old penny. Once the water ran clean she squeezed some more shower gel on her loofah and continued her way up her legs. She scrubbed her inner thighs over to her hips, feeling a chill as she passed over her sex. She thought of James. That large brutish man with his rough callous hands. Remembering what they felt like on her palm and gripping her wrist; she wondered how they would feel running up her legs. She continued around her hips and stomach, imagining the lathering bubbles were his lips tracing the imaginary line down her belly button. She dropped the loofah. The moaning in the next stall was getting louder, the sounds of bodies slapped together. She imagined gripping his long hair as his coarse beard brushed over her thighs, would his tongue be rough too, or would it feel like silk. Sweeping against the secret nub she hadn't touched in months. Tara shivered, her fingers invading her swelling folds; flicking her clit she pressed her back against the shower stall. Hot water flowed over her body as she continued her fantasy. His tongue lapped greedily at her. Tara's fingers gripped into his long hair, it was soaking wet and hanging loose. She could feel his large hands creeping their way up her thigh. She gasped as she felt a finger slowly push through her entrance. His fingers were thick and long. Her knees started to buckle as his other arm came up wrapping around her backside. This kept her standing and pulled her closer into his mouth. His fingers started slow, only one at first. In and out, she moaned loudly, she had never felt like this before. She ran her fingers through his hair; she could feel his beard move against her thighs as his mouth opened wider sucking at her nub. He started moving faster, quickening his pace as he introduced a second finger. Tara felt herself stretch, she winced as a feeling of pain and pleasure took over her. She had only had sex one other time way back in high school, and it was nothing like this. She looked down into James' eyes. He was staring right at her. His dark brown eyes flickered with every thrust his fingers made. By the Pale Moonlight Ch. 02 She breathed heavier, grasping his hair even harder. His fingers quickened, he sucked and nipped at her bud, causing mini convulsions to run through her. They were locked in each other's eyes. Tara gasped feeling something build in her stomach, his fingers thrust inside of her as she threw her head back. Her legs shook as tremors shot through her body. She dropped her hand and opened her eyes. She was alone. The moaning in the other stall had stopped, she assumed they left somewhere in the middle of her fantasy. Why did she think about him anyways? The crazy man who didn't believe she was a human. She sighed and turned off the shower grabbing a towel out of her bag. She dried her body and pulled the curtain back. The room was empty; the only sound was water dripping from a faucet. Tara pulled her clothes out of her bag and quickly got dressed. She threw her wet, unwashed hair into a high bun and walked out of the door. As she walked down the hall back to her room the blaring sound of hip-hop overwhelmed her senses. How she hated that music, the auto-tuned, woman hating, bigotry of rap music. Tara opened the door to find Barbie combing her hair getting ready for the day. At least she had some clothes on. Leggings underneath a pair of Uggs, and some brand name low cut top. She glanced at Tara only slightly, and then refocused on her hair. Tara didn't want to be there any more than Barbie wanted her there. She dropped her shower bag off and grabbed her back pack, throwing it over her shoulder she made her way out. She was opening the door when Barbie's phone started buzzing. "Oh hey baby, I missed you last night. Why didn't you show up?" Barbie giggled. Tara almost felt bad for the guy she was talking to. Did he know his girlfriend was a complete slut; banging other guys last night? Maybe that's what he liked about her. Maybe he didn't care. Tara closed the door and headed for the emergency exit. She opened the door and began walking down the stairs. She should be hesitant to take the stairs after last night. The simple sounds of her echoing footsteps reminded her of her fear. What if it was just her imagination? She was so hyped up from what happened in the café, she could have just imagined someone following her. She sighed not sure if she felt like an idiot or a fool. Half way down on the landing of the first floor she noticed something on the ground. Bending over to pick it up she noticed it was a rock. No, it was prettier than a rock. It looked like something you might find on a beach; it was cream colored and nearly translucent. Tara wondered if it was a gemstone of some kind, it was fairly large, around the size of a golf ball and in a crescent shape. It was so unique; it must have belonged to someone. She put it in her back pocket and walked down the remaining stairs and out of the building. Had Barbie really not been following her up the stairs last night? She had honestly never known the girl to take the stairs, she wasn't one for exercise. Tara would be caught dead before she ever used that death trap of an elevator again. Her first week at school the stupid thing broke down halfway up, locking her inside of it for nearly ten hours. Even though the stairs freaked her out, especially now, it was no comparison to that elevator. Tara looked at her phone again, it was almost noon. Dr. Miller should be in her office by now; she hoped she would catch her alone. The doctor's office was in a large hall on the eastern side of campus; Tara's dorm was on the southernmost side. It would only take her ten minutes at the most to walk there. She held the straps of her backpack as other students walked by, some pushed past her; apparently she wasn't walking fast enough for them. Tara enjoyed walking around campus, she loved to people watch, and there was nowhere better to catch people unaware of their surroundings like a college campus. A boy with sagging pants and purple boxers poking out passed by her with a nod. There was a group of 4 other guys playing hacky sack underneath a tree, one of them kicked it too hard and it flew away landing in front of a gossiping group of girls . They stepped over it and kept walking, chattering on about a party last night. One of the boys flipped the girls off and ran over to pick it up, continuing their game. Tara came upon Terrance Hall. It was a large building, old and made of some sort of stone. Various students claim the building looks like a castle. Tara thought they had obviously never seen a castle before. She walked inside and looked at the names on the side of the wall. Dr. Fischer, first floor room 102; Dr. JaQuine, First floor room 104. She continued down the list till she found her. Dr. Miller, Fourth floor room 408. She looked around for the stairs, spotting them in a corner next to a lone vending machine. She started climbing the stairs; they were steeper than the ones in her dorm. She noted how grateful she was that her dorm only had two floors instead of four, she couldn't do climbing like this every day. Tara was nearly out of breath by the time she reached the fourth floor; she leaned against the railing for a moment before opening the door. Walking into the hallway she looked left to right. Right side was rooms 401 - 407, left side was rooms 408-414. The door nearly in front of her on the left hand side said "Dr. Miller." She knocked and waited. "Come in." Tara heard Dr. Millers voice muffled from the other side of the door. Tara opened it to see Dr. Miller. She was an older woman, maybe in her mid 50s. She was short and thin with long white hair that was normally in an intricate braid down her back. "Tara, come in dear please, sit down." Dr. Miller said as she looked up from her paper work, obvious concern and curiosity in her eyes. It seemed she heard what James had said to her last night. "I'm sorry I missed class this morning Dr. Miller. I fell -"Tara started to explain herself only to be shushed by the good Doctor. "No worries girl it happens all of the time." She stood up and walked over to the window opening it slightly, "Now how are your hands, they were bleeding last night, were they not?" Tara looked down into her hands, even though the wounds occurred last night they had already seemed to be scaring over nicely. She loved how quickly her body healed itself. She had always been that way; she thanked an amazing immune system. She never could seem to get rid of the scars though, but that never bothered her. In all honesty she liked the way they looked. "Oh I'm fine thank you." Tara started to feel a little awkward. Maybe there was no reason for her to be here. Perhaps Dr. Miller hadn't even heard their exchange. "I assume you also came here to ask about my acquaintance, Mr. Lupus?" Dr. Miller turned away from the window to face Tara. She had a serious look on her face, but her eyes were lit up with excitement. "I guess you heard what he said to me." Tara's face turned red. She recalled James' dark eyes staring at her with his hand wrapped around her wrist. "Was he serious, Dr. Miller?" Dr. Miller sighed. "In all of the years that I have known James, I have never seen him act so brutishly. I apologize for his outburst." Tara wondered where she was going with this, she hadn't answered her question. Besides James only looked to be in his late 20's how long could Dr. Miller have possibly known him for? "Tara you've taken many of my classes, right?" She sat back down into her chair and crossed her legs. Her wrinkled hands clasped on top of her knee. "Yes I have, Three I believe" Tara was confused. "Then you obviously know what I believe in." This wasn't a question, it was a statement. Tara nodded her head in agreement. She was starting to get nervous. What was all of this about? "Do you believe in anything I teach? Do you believe in mythological creatures?" Dr. Miller couldn't be serious. Tara opened her mouth to speak but nothing came out. "I see, you're not sure are you?" She didn't know. Did she believe in were-creatures, vampires, ghosts, witches, fuck, maybe even big-foot? She thought it was possible they could exist. She wanted to believe in them, she had spent much of her life studying the possibility. She even followed Dr. Miller to this college to try to find the truth. "Why do you take my classes, Tara? If you don't believe there must be a reason." Tara didn't know what to say, how much should she tell Dr. Miller? If anyone would understand it would be this woman. "It's hard to explain" Tara closed her eyes. "Since I can remember I've been having these dreams. They aren't always the same or even involve the same people or places. But they all involve one similar thing; Animals." Tara opened her eyes and looked at the doctor. "They involve large animals; sometimes their hunting humans. But there is something weird about the animals, I don't know if I can explain it. In my dreams when I look into their eyes I can hear them. They may look like animals on the outside but through my eyes I can see humans." Tara had never told anyone that before. She wasn't sure why she told Dr. Miller. "When I was in high school the dreams started to get intense. I could remember every small detail of them and they were starting to take their toll on my mental state. But then you came to visit, and I heard you speak about Were-creatures. And I thought, Hey could this be what I'm dreaming of?" Dr. Miller looked at Tara. "Tara I'm going to tell you some things that are going to be hard to hear. But you need to understand something. First off never repeat what I am about to tell you. Secondly," Dr. Miller took a deep breath "I may need your help." Tara was taken aback, how could she need her help? There wasn't anything the doctor didn't know. "Yes, of course." "First let me start by saying this. Yes, I can without a doubt say that many mythological creatures are in fact not so mythological. I have contact with many of them. In their world I have even been made into a sort of ambassador between some species." She stopped briefly, letting the words she spoke sink in. She looked at Tara for any indication she should stop. She saw confusion mixed with curiosity. She continued. "I have met with vampire lords in England and America, As well as were-panthers, were-lions and have heard from just about as many Were -species as you can imagine. Though many of them are either extinct now or on their way there. Until around ten years ago one of the only were-species I hadn't been able to get a hold of was one that everyone knows. The wolf. For as many of them are there are, they are very well hidden and very difficult to track down. Their packs are tight nit and they don't trust many outsiders. "As you know I've been doing my research for more than thirty years. Around twelve years ago, through a vampire source none the less, I came to learn about a very powerful pack of were-wolves. Through their Alpha, Gideon, they had taken control of pretty much the entire eastern coast of America. Though I know you don't understand Were-territories, but it is a great deal. "He had convinced not only rival wolf packs but other were-packs into working together. Something unimaginable but through Gideon something amazing started! Were-hawks and Were-cougars working together, could you imagine!" Dr. Miller sounded excited, her eyes flared with color and she looked thrilled. Her eyes suddenly lost their excitement. "It seemed Gideon disappeared. A large power struggle occurred within a few rival packs, and aided with some elder vampires; they took him down. He was last seen nearly dead. They claim he's dead though to the best of my knowledge his body was never recovered. Now, to where this story relates to you." Dr. Miller smiled and looked to Tara. She didn't know what to think, this was crazy. This was all so sudden, she swallowed painfully; her mouth was dry. "What do you mean?" "The packs second in command took over after Gideon died. He lost some of their land as well as some of the other Were-packs; but through this new alphas strength and determination he was able to keep and maintain most of it. It took years and years to get him to trust me. And slowly but surely he has begun to trust me with their information. "Tara, James is the new Alpha of that pack. Next to their disappearing Alpha, Gideon, James is quite possibly one of the most powerful wolves in America. I have never seen him react to anyone the way he has to you." Tara's mouth was still dry, "I still don't understand what this has to do with me, or what you want me to do?" Dr. Miller closed her eyes, "If he tries to contact you again, which I believe he will. I want you to stay calm and go with it. All I want is to see their pack. I want to watch them hunt, watch them mate. I want to see them transform, not just hear stories." "You want me to be your in, into their pack? How do you know he'll come back for me? How do you know he won't hurt me?" This was crazy, what was her life turning into; none of this could be possible. "Because, Tara, The way he reacted to you combined with what you told me of your dreams. If he doesn't come for you, someone else will, and I'm sure he knows it." ***** This is the end of my second chapter. I tried to keep it from you guys for a few more days but couldn't keep it to myself any longer! From here on out I'm going to try to make each chapter longer and longer, and trust me I'm a hard critic! But because of this I will plan to update the story around every two weeks. It can be I'll try my best to make it shorter but it could be longer. I will try my best to get them out as quickly as possible. By the Pale Moonlight Ch. 03 A large black wolf ran through the trees, twigs snapped and leaves crunched under the weight of his monstrous paws. He ran swiftly and quietly; dodging rocks and sprinting through brush. The cool night air blew through his fur. He let out a loud howl as he sped around the side of a lake and jumped upon a large flat rock. The wolf sat, panting. Slowly he started to transform. His bones cracked and disjointed; his femur's lengthened and snout fractured caving in upon itself. His spine straightened and ears melted onto his skull. Black fur fell off in clumps and jagged daggers sucked back into his skin. The creature howled a deafening song of pain. A large man lay nude now in place of the wolf. His muscles rippled and twitched as he caught his breath. Sweat drenched his brow. James had been transforming for nearly two hundred years, yet somehow never got used to it like others had. Some wolves he knew fully embraced the change, pulling strength and true power from it. The change never weakened him, and though he would never let the others know it, he absolutely hated it. He looked into the lake, noting the half crescent reflection of the moon. He should be with his pack. No, he should be with Daniel. The boy was one of his closest friend and Beta, but couldn't help himself around women; or power. This new female was a dangerous combination of the two, and she didn't even know it. Daniel had gotten himself into some bad situations before James had taken him under his wing. He had calmed down over the past 50 years but there were still spurts of his old life. Daniel once tried to lay claim to the mate of a rival packs alpha. He nearly started a war between the packs, he nearly got himself killed. He stood up and dove into the crisp cold water. It seemed to be the only thing to truly clear his head. Anyone else would be shivering at the thought, but James loved the feeling of a cool nude swim. The water flowing through his long hair, the weeds rushing past his skin; it felt almost as good as laying with a woman. Though swimming was something he did often, he hadn't been with a woman in more years than he could count. He swam to the shore and pulled himself up lying flat against the grass. He stared into the midnight sky. Lost in thought he ran his hand across his chest, resting it on a pendant given to him by Gideon before he disappeared. It was a moonstone; a special stone to all Were-creatures. It was believed this stone had mystical properties to increase their power, not only physically but mentally as well. Gideon was the only known Were to possess such large pieces of the stone. Gideon had worn one on his wrist and one on his ankle. One hundred years ago, Gideon gave one of them to James. He said he saw great potential in him, and with the power of the stone, he would one day be a legendary Alpha. The moonstone was in the shape of a crescent moon, and it never left his chest. He briefly wondered what happened to the larger one that Gideon kept. He growled at the thought of his killers keeping it for themselves. He needed to stop thinking about Gideon; He hadn't thought about his old pack master in years. He knew it was only because of the girl; the girl that somehow, shared his blood. - It had been a week since Tara's conversation with Dr. Miller. Everything had gone back to normal and no one seemed to be paying specific attention to her; not even Dr. Miller. It was as if their conversation had never even taken place. She went to class as normal and her classmates ignored her; as normal. It was a particularly crisp and beautiful day outside. Tara looked down at her math work. She wasn't sure what Advanced Algebra had to do with her degree. She hated the whole subject of math. After a while the whole equation turned into a series of squiggles and dots. Tara turned looking out of the window; the wind whistled and birds sang. A large predatory bird sat in a tree near her; it was a hawk of some kind. She had seen her fair amount of wildlife on campus. Mostly songbirds, chipmunks and squirrels but the occasional eagle, turkey vulture or coyote would venture in. The wind blew in the smooth sound of an acoustic guitar. That was it! She closed her algebra book. It was way too nice to be stuck inside. Mid-term or not, her sanity was worth it. Since the incident at the coffee shop last week she hadn't dare venture outside. She only left to quickly run to her classes or get something to eat. She had been surviving on junk food mostly. Tara turned around in her chair looking for her shoes; she saw them near her dresser. Standing up she made her way over, she kicked her roommates discarded laundry back over to her side of the room; that girl was such a slob. She caught something out of the corner of her eye. She turned around quickly; startled. It was only her reflection. She stood up straight and looked at herself in the mirror. She looked awful. She hadn't so much as taken a shower in the past week. "Why not." Tara mused aloud. She was going outside anyways; why not dress up a little. She walked over to her dresser and pulled out her a hairbrush. She ran it through a couple of times until she felt the tangles break free. She looked back into the mirror. Her hair was straight and finally tame. It was thick and long reaching the small curve at the bottom of her back. She ran her hand through it; the black strands reminded her of a horse main. She started feeling better but something was still missing. Ah-ha! She rushed over to her bed and kneeling down reached underneath. She grabbed a small black pouch and pulled it out. She unzipped it and pulled out a long thin cylindrical tube. "Make-up!" Tara said with a laugh. She never normally wore the stuff except when her mother forced her to. Though today seemed like the perfect day to try it out just for fun. She had been so stressed out lately it seemed like a great experimental pick-me-up. Tara's' mother had sent her to school with the bag. She handed it to her on her way out the door saying "You never know! Maybe you'll meet someone and want to look pretty." With rusty precision she dragged the black pencil across her bottom lid. Blinking furiously her eyes started watering. She remembered the few times that she had been forced to wear it. Family parties, graduation, those wonderfully awkward bi-yearly dates her mother made her go on until the delightful day she left for college. She wiped away the smudge marks and standing back looked at herself again in the mirror. She was physically attractive and her face seemed to be well put together. She may as well dress the part. She shook off her jeans and threw them into her hamper. She reached into the bottom drawer of her dresser and pulled out a tight fitting black skirt. She slipped it on; it rested midway to her knees. She bent over and looked into the mirror. Her black boy shorts popped out of the bottom. She should probably put some tights on while she was at it. She reached into the top drawer and pulled out a pair of neon blue tights. She sat on the side of her bed and slowly put each on careful not to cause a pull to form. When they were fully on she laid back and lifted her legs into the air, she loved how long they made her legs look. After throwing on her black Mary Jane's she looked for a shirt. She didn't own many fancy shirts so her selection was fairly limited. Sifting through her drawers she finally found what she was looking for. The shirt was form-fitting and striped black and white. It buttoned up the front; she left the top two buttons undone allowing for her soft snowy cleavage to flesh out just enough to make an impression. She looked back into the mirror for one final look. If she had the energy to do this every day maybe she would have more dates. Maybe more people would pay attention to her for once. Tara laughed at herself as she walked over to her backpack. Why should she ever care what others thought of her? She didn't need their small minded approval. She opened the backpack and grabbed her id and some loose cash; then grabbed her keys and walked out of the door. Escaping through the emergency exit door of her building she walked into the cool crisp air; she took a deep breath. The air smelled of brittle leaves and grass. What should she do? She hadn't dared to go back to the café. She had made a huge scene, cracked their door and not to mention bled all over the place. Luckily the few other people who were there hadn't wanted to tell anyone. There was a large field in the center of campus that other students called the Quad. There were some nice Oak trees situated randomly and they each happened to have a bench underneath them. On a day like today that may be a nice place to sit and people watch. She walked through the grass by-passing the sidewalk. Even though she had shoes covering her feet she would still much rather walk on the earth. Tara looked around her; the Quad was a large fairly flat piece on land. A few thick oak trees lay scattered; offering shade and sanctuary to any passerby's. A group of students was occupying a section of the field playing Frisbee. There were five of them, three boys and two girls. They were obviously close and very flirty with one another. Tara wondered if any of them were dating or if they just led each other on in a sort of sick sudo-sexual ritual. She was spellbound by their social connection. The comfort they felt around one another. A red haired girl played keep away from two of the boys. They chased her in circles laughing. After a few minutes of the same cat and mouse game the boys stopped and looked at one another. They seemed to know what each other was thinking; one went left and one went right. The smirked as they stalked their prey. The girl seemed to get nervous, she threw the hostaged Frisbee to her friend, but she seemed to be busy flirting with the spare boy. She turned to run when one of the boys grabbed her by the waist. Tara ran into something hard. She fell backward and landed flat against her back. She gasped for breath and looked around her frantically. What happened to the girl? Did they get her, did they hurt her? Tara felt a hand grab her arm. She looked up into pale blue eyes. "I'm so sorry, I wasn't even paying attention" The owner of the pale blue eyes said. Blinking she looked past them. The owner was a fine specimen of the male species. He was slightly taller than average and seemed to be very thin and lean. His voice was smooth and low. She noticed his hands were rough. "Are you all right? I didn't hurt you did I?" She was somehow standing upright now. "Yes, yes, I'm fine sorry" Tara finally snapped out of her stupor. The strange man's hands were still gripping her arms. "Sorry if I worried you. I just spaced out for a moment." She shook her head and looked at him. His pale eyes were full of concern. His lips were a long thin line and she could see a small red mark where he had nervously chewed. She pulled away from him and brushed herself off. She looked down. A button had popped off of her shirt, exposing more soft cleavage than she was originally comfortable with. Her face grew red; she clutched her chest and turned away from him. She didn't even know his name and he had already seen more of her than anyone had in many years. "I'm sorry I ruined your shirt." His smooth voice sounded like velvet in her ears. She turned around to look at him. "That's all right it wasn't your fault, I promise. I just so happen to be the world's most un-graceful person." He laughed and reached his hand out; he brushed away a stray piece of hair from her face. "My name's Daniel." He said as he saw a crimson blush flash across her face. "Is there anything I can do to repay you for the shirt and slight concussion?" Daniel was averagely tall, a little under six feet and fairly thin. Through his plain black tee shirt she couldn't tell if he had muscles or if he was made of bones. He wore dark denim jeans and a belt with a large buckle. His shirt hung over it so she could only see the silver gleam poking out the bottom. Tara laughed this time. Was he flirting with her? He was attractive and seemed normal. What's the worst that could happen? She deserved something nice every once in a while. "Well, it's such a gorgeous day outside. I was planning on sitting in the quad if you'd like to join me?" Tara had never asked a guy out before. Though this technically wasn't a date, it kind of felt like one to her. "I would be honored to escort M'lady through the quad." He bowed before offering her his arm, she obliged blushing. This was great. Not only was he attractive and courteous but he was kind of funny too! They walked through the grass arm in arm. She had solved her mystery in the process. Holding onto his arm she could feel muscles ripple and contort with every movement. He must have been built underneath that shirt. She imagined what he would look like shirtless. Long and lean, sweat dripping down his abs. Sweet nectar pooled between her legs. Daniels arm tensed up. She wondered if he could sense her arousal for him, but that was ridicules. There was no way for him to tell she was becoming turned on. Maybe she just grabbed his arm a little too hard in her fantasy. "So, are you new?" Tara desperately tried to change the subject, she shouldn't be thinking so naughty about someone she just met. She had never been a very sexual person. Why all of a sudden is every guy she meets driving her crazy? "I just mean I haven't seen you around here before." He seemed to appreciate the conversation, loosening up the tension in his arm. "Yes, actually. I know its ridicules starting halfway through the semester. The dean didn't want to let me start so late, but I wound up convincing him that it was in his best interest." Daniel smiled and let out a small chuckle. Tara felt somehow there was a threat hidden in his dazzling smile. She shuttered. "Are you cold, Tara?" He pulled his arm away from her grasp and wrapped it around her shoulder. His voice sounded like music, it entranced her. Tara stopped dead in her tracks. Wait. She shrugged his arm off and turned to face him. "I never told you my name." She slowly started walking backwards. Dr. Millers voice echoing in the back of her mind. "If he doesn't come for you, someone else will." Her heart started racing. Did this guy know James? Or was he one of the other that Dr. Miller had warned her about? "Calm down Tara, Calm down. You must have told me earlier, how else would I know? I knocked you down remember, maybe you smacked your head and forgot." He took a step towards her and she flinched away. Did she tell him her name? It seems ridicules that she wouldn't remember something like that. She looked at his face, his jaw was clenched and his eyes staring straight into hers. He seemed genuinely concerned that he was frightening her. Maybe she had told him. "You know, maybe your right." She calmed down a little; still cautious they walked over to a nearby bench. "I had an intense encounter with someone the other night and I've been on edge since." She sat down and put her head into her hands. She took a few deep breaths. "You must think I'm a total spaz, huh?" Now that she had calmed down she was becoming embarrassed. She had met a handsome guy who was interested in her and she freaked out on him in public. She looked up at him; he was still standing hands in his pockets looking up into the trees. There was a slight breeze and he seemed to be watching the leaves blow. "Don't worry about it. We all have crazy moments. You remember I told you my name, right?" He looked down at her, his mouth in a crooked smile. He told her his name? What was it? "Daniel." Tara remembered. If she knew his name she must have told him hers. She felt like a complete idiot now. She had overreacted for no reason. Daniel looked into her eyes. They seemed to sparkle with excitement and need. "I love how my name sounds rolling off of your tongue." He reached down and cupped her chin letting his long thin digits run down her cheek. Tara's heart started racing again. "Let me take you out tonight. There's a bar down the road a bit." He flashed a toothy smile. "I'm not sure, I really don't drink much. I've actually never been to a bar before." She was pretty ashamed of that fact actually. "Do you live on campus?" Tara nodded. "Tell you what. How about I grab some beer and we drink in your room?" Tara thought about it. Barbie would be out partying all night anyways. And if she did come home it would be near dawn. Daniel would be gone by then. "Ok, why not! I don't have class tomorrow either." Tara grew excited, it was a date! "I'll meet you at your room around 9 ok? Where's your dorm?" "I live in Adams hall, second floor room 218. If you take the elevator it's to the right past the first corner." A large smile was plastered across Tara's face. "I'll see you then." Daniel said before turning and walking away. Tara watched him as he walked; every step he took away brought him closer to her dorm room tonight. She needed to get ready! Tara reached in the back pocket for her phone to find nothing there; she must have left it in her room. She wondered what time it was, she hadn't even bothered to look before she left. She looked into the sky; the sun was past the center of the sky. It must have been at least past noon. - Tara walked into her dorm room. He room was a mess. Barbie's clothing was scattered all over the floor as were her damp towels. Her bed was completely unmade and her makeup was scattered all over her desk. Tara debated with herself. Should she clean up her roommates mess? She decided against it simply kicking all of her belongings under or near her bed. She looked around, besides her roommates pigsty her room would be fine for company, as long as he didn't mind sitting on her bed. She walked over to her desk and picked up her phone; 2;30. She had a good few hours until Daniel would be arriving. She should take a shower and get cleaned up. Then maybe she'll redo her makeup. She walked over to her shower bag near the window. She grabbed everything and looked out. The hawk was still sitting on a tree branch. She looked at it and felt extreme excitement, she needed to tell someone. "Guess what mister hawk!" Tara laughed aloud; she bird shifted its head to one side. "I have a date tonight how crazy is that? His name is Daniel and he's coming to my dorm room! I've never had a boy in my room, wish me luck." The bird flapped its large wings and flew away. She must have scared it yelling like that; poor animal. But she had at least told someone, well not someone technically. She had said it out loud and that's what mattered. It was real, and it was really happening! Tara looked into her shower bag to make sure she had everything; she grabbed her makeup bag and a hair brush and put that in as well. She would do her makeup in the bathroom and take some real time prepping herself for tonight. She jumped up and down like a child, yelling. She was so excited! She finally calmed herself down and decided to finally take that much needed shower. - James lay nude on the shore line on the lake. He had been in his secret place for about a week. Gideon had shown it to him, not many others knew of it. And those that did know knew not to bother him. His eyes were closed as he listened to a fish bob against the surface of the water. James heard something in the distance. He opened his eyes and sat up looking into the sky. He saw a small dot honing in over the tree line. He heard the sound growing louder, it was flapping. He watched as the dot grew larger and larger till he could finally make out its shape. It was a large hawk. By the Pale Moonlight Ch. 03 It swooped down and landed right next to James. It cocked its head to one side. "What do you want Cane, it better be pretty damn important to bother me here." James looked at the bird as it started to transform. It straightened its wings as the feathers fell off dropping one by one to the ground. Its bare wings lengthened and bones cracked as the tips slowly turned into fingers. Its neck elongated and beak shattered revealing human teeth. Its talons sucked back into his flesh and legs thickened. Sitting in the hawks place now was a man. Drenched in sweat feathers stuck to his nude flesh. He was very tall, well over six feet and thin with lanky limbs. His hair was auburn and cut fairly short. He looked over to James. "Alpha we have a serious problem." He was still catching his breath from his long flight and transformation. His chest heaved, sucking in, his ribcage jetted out. This was all James needed to hear. "Can't you take care of it, as one of my Betas you should be able to control any member of the pack." He looked as the tired bird. "Why didn't you consult Daniel before making the long unnecessary trip here?" James was becoming increasingly irritated. "That's the problem, Alpha. Remember you told me to keep a look on the human girl while Daniel went back to lead the pack." James had forgotten about that. He had been lost in thought for a few days now. "What's wrong with the girl?" James sat up straight, if something happened to that girl before he found out the truth he would be uncontrollable. "Nothing actually, she's perfectly fine." Cane looked uncomfortable. He shifted and plucked some spare feathers out of his arm. "It seems she has a date tonight, and I thought you'd be interested in knowing who it's with." James was in no mood to play games today. He jumped on top of the hawk. Pinning him down with his legs, he wrapped his hand around the birds' thin frail throat. Cane struggled but stopped when he looked into his Alphas eyes. He hadn't ever seen him look so intense before. "Who?" James' voice was low and rough, he growled out the question and if he received anything other than a response he would snap Canes neck. The bird struggled, grasping James hand and gasping for breath, James released his throat slightly. "Daniel." Cane writhed under his Alpha. "It was Daniel; I think he plans on taking her tonight." James released Canes neck and with a loud howl jumped off of his beta and ran. His thick body suddenly covered in hair. His nose and mouth lengthened and limbs shortened and broke. Jagged blades shot out of his paws and sharp teeth released down into his mouth. He howled loudly again as a large hawk swooped in beside him. They raced toward Tara. It was a two hour run; he hoped he would make it in time. - Tara heard a knock at her door. She walked over and slowly opened it. Daniel stood there a six pack of beer in one hand and a rose in the other. He handed the rose to Tara and smiled his goofy half smile. "Can I come in? I bring refreshments?" Tara laughed and moved to the side letting him in. He looked around and turned to Tara. "Now let me guess, your side is the room with all of the pink right?" "Of course it is, because you can tell just by looking at me that pink is my absolute favorite color." She laughed and noticed that Daniel was looking her over with hungry eyes. Her hair was washed and blow dried and lay fluffy against her shoulders. She wore the same skirt as earlier with green tights. She was freshly shaven and her skin looked and felt nice. She wore a tight black low cut t shirt; still showing off her silky flesh. "You look great, by the way." Daniel walked past her and placed the beer on her floor. He sat down on the side of her bed and ripped open the package. He pulled a beer out popped the top off handing it to her. She wasn't a big fan of beer, she wasn't a big fan of alcohol in general, but it was only one night. She deserved to have a little fun. Tara grabbed the beer and took a large swig. Daniel laughed as she made a face and stuck her tongue out. "I guess I should have asked what kind you like. I like cheap beer so that's what I bought" "That's all right. I've only ever drank a handful of times anyways I wouldn't know what to choose." Daniel leaned back and looked around Tara's room. She already had him here, what should they do now? "So what do you study?" The sound of Daniels voice made her jump. She laughed at herself. "Technically, I'm majoring in folklore and minoring in archeology. I also have a degree in ancient languages." "Wow, that's pretty intense. All I'm taking is general education!" He laughed loudly and she felt silly. "What languages do you know?" "Just the ones that help me with my degree. I can read hieroglyphs and speak Latin and ancient Greek; hieroglyphs are my favorite though." "Wow that's intense, why so many languages though?" Tara looked at him and laughed. "Mia glotta oudepopote hikane." She laughed again and took a big swig of her beer. She was almost to the bottom and starting to feel good. "It means 'One language is never enough' in Greek." "That's funny." Daniel laughed and downed the rest of his beer. He reached down and grabbed two more tossing one to Tara. She caught it and walked over to her desk. She placed the rose down on her desk and sat down with a plop. "So where are you from language queen? Have you always lived in Virginia or did you move here?" Daniel twisted his lid off and took a deep swig. "I moved here about three years ago for school. I used to live in Delaware with my mother but jumped that ship as soon as I could. Do you know what's in Delaware?" Tara pointer her bottle at Daniel, he shook his head no. "Fucking nothing!" They both laughed. Tara couldn't remember why she didn't like drinking anymore. She was having so much fun! "So where are you from Daniel?" "A little bit of everywhere. I can't stand being in one place for a long time. Luckily my family ties allow me to move pretty much where ever I want." He tipped his beer back finishing it. He placed it down and grabbed another. "You said you wanted to get away from your parents? Were your folks that bad? I mean my dad beat me pretty bad so I understand better than most." "In all honestly I never knew my father, I don't even know if he knows I exist. He was a fling my mom had in college. She couldn't finish out her degree and blames me for it every day. She was a slave driver, everything was about school. I never really had any friends or even hobbies until I saw Dr. Miller speak at my high school." Tara took another sip. "She saved my life and my sanity." Tara looked up, she had been staring at the floor. Daniel was staring at her an empty beer in his hand. "Come here." Daniel placed the bottle down. Tara stood up and started walking over to him. This seemed like a dream, her life was finally turning around. Tara stumbled; she had tripped over an empty beer bottle on the floor. She tried to catch herself only to turn sideways slightly. Daniel lunged out to grab her too little too late. She landed flat against the floor on top of her half empty bottle. Tara heard a crunch then shatter. Then she felt pain. Daniel bent over and lifted her up. Blood was dripping off of her arm. A frothy mixture of beer and blood coated her clothing. Daniel ripped her shirt and grabbed her forearm. A large dark piece of glass was sticking out. "Ow, ow." Tara flinched away, her senses were dull but she still had them. "Stop moving let me get this glass out." They were both sitting on the floor now; he pushed her back against the edge of the bed. Quickly and carefully he pulled the large chunk out. He placed it next to him on her desk and looked back at her. Her shirt was ripped halfway off and her chest stained sticky with beer and blood. Her arm started gushing with the retraction of the glass. Daniel reached out and ran his finger across her arm through the long blood trail. He brought his finger to his nose and took a deep breath. Closing his eyes he put his finger in his mouth and sucked the blood off. Tara watched him in awe. What was he doing? He opened his eyes; they were still that beautiful pale blue. His gaze was intense and full of lust. Tara tried to back away only to hit the bed, she had forgotten that Daniel pushed her against it. He reached out and grabbed the back of her hair pulling her forward. He crushed his lips into hers, parting them slightly to sweep his tongue in. Tara tasted metallic; she closed her eyes as a shock wave flowed through her. She gripped Daniels shirt pulling him in closer. His kiss was filled with Passion and hunger; she was beginning to get lost. She tugged at his shirt pulling it towards his head. He broke the kiss just long enough to allow her to lift it over his head. She looked at him now; he was flawlessly sculpted like a God. His muscles on his chest clearly defined. Tara tossed the shirt to the side dove towards him. She was in charge now. She was in a frenzy, to touch her lips to his. As their lips connected she ripped off the remainder of her shirt and reached back to remove the black strapped barrier between their flesh. Daniel grabbed her hands and held them over her head. He placed both of them into one of his hands and reached the other behind her back. He unhooked her bra and releasing her captive hands pulled it off. He stared briefly at the large soft mounds before he attacked them. He grabbed one massaging it roughly while he placed his mouth over the other. Tara moaned as she felt his teeth bite at her nipple. She felt his tongue run little circles around it before taking it in his teeth again. She moaned louder, his other hand had her nipple trapped between his fingers. He rolled it around between them increasing the pressure as she arched her back against him. Tara reached out and grabbed a fistful of his hair. He let out a loud growl as she pulled him away from her breast. She pushed him over onto his back and ran her hands along his torso. She traced the outline of his muscles down to the lining of his pants. She grabbed his belt and looked into his eyes as she slowly slid the belt through the buckle. She pulled the buckle and slid the belt out from the loops tossing it to the side along with his long forgotten shirt. Tara popped the button of his jeans and slowly started pulling down the zipper. She could feel a large mass hidden under that zipper. She needed to see it. Daniel closed his eyes and moaned as Tara neared the descent of the zipper. She reached in and gripped what she was waiting for. She pulled it out and stared at it. It seemed perfect. It was larger than her first, but no way more than she could handle. She wrapped her palm around it and slowly pushed down. Daniels back arched he pushed up against her hand. He fit perfectly in her hand. He was thick, but not too thick. She pulled her hand back up his length, his body seemed to shake. He had length to him as well; she guessed around seven and a half inches. Nothing to be ashamed about. She slid her hand back down and looked at his member in her hand. It was hard and swollen; she licked her lips. She just needed a taste. Tara looked at his face; his eyes were still closed in bliss. She reached down and placed his head into her mouth. She closed her mouth and sucked twisting her tongue around his throbbing anatomy. Daniels eyes shot open. He grabbed a handful of her hair and pulled her mouth off of him. She gasped mouth open. His eyes weren't pale anymore. They were dark and wanting. He grabbed her arm and pushed his thumb into her open wound. Tara cried out, fresh blood flowed from the wound. He released his hand and shoved his thumb into her mouth. Tara protested pushing against him until she tasted the metal. Another shockwave flowed through her; she felt her nether swell up waiting more. Tara closed her eyes and sucked onto his thumb. She wished it was the other piece of him she had tasted before. She opened her eyes again. Daniel was staring at her, eyes black. He lowered his head towards her arm and placed his mouth over her wound. He sucked at it, running his tongue over the cut. Tara could feel her essence leave her body into his. She pulled his head off of her arm and kissed him hard. She swirled her tongue around his mouth tasting her within him. Daniel broke the kiss, gasping, and grabbed the back of her head again. He stood up and thrust himself into her mouth. Tara opened her mouth willingly. He fit the entirety of her throat. She reached out and pulled the rest of his pants down. Tara ran her hand under his legs and she stroked his cock with her mouth. He pulled out and pushed back in, she moaned with the feeling of him inside of her. She sucked as he pulled out again, she latched her teeth underneath of his head and swirled her tongue around. Daniel gasped he grabbed her head with both of his hands and thrust himself fully into her mouth. He continued harder and faster, Tara opened her throat to allow him more room. He quickened his pace. Tara could tell he was close. With one more thrust he threw his head back and howled; his milky seed poured into her mouth and throat. She sucked at him as he twitched and convulsed. Tara pulled off of him and leaned against her bed. She closed her eyes and sucked onto her fingers, she could taste a mixture of his cum and her blood. Tara felt Daniels hands on her arms. She opened her eyes and looked into his, they were still dark. He lifted her up and pulled her skirt down; he ripped her tights off and stared at her now fully nude form. Her arm and breasts were sticky with blood and beer, her chest was heaving out of breath, and her privates were shaves smooth, now slick dripping with desire. Daniel flipped her over onto her stomach and pushed himself against her entrance. He leaned over her and whispered into her ear. "You didn't you could get rid of me that easily did you?" He nipped at her ear before slipping his cock into her depths. Tara moaned loudly, she gripped she sheets as she felt his inch his way into her. This was the best she had ever felt in her life. He was still sliding into her; he seemed much larger than when he was in her mouth. He slowly pulled out and pushed back inside. He ran his hand along her breast, around the areola and around the nipple. He pinched the tip as he thrust inside of her; she gasped and arched her back. He continued his hand down while he slowly pumped into her. He reached her lips. He reached his finger through the folds and flicked his finger against the small pink nub. Daniel thrust into her harder. Tara twitched she couldn't take much more of this teasing. "Please, please." She pushed back against him, begging for more. Daniel ran his fingers down her spine while pulling out of her. "What do you want?" He pushed himself back inside of her. "More, I want more." Tara's gasped out. "What's my name?" Daniel pulled himself out so that only his tip was left inside of her, she pushed back against him, he stopped her, "What's my name, little girl?" "Daniel!" She screamed out as he pounded inside of her. He flipped her over onto her back and seized her mouth with a kiss. He positioned himself outside of her entrance and started to slowly push himself back inside of her. Bang, Bang. Tara looked towards the door. It sounded like someone was knocking on her door. Another loud bang sounded, and then the door broke. The cheap wood splintered, half of it flew across the room. The other half ripped from its hinges and fell down. Tara screamed as Daniel jumped off of the bed. She quickly covered herself with her blanket as something ran into her room. It jumped on Daniel wrapping its long teeth around his neck as it pinned him to the floor. Tara screamed again when she saw what it was; it was a wolf. How did a wolf get into the dorms? She was paralyzed with fear; all Tara could do was scream. Daniel started laughing; blood trickled out of his mouth as he coughed. "You're too late, I've already tasted her. Sweeter than a virgin in the moonlight, more powerful than you could ever imagine!" He laughed again as the wolf clenched its jaw tighter. The wolf sniffed. It released Daniels throat and looked over at Tara. She was nude, covering herself up with a green blanket. Blood dripped from her arm staining the blanket. Her chest still covered in the sticky mixture. Something was happening, the wolf started shaking. Tara saw its fur shed away and heard the sickening sound of bones breaking. She watched in horror as the creatures snout caved in and its teeth fractured. Its paws transformed into hands and feet. "What the fuck is going on?!" Tara screamed clutching the blanket to her nude frame. James looked away from her and back down to Daniel. He grabbed his throat. Daniel laughed and coughed again. "It's not my blood your choking out of me!" James grip increased. A black mass flew in the window and landed on Tara's bed frame. It was the hawk from earlier. She looked at it confused, it turned its head to one side. One by one its feathers started falling out. Its beak broke off revealing grotesque teeth. Its scaly legs broke open and ribcage ripped apart. In its place sat a long thin man. Tara didn't think she had it in her to scream anymore. She looked around her room, mouth gaping, eyes wide. She was covered in the own blood, the man with whom she not only just made love to but just met today, was being pinned down by an Alpha Were-Wolf that apparently was stalking her. A Were-Hawk was perched on her bed frame plucking out his feathers and her door was ripped off of its hinges. To make matter Worse there were people now congregating in the hallway outside of her room. Tara screamed with every ounce of breath left in her body.
