Aphrodite State Ch. 01

Aphrodite State was named after the Greek Goddess. This school wasn't my choice but I was accepted and now I am here. It was originally a private school for girls but that changed. The uniforms didn't changed, only difference is now men wore the suites as well. The men wore dark green suits with the same colored tie and pants, the shirts were white and shoes were brown. The women wore the same style as it originally started save they had a dark green dress, green brown stocking that was optional or green brown socks with brown heels or brown shoes. The tie was also optional as I notice some the women were lacking and I notice two of them having their shirts open which showed off a little cleavage but as they got to their destination they button up their shirts. This school has a strict code and they knew it. This school might not be so bad after all.

I enter my class room for history that was on Monday and Wednesday. The class filled up rather quickly but the teacher wasn't here yet. I was already feeling bored and full of dread; I heard that the teacher Mr. Wilhelm was a harsh teacher. I didn't want to take the class but it was the only one available for the fall and the second class was next semester but everyone said it was better to take the first one so you'll know what to expect in the second class so I decided to go ahead get it over with, sigh. 

The door opened but to my surprise the teacher wasn't Mr. Wilhelm it wasn't even a guy but a woman, a familiar woman. It was my old high school history teacher Ms. Brook Nelson. Boy was she a sight. Short blond hair, lovely green eyes, curves in all the right places. I remember when I first saw her back in high school, always smiling, caring about her students. She was one of only four White teachers in the whole school and she was the first female I had a crush on. Time seemed to go fast and before I knew it was

The next class was of little interest to me. There were a few students from the previous class, two of them were twin blond sisters, Cindy and Mindy, Lana the only Black girl in history alone with myself and one other boy were the only Black students in the history class but I didn't mind that, Mei the Chinese girl and Jordan the Hispanic was one of my roommates. Other than them I was not interest in class. 

The day went on until I went to my dorm, there were a total of four of us; Jordan wasn't back yet and the other one Tony was out too so it was Ryan and myself.

"So how were things today?" Ryan questioned.

"Great," I said. "I think I'm gonna like spending four years here at Aphrodite State."

"Me too, I've seen a lot of goddesses out there, man I can't wait till Friday night."

"What's happening Friday?"

"There's a party to celebrate the new semester and the goddesses will be there!"

I nodded. This would be a good opportunity to get Professor Bells off my mind.

"Mei is also in this class," Mindy said. 

"Have any of you seen her, we were suppose to meet at the library?" Lana questioned.

All of us shook our heads.

Another class was over, Jordan heads to the library and the girls and I decide to head over to the track field.

"So Mei what happened, you and I were supposed to meet at the library?" Lana questioned.

"Sorry I overslept, I thought I set my alarm but I didn't," Mei lied. 

Once we got changed we do a few laps. As I stop to take a breather I notice Professor Bells running as well I'm glad it was still warm because the sight of her in white short shorts and pink sports bra that showed a small amount cleavage was all the proof I needed to know that she was the goddess of beauty. 

After doing another lap she comes over to greet us. "Hey Professor," I said.

"Hello, a nice day for a run."

"Yeah," Mei agreed. 

"Are you all ready for the quiz tomorrow?"

"Just kidding," Professor Bells laughed. "Mr. Anderson knows that better than anyone."

I just smiled at the complement.

"Well I'll see you all tomorrow."

"Bye." We all said.

I watch as she heads back, my eyes were focused on the way her ass wigged in those short shorts. "Now that that's done let's get to work," Mr. Lopez said sternly.

Friday night came and it was full of students, faculty and staff but mostly students.

"I know," Jordan said. 

"This is it," Tony said.

As for me there was only one goddess but I couldn't, that was wrong! I had to get her out of my mind. "Yeah," I agreed. 

"It's becoming rather boring here."

"Yeah," I agreed. 

"How about we leave and do some catching up?"

"Sure."

We head out, no one would notice us leaving and even if they did they would just think its two students leaving. We hopped in Professor Bells' Audi R8 Road Car. I didn't question where we were headed to I just went alone for the ride; she knew I had to be back by midnight that was the curfew for dorm students who were not 21. It was 9:00 now. 

She drove without talking and I remained silent. Professor Bells finally stops at a store.

"I'll be right back," she finally said.

I wait. I look at my watch but there was nothing to worry about, it was just 9:15. 

Five minutes later Professor Bells returns with a bag. She opens the door but trips and the contents in her purse came out. I help pick up what I could find. A minute later we resume driving.

"So how do you like Aphrodite State?" She asked.

"It's great so far." I answered. 

"You know for awhile I wasn't sure if I should have taken the job but I decided to move on and plus there was a bigger pay."

I nodded. I suddenly notice a picture of a man on the floor. "That guy in the picture is that your husband?" I pointed.

I shut up as well as Professor Bells drives. She continued driving and then turns down a dimly lit road. She reached a parking lot of an abandon building and turns off the car and remains silent for a minute.

"We should head back," Professor Bells said.

My name is Robert Lopez age 43; I consider my life a pathetic one. My wife died of cancer, I have no children and don't particularly care about being a teacher but I need the money so I'll stick with it.

I arrive at the school, present my ID to the guard and proceed to the parking lot. I head to faculty building to see if I have any mail. As I pass through the hallway several doctors, professors and staff say good morning and I respond kindly despite disliking most of them. This was going to be another god-awful semester. 

I gather up all the materials for science but before I can proceed to class I am greeted by Mrs. Brook Bells. I pretend to be happy to see her. When I first met her I was captivated by her beauty. As I begin teaching my class, one student enters late! "You, get out of my class!" The woman tries to explain why she was late but I wouldn't have it. "Ha, you honestly think I give a damn about your problems! Get out! And while you're at it write a twenty page pager on reasons why you should never be late!"

The woman is crying as she leaves. The new students were in shock while the ones who either taken my other science class or repeating this one just waited for me to began my lecture. They knew this was typical.

"Let this be lesson to you new students. I do not tolerate tardiness! The only person who can be late is me and that is very rare! This may seem harsh but I'm preparing you for the real world! One thing you should get out of this class is 'those who have the AUDACITY to be late don't deserve to be taught at all!"

I go through the roster and start calling out names.

"Cindy!"

"Here, sir."

"Mindy!"

"Here, sir."

"Lana!"

"Here, sir."

"Jordan!"

"Here, sir."

There was no answer.

Two hours go on slowly but the students look like they've gotten the information or at least they got a convincing act going. Mei never did show up.

"Ok students, read Ch 2-3 for homework and write a three page paper on the on both chapters." I could see their sad faces. "Don't give me that look! You either do the work or get the hell out of my class!Dismiss!" 

I watch as the students leave and shake my head. 

"Garbage, every last one of them!" 

I return to my office to make sure the assignments are prepared for my next class. After two hours of that I head out for lunch and that's when I saw at the track field four of my students. One Black male, one Black female and the two blond twins, I was about to just go on but then I notice another female, an Asian. I didn't think anything of it until I hear her name. 'Mai,' so that woman decided to skip my class! I'll make sure she gets hers!

About eleven o' clock I head over to the history and English building to meet Professor Delaney. The hallway was empty and most of the classrooms were empty. 

As I pass by a classroom I notice a quarter on the floor and proceed to pick it up. I look up and notice that inside the classroom was Professor Bells and that student Joshua Anderson. They were talking and then she gets up to get an eraser but trips and Joshua attempts to prevent her falling and what next I see make my eyes grow wide. Thursday went on but I couldn't take my mind of what I've been seeing. Every time my eyes shifted to Joshua they would narrow with hate. This school is about order not infidelity! Even though the school is named after the goddess of love it still shall have ORDER! 

Friday came, I was helping with the pointless back to school bash. If I was running this school there wouldn't be any of this garbage! School is about work, no play! Play leads to disorder! My job was to watch the trash and make sure they don't anything to upset the order which they'd be sure to do.

As I entered the student center I notice Professor Bells dressed as a student! I approach her and her secret lover Joshua!

"School spirit," she answered.

About nine-thirty I head over to my office to check the cameras of the surrounding areas near the school. I worked security before I was a teacher and was able to obtain several cameras. 

I proceed to look through each one.The next one was one I placed at an abandon building to keep an eye out for drug users and then I spot a car pulling into the parking lot. A few minutes later I see a woman wearing a school outfit. I watch as the event unfolds. 

It was Monday now. I spent the weekend trying to make sense of what had happened. Now I was prepared. I had to put everything back in order. This madness had gone on long enough!

It was eleven-twenty now. I decide to leave the office but before I do I hear a knock at the door. "Who is it?"

"Professor Bells." "Ah yes." I open the door. "Come on in, have a seat."

While she proceeds to sit I close and lock the door. The windows were already closed. Only thing to do is turn off the light but that will come later.

"Are you comfortable?" I ask.

"Yes."

"Good because in a second you'll be very uncomfortable," I thought. "Now on to business. Now Mrs. Bells I afraid you and I have a bit of a problem."

"I beg your pardon?"

"Yes, I hate when order is disrupted. Imagine if there was no order at all. You see, even though the world is full of chaos there is one place that will maintain in order and that is Aphrodite State."

"I don't get what's going on?"

"Let me finish! Now Professor Bells, no Brook!"

"What?"

"It just so happens that you Brook have caused disorder!"

"What do you mean?"

"Where were you Friday night?"

"I was at the dance, obviously."

"Yes you but what about at nine?"

"I went home."

I approach Brook and slap her. She looks at me stunned at what I just did. "I hate liars Brook! If you just told the truth things would have gone much better for you! I know the truth Brook! I know that you went to the parking lot of the abandon building!"

"That's a lie!"

"Oh really, let's go the disk!"

"You have it on tape?"

"Of course, you're the only one who drives an Audi."

Looking into her eyes I knew her defeat was near.

"So are you going to deny it? Deny that you had a sexual relationship with non-other than Joshua Anderson!"

"That, that's not true."

"Really he is the most promising suspect!I saw the way you talked to him on the track field and let's not forget the classroom where you pretended to trip an fall so he grab you and by doing so he touched your right breast! Are you going to deny that as well?!"

Brook was just stunned. I give her time to reflect on vile mistake.

Brook gulps. "The...same...price..." She stammered.

Brook nodded sadly. I turn off the lights so it'll look like my office is closed. "Now, take off your top." As we flew through the sky I notice eight students. "Ah he's down there!"I touch down gently on the ground. "Oh Joshua, come here Joshua!"

Joshua and the others were backing away slowly but it was vain. I was in front of him and then I grab him and throw him.

"Why are you doing this Joshua?"

"He's the cause of all this! If it wasn't for him you would be the position you were in!"

I fight Sister for my body but she's very strong!

"Ok I'm at a loss for what's going on," Mei said.

"I'm guessing Professor Bells is somehow possessed by an evil spirit," Ryan said.

"Evil, I'm far from it!"

I'm rolling across the ground trying to regain control over my body. It's a tough fight!

"You wanted this, Brook!"

"I didn't say anything about killing Joshua!"

I get off the ground and dust myself off.

"So is it over?" Mei asks.

I start screaming in pain and the white ball of energy comes out and all of watch as it takes human shape. The energy disappears and all of us see the result. She was a beautiful red head with brown eyes and dressed in same uniform the students were wearing. She had the same bust size and the rest of the package that the perverts lust over just like me. 

"I'm a reaper eater; I feast on the souls of the dead that have lingering attachments to world of the living and the living. It's very nice to meet you all. 

"What is this?" I demanded.

"You remembered what I offered you Brook."

"Of course I do, duh you said there was no catch."

"Yes there was no catch. You see when I am able to possess a human female and eat more than one rotten soul I can return to the world of the living for 100 years but that only be done if the female is willing to let's me posses her."

"Why are you getting bent out of shape for? I did you a favor, all your problems are solved, well not all of them!"

"Joshua, run!" I screamed. 

"It's too late now!"

I was watch as Sister grabs Joshua and holds the spirit sword to his throat.

"Please, what did I do?"

"Of course you wouldn't know! But guess you deserve to know before you die cutie pie!"

"You can't stop me Brook; I'm the one holding the cards! If all of you wish to live then you will hear this story!"

I have my head down in shame as Sister reveals everything and boy was everyone was shocked.

"There you've all heard the story. Now it's time for you to die!"

"We won't let you!" Jordan said.

Sister points her hand at them and the rest of the students collapse. I gasp in horror.

"They are not dead yet. Now where were we, oh yeah I was going to kill Joshua. I can see why she had sex with you, you are cute but you're not worth the pain you caused."

I watch as Joshua's mouth fall open. I couldn't help but giggle.

"Yes I was wondering was she your real sister."

"Aphrodite, my name is Aphrodite."

"As in the woman this school is named after?" I questioned.

"Aphrodite as in the goddess of love?" Joshua questioned.

"Who said anything about me being a goddess? But tough love is the only love I believe in!"

"Oh man," Joshua moaned.

"Yes I'm just as shocked as you are but it won't be so bad. Remember what I told you about finding your own, well there she is. She's really just lonely."

"She eats souls!"

"I can eat the food you people would normally eat."

"See Joshua it's all gonna work out fine."

"Well what about this whole incident? Who's gonna explain this?"

"Yes Aphrodite, you said you had the situation under control, care to elaborate?"

"I'll erase everyone's minds simultaneously. 

"What about the people who got off campus?" Joshua questioned.

"They didn't, there's been a barrier here the whole time, no one got in and no one got out! As for David they'll look into his background and discover that he does not go here and think he impersonated a student so he gain attention by offing himself. There."

"What about the shop owner?" I questioned.

"Memory wipe as well."

"So are we really going to keep more secrets?" Joshua questioned. 

"Yes, as I told you before we will take this grave! Understood?"

"Yes professor."

"Now the question is where am I gonna stay?"

"You have powers that should be too hard," I say.

"Yeah but you see I'll start to lose them, that the reason I need to continue to feast on souls."

"Well as long as you feast on rotten souls I do not have much of problem with it," I say. "What about you Joshua?"

"There really isn't much I can say about this."

My stomach starts growling. "Well let's finish discussing at the café."

"Yeah but I should get to work the situation."

Joshua and I watch as Aphrodite flies off to complete her task. I sigh happily. I'm free, Joshua found his goddess or she found him and all is right with the world for now. 

I'm glad I teach at Aphrodite State.
