"How did you get away?"

"Looks like we have an imposter. So one of you is Jonathan the other I'm guessing is the not so dead taker." 

"I know a way for us to figure this out and be safe." Melody got up at went to her bag. She returned with rope, two blindfolds and two dildos. "The two of you on a bed now!" the two each got on a bed. Ally went to get up "NO! You will stay seated. I will do this. The first one of the three of you to make a sound will get a snapped neck. Nod if were clear." All three nodded. "Good now lay down. First one to move also gets a snapped neck." 

None of them moved. Melody went to each limp and tide it tight. She put a blindfold onto each one without giving a care in the world. As she yanked on each rope the two men opened their mouth wanting to let out pain but knew better.

In the time leading up to the Old Queen and King were to step down and Melody and Jonathan were to take over, it had been a crazy build up. Melody had gotten used to everyone obeying her every command. Ally has taken to her new position quite well and still will please both Melody and Jonathan whenever they feel the need. During a training session Ally noticed two subs talking. Ally walked over to them. 

"Get in position you two scums." 

The two looked at her and continued talking. Ally went over and hooked them both up to septate rigs and hung them up. She then gagged and taped their mouths 

"When you are under my eye and in my class you will listen and obey. This is just punishment one and more will follow." 

Just then Melody and Jonathan walked in. "Ally can we speak to you please?" Jonathan asked with a stern look 

"Yes My Lord." 

The three of them walked outside and Ally went to her knees. Jonathan lifted her up to stand. "We have heard talk of someone wanting to overthrow us before Melody takes the crown. What have you heard?" 

"Nothing much but the two I just hung up have been talking awful lot today. I had to separate them and well you saw." 

"We will take those two now then. You don't mind do you?" 

"Not at all. 

The three walked in and Melody called for two guys to come and get the two that were hanging up. When they left Jonathan and Melody gave Ally a kiss and left. 

"So how long are we going to make them hang there?" 

"As long as you want. They are ours to play with." 

Melody smiled and walked with Jonathan in toe. When they got to where the two guys were, Jonathan soon recognized them. "It's best let me handle these two. They are quick and will stop and nothing to harm you." 

"Well then I think we should give it a go. I'm not missing this chance to play. I guess it will be a while before I play again." 

"Very well, then follow me." 

Jonathan led Melody out of the room and into another. This one had a bed and a few straps to go with it. Jonathan sat down and patted for Melody to do the same. 

"You are not going to strap me down so you have all the fun are you?" 

"No I'm not but listen. Those two are more of my siblings. There 5 of altogether. The Taker is dead, you know that. Me, those two, and there is one more. No one has seen him in years. Now with those two in there can only mean something big is going to happen and someone needs to be ready for it." 

"What are you trying to say?" 

"Those two will get out of any trap you set. They could be after you, Ally, me or all three of us." 

"If they were after Ally they would not have let her do that to them. Would they?" 

"No telling, what they will allow and won't allow. Please I'm begging you let me go deal with them." 

"What will I do in the mean time?" 

"Go to our room and wait. Ask for whatever you think you will need." 

"You're not coming back are you?" 

"Goddess willing I am. Now we will walk out together and you will walk to the door. Nowhere else." 

Melody nodded and stood with Jonathan. They walked out to find the two guys gone. The door was still shut and Jonathan shoved Melody back into the room. Soon there was arms around the both of them. 

"Get off me." Melody said as she struggled. 

"Fat chance you. Now get down." One of them said He threw Melody down on the floor and she rolled into the wall. When she tried to get up she felt a foot on her back. "If you want him to live stay down, till I tell you." 

"Please let her go. You have me." Jonathan said as she struggled. 

"Now why would we take you brother? When we could have her?" the second one said 

"She will make us a fine salve. No harm in sharing." The first one stated with a grin 

"You don't understand. I'm next in line. Taker is dead." Jonathan said as they bound him with straps. 

"Even better. You will die and I will be the King." The first one said. 

"AAAAHHHHH," Melody yelled as she was yanked up by her hair. "What do you two want?" 

"To see you in pain and screaming for your loved one. Now in you go." The second said as she threw her into a cage. Melody turned around and hear it lock before she could stop it. The first brother grabbed her wrists and tied them together threw the bars. "How nice your hands are free like this. Now on your knees." 

Melody looked over at Jonathan who was shaking his head no. The first one saw this and smacked Jonathan. "That's enough out of you." 

"Knees or he dies." 

Melody got on her knees. "Good girl. Open wide." Melody opened and found a dildo inserted in her mouth. She then felt it being tied to the bars and her hands tied to a hook. "This come out of your mouth before I tell you and you will never see anyone again." 

Melody felt a few tears fall down her face. She then watched as they took Jonathan and strapped him to a dolly. "Any last words for your little pet over there?" 

"I love you. Remember what we talked about. I will return. Sage and Willow only." 

"That's enough." Said the first one and a gag was inserted in his mouth. They both then wheeled him out of site. Just before he left the first one turned to her. Wait an hour then you can let go. I'll know if you disobey." The door closed and Melody screamed hoping someone would hear her. 

After about ten minutes of screaming Ally came in. She saw Melody there and ran to her. "Who did this?" 

"Brothers" Melody mumbled. 

"Can you take this out?" Ally wondered 

"Hour?" She continued to mumble 

"I want to say it has been about fifteen minutes. Can I untie your hands at least?" Ally looked down and saw she was hooked to a timer. "I'll take that as a no. Looks like you have forty-five minutes to go. If you try to get out I guess is explodes." 

"You're a smart one." The first brother said 

Ally turned around to see both brothers standing in the door way. 

"I'll give you this scum, you have loyalty on your side." The second brother mentioned as he stepped around 

"Now Dom want to be, are you going to come with us willingly or by force?" the first one asked as he grabbed straps 

"I'm not leaving her." Ally said turning around back to Melody 

"Yes you are. I see you have chosen force." The second one said as he began to walk over 

"I see you have chosen to get your ass kicked." Ally said as she turned around 

All three leapt to one another each one fighting someone and waiting for an opening. Soon one of them got the jump on Ally and got her pinned down. 

"Stay still you wench. No one cares for you." The first brother said as the second one cuffed her hand together. 

"Let me up now you pig." Ally said as she struggled 

"Get up here." The two raised her up and held onto her. She soon found a gag in her mouth and a blindfold on. She tried to kick around but they tied her feet together so she couldn't move. Melody screamed at them to let her go, the two just laughed. 

"See you around, Wench." The door was shut and she heard a latch. Melody wondered how much time she had left. She screamed until she no longer had a voice. Soon she heard beeping and felt her cuffs go free. Melody move her hands and got up. She opened the cage door and ran for the main door. She started pounding and trying the lock. Nothing. 

"Somebody? Anybody please help me." She shout but no one came. Melody looked around and saw that there wasn't much in the room. She went to the other room where the bed was and looked around. She then saw where she and Jonathan sat. She didn't hesitate a moment and she flipped the mattress. She saw a note with a key. 

"My dear: not knowing who you are please forgive if memories are not yours. When reading this, my oldest brother is dead and I'm next. There are three more to come. No telling who they will take or what they will do to get to the crown. Please use the key and go to the door that matched the design. Seek council form the master. Tell him that the Marshalls have taken me, if there is anyone else mention them too. Do not be afraid for you were chosen for something great. Be well my dear, the day is long the night is short. Squire" 

Melody took a moment and cried a bit. She then took the key and saw that a row of doors appeared. She found the one that matched the design and she unlocked it. It led down a long hallway that opened to a large room. The only light was shining on her. 

"Hello, is The Master here?" Melody asked in no particular direction 

"Who seeks the master?" a voice called out. 

"My name is Melody. I was chosen by Jonathan, I mean Squire." 

"On what night did he first see you?" the voice said again 

"January 6th." 

"What was the last questions and statement he made to you?" 

"He asked me to marry him and be Queen. The last statement he made before his brothers took him was Sage and Willow. They also took my soon to be lady in waiting." 

Just then the lights came on and in walked a man. Melody couldn't believe her eyes. 

"Jonathan is that you?" 

"No I am Squire's twin brother the Master. Why are you the one you call Jonathan." 

Melody feel to the floor crying. "You have no idea what hell I have been through. I want this all to end." 

"That can be arranged. Do you want death, memory whipped clean, both, or do you want to return; remember everything and yet never be truly happy because you know your love is out there for you never to see again." 

"You can't be serious. I love him more than anything. I gave up my life for him and now you're telling me that no matter what option I'll not have him? Well guess what I call your bullshit. Now get your brothers in here with my fiancé and lady in waiting. We are going to kick some ass and break some necks." 

"My Queen please calm yourself. Here drink this." The Master said as he held up a glass 

"No. I'm fine. I'll not drink anything that will knock me out. No more." Melody said still with tears in her eyes 

"We are getting nowhere, Melody? Is it?" the Master asked 

"Yes Melody. I shall call you Stefan" Melody said with a questionable look 

"Very well. Let me answer some of the basics before you ask. We are twins. He is older by 10 minutes. He chose rank by titles, I chose the ultimate rank. We don't talk for different matters. One thing we can agree on is that you will make a fine Queen and the other two were wrong to take them. Now tell me where the Taker is?" Stefan asked 

"Dead." Melody answered quickly 

"I see. Well that answers a lot." Stefan said with a small grin 

"As to what? He tried to kill me three times, he tried to make me his twice. He was a scumbag and it was on Jonathan's order and with me in agreement, his neck was snapped and he was burned." Melody began to raise her voice. 

"Who did it?" Stefan asked 

Willfred got a look in his eyes that told Melody not to say anything. 

"I don't know I was so frazzled I just heard snap his neck and I agreed." Melody said with a small wink to Willfred 

"Very well. Let us go collect your Jonathan and Lady in waiting." Master said with a smile. 

Meanwhile Jonathan and Ally were being wheeled somewhere that was unfamiliar to them. They weren't sure what was going to happen. Soon Jonathan felt them stop and heard a door open. He was then wheeled in and tossed on the ground. He then felt his restraints being removed. 

"Move before you hear the door shut and you die." Said his first brother. 

Jonathan listened to hear if Ally would join him and soon he heard the door shut. He waited a moment. When heard nothing he began to move. He took off the blindfold and gag. He saw a small light and a table with a chair. On the table he saw a small TV with a note that said "Watch me". He turned the TV on and saw Ally being wheeled into a room. 

"Smile for your master. I'm sure he's watching now" the second brother said 

Ally struggled and screamed but she was unable to move. Soon she heard chains rattling and being wrapped around her body. 

"Do us a favor and really scream at this one. For this we want to hear just how loud you can be." The first brother said with a smile as he stroked her hair. 

Jonathan watched as they hooked cables up to the chains and made sure they were on bare skin. Soon they attached them to a battery. Ally let out a little scream when the first cable was attached. Then she let it out when the second one was attached. They removed a cable and she tried to catch her breath. They put it on again and she let out a smaller one. Her voice was gone. 

"Oh now that's no fun." The second one said 

Jonathan had tears in his eyes and he saw them just toss her on the floor and walk out. He watched as Ally struggled and tried to move she couldn't. She looked up and saw the camera. She just nodded hoping Jonathan was still watching. Jonathan nodded back, not knowing if she could see him or not but at least he knew it meant till death. 

Jonathan sat back as he watched her struggle over and over again. He also jumped at every sound that he heard. 

"This is the worse torture ever." He muttered under his breath. 

"Now then our new Queen" the first brother said. Jonathan looked up and saw his brothers walk in. They think Ally is the new Queen. They got it mixed up. Jonathan hid a smile and chuckle as he knew they wouldn't see the days end. If they were found they were that is. He saw the remove the ball gag. Ally didn't say anything. "Tell us where the key to the palace is?" the first brother continued 

"I'm not sure what you're talking about. Pig." Ally tried to spit but her hair was pulled back before she could get it out. 

"You will tell us or we will be forced to end your reign before it begins." The second brother said 

"Let me go and I will go easy on you when I take the crown." Ally said as she tried to breath 

"Were not that stupid. We made up a list and guess what your new King will have to sign it too." The first brother said with a shit eating grin on his face. 

"He won't sign anything till I sign it, and I can't sign anything till you release me." Ally said with a look that could kill. 

"Try anything funny and your neck is ours." The second brother said as he cut away. 

Ally looked at the camera and nodded again. He knew she was up to something. As soon as her hands were free they shoved the clip board into her face. "Sign" they said together. Ally took the board and pen and signed. She handed it back and without looking the first brother took it over to the camera and said "See that" "Third door on the left from you. Wait for 2 knocks." "All we need now is yours." 

Jonathan got up knowing anytime now would be the moment. He watched as they untied Ally and she jumped the second brother who was closer and snapped his neck sending them both to the ground. "I've waited a long time for this." The first brother turned around and saw Ally leaping in the air towards him. She clocked him with her foot and pounced on him. He stumbled back she got her footing and went right in between the legs sending him to the ground. She walked over to him and gaged him. She then found the chains and chained his hands she dragged him down the hall and knocked twice on the door. She opened it and saw Jonathan there. 

"Here. I figured you needed it more then I" Ally said out of breath 

"Thank you. Now brother. Do I snap your neck or wait for the master to arrive? Hym. I'll go with." Crack "snapping your neck" Jonathan said with a sigh and smile. "Do you remember how to get out of here?" Jonathan asked Ally 

"Well I know we go this way" Ally said pointing to her right. She began to walk back words. They were about three turns in when they heard a small gasp. 

Ally turned around and Jonathan looked up. There they saw the Master with Melody. Melody ran to Jonathan and leapt into his arms and hugged him and kissed him she then reached over and grabbed Ally. All three started to cry. 

"Time to go" the master said. 

All three locked elbows and began walking. Melody didn't know who to stare at more. So she twisted her head at both of them. When they arrived back at the palace Jonathan opened the door and both girls entered. He held the door open for the master as well. 

"Can I just say that if you throw any more of this our way I will have you killed! I don't give a crap about your title. What the hell did I ever do to you? What did he do? Wait don't answer that last part. He's your brother, he did a lot of shit I get it. But still..." Melody said as she began to raise her voice. 

"Melody clam down. You did nothing and really neither did he. Ally your clear too." The Master said 

"Then why?" Jonathan asked 

"Mother and Father wanted to see what she would do if you were taken. They wanted to see who would she go after, mate or friend. They didn't expect both." The master said 

"So what now?" Melody asked 

"Call me Stefan. Thanks to Melody for giving me the name. Also now you two prepare for the crown and a child. It has to happen within the first year. You know this and she should too." 

"Wait a second. Passionate, Baby, Death. You're kidding me. You said that all and you meant it. Even when you said not now you still were planning on it. So what I give birth and that's it?" Melody again began to get loud 

"No you will live as long as you live." Jonathan said rubbing her arm to calm her down 

"So I give birth and what?" Melody asked as she fell back into his arms 

"You remain Queen till your oldest comes of age or you step down." Stefan said 

"Oh. What about Ally?" Melody asked 

"What about her? She is your Lady in waiting, your trusted advisor. I will not remove her from you until you say too. Also considering what happened I don't think her being alone anymore will do. She will have guards inside and out of her room." Stefan replied 

"No I will not." Everyone turned to Ally. "I will not be baby sat. I will be in the palace with Melody and Jonathan. We will keep one another limber and train together. I will train new guards and new post holders. I want my own room and all my toys. I would like to still have prisoners to play with. I want my own office so I can keep track of everyone and everything I have. I want one night a week just Melody and I. To go do something she wants to. To give her a break. I will hold office one night a week while you two go out and keep that flame alive. If you say no to any of these I will jump out the window and that's it." Ally said with a stern voice 

"Do you think I would ever say no to you darling?" Stefan asked with a smile 

"Darling?" Melody and Jonathan said together 

"Oh yes we got married about 3 years ago." Ally answered 

Jonathan looked stunned. He didn't know what to say or do. 

"I'm just now finding this out why?" Melody asked. 

"Trust. And I wanted to make sure you two would work out." Ally said with no emotion showing 

"OK Now I have something to add. I want you to take a night and be with your husband." Melody said with a smile 

"Deal" the master said before Ally could object. 

"Do we all agree say yes." Jonathan asked 

"Yes" they said together 

"Opposed?" Silence 

"Very well then. Let's go tell mom and dad the news." Ally said. 

"Mom and Dad?" Stefan asked 

"Fine Queen and King." Ally said rolling her eyes. 

They all chuckled as they left, as they were walking each were looking into the others eyes. Melody saw her torture room and wondered if she would ever step foot in there again. Jonathan squeezed her tight, he must have seen that wondering look in her face. "You might." was all he said. Melody smiled and they continued till came to the large doors with two guards outside of it. 




Love By Death Ch. 05



"Squire twins here to see the Queen and King." Jonathan spoke in a firm voice 

"Who else is presented?" One guard asked 

"Our wives." Stefan answered. 

"Present them." The second guard said 

Melody and Ally walked forward. Melody recognized them as the two who helped her get free from the captains. Both guards looked at her and without a word opened the door. Both girls looked back and the men nodded their heads. The girls walked in and saw the Queen and King sitting on their thrones. When they got about nine feet away Ally grabbed Melody arms and pulled it down. Melody looked and saw that she should curtsey. Soon she saw the men join them and bow. 

"Rise, my sons and daughters." The Queen spoke 

"Who among you is worthy of my seat?" The King asked as he waved his hand 

Jonathan walked two steps and motioned for Melody to follow. Melody followed but stayed behind him. 

"It is I and my wife if you will do the honors." Jonathan said reaching back for Melody who took his hand 

"Face one another." The Queen said 

"You two take your positions." The said to Stefan and Ally. 

Ally and Stefan walked over to their sides and waited. 

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trust, always hopes, and always preserves." 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 the queen spoke with pride 

"From this day forward may each day of your life together be blessed with contentment, happiness, and most of all love." The king returned with pride as well 

"There are three things I want you both to remember. One communication. Two communication. Three communication. Without these three things you will have nothing in return for one another." The queen smiled 

Squire also known as Jonathan do you plan to love Melody for better or worse, sickness and in health, happiness and sorrow, strength and weakness. If you agree please say I do. The king asked 

I do. Jonathan answered 

Melody do you plan to love tom for better or worse, sickness and in health, happiness and sorrow, strength and weakness. If you agree please say I do. The Queen asked 

I do Melody answered 

"Squire Stefan please hand Squire Jonathan the ring. Now repeat after me" The king spoke again 

I Jonathan take you Melody, as my wife. From now till death parts us. With this vow I thee wed. 

"Captain Ally please hand Melody the ring. Now repeat after me" The Queen spoke again 

I Melody take you Jonathan, as my husband. From now till death part us. With this vow I thee wed. 

"Congratulations to you both. You may now kiss your bride." The King said as he clapped his hands together. 

Ladies and gentlemen I pronounce to you, your new Queen and King. The Queen said with joy in her voice 

Melody and Jonathan smiled and laughed when they turned around they saw the room was filled with a lot of people. Melody couldn't believe it. She looked at Ally and gave her a smile and a hug. Stefan and Jonathan shook hands. Both couples kissed one another. Soon Melody was being turned to face everyone. She looked and saw Jonathan looking straight forward, he looked at her and nodded. She did the same. Soon she felt something on her head and realized it was the crown. 

The old Queen and King walked around and took their hands with a Hug and shake they turned them around to face their seats. They joined their hands. 

"As our final act we have one more command." The King Said as he turned to the people 

"Queen Melody and King Jonathan. Please take your first walk as husband and wife to your new seats. May the day always be bright." 

"May you find comfort within your words." 

"May you always be in a place where happiness is number one." 

"May you always know that you love each other." 

Jonathan squeezed Melody's hand and began to walk. Melody walked with him. As they walked they were stopped and given their robes, scepters, and a blessing from the royal clergy. When they got to their thrones they turned and bowed to their people. They sat down and smiled at one another. 

"My Queen and King. What do you proclaim?" Willfred asked 

"We all bow and a moment of silence as a thank you to the old Queen and King." Melody said before Jonathan could speak. 

Melody was already standing ready to take a bended knee. Jonathan soon followed and everyone took their cue. The old Queen and King hugged one another and waited for Melody and Jonathan to rise. When they did the Queen spoke 

"It is us who should thank you my Queen. It is us who are grateful. We will forever in your debt. We will not retire to our chambers." 

"Stay please. I wish a word with you." Melody said before they turned around. 

The old Queen and King bowed. Jonathan then stood 

"Let's all have a good time, for tonight we party. Tomorrow everyone is back to work." 

Everyone cheered and music started to play. Everyone was dancing and having a good time. Melody and Jonathan looked deep into one another as they danced. People would walk up and introduce themselves and thanked the old Queen and King. 

"May I have that word now my lady?" Melody asked as the tapped the queen on the shoulder. 

The queen bowed and followed her. 

"After the party I want to know about the last brother. I'm sure there is something I need to know." 

"My Queen, of the five I have birthed I see two standing. I have not heard or seen the other three in a long while. My Queen may I offer a bit of advice?" 

"You may." 

"Please be happy with whom you see. Don't worry about those whom you can't control. I only ask you one favor?" 

"What is that?" 

"Allow me and king to stay within these walls?" 

Melody motioned to Jonathan and Stefan. They walked over to where they were. 

"You mother and father are requesting to stay within these walls." 

"Of course they are your high council. She will help you and father will help me. We will all get to know one another all over again." Jonathan said as he kissed Melody 

"Thank you, your majesties." 

Everyone returned to the party and everyone enjoyed themselves all night. Ally, Stefan, Melody, and Jonathan were the last to leave. They were enjoying the time knowing nothing could bring them apart. 

"Are you happy?" Jonathan asked 

"You know I am. I can't believe were married and Queen and King." Melody said as she spun around with Jonathan 

"There is just one more task that you have to do, I'm not going to lie it will be painful." Jonathan told her. 

Melody stopped dead in her tracks causing Jonathan to nearly fall. "What now?" She kept her voice quite but Jonathan could see she was pissed. 

"Melody you can't stay human, you have to become one of us. Can we continue dancing while we talk?" Jonathan asked as he tried to move. 

"You two bedroom, the party is over. As for you bedroom now. No one speak." Melody's voice was stern and the three of them knew she was upset and was going to be yelling. 

When they all got to the bedrooms, Ally and Stefan turned to their room. "Get in here now." Melody said with a tone Ally knew all too well. They turned around and joined them in the bedroom. 

"Let me get this straight. I married you, I took the crown, well it was given to me, now I have to become who you are witch by the way what are you? You have yet to tell me. I just kept hearing your human first. So what are you? Why do I have to change? Why can't anyone just be upfront with me? Well ANSWER ME!!" Melody began to breathe really hard 

"My Queen please calm down. We didn't want to alarm you. We are what you would call us super human. Our blood has been mixed with various chemicals and elements. You do hold a trace amount but not enough to keep you alive much longer." Stefan said not looking away from her eyes 

"It would only hurt for a minute and then you would sleep for a bit and wake up." Ally told her with a soft smile 

"Melody honey we would all help you through it. We would all help to change you." Jonathan told her 

"By what biting my neck?" Melody asked with a small smile 

"That's a vampire and yes I would bite there." Jonathan said trying not to laugh 

"I would have your inner thigh" Stefan was soon to follow 

"I would have one your breasts" Ally said with a smile 

"When will this happen?" Melody asked 

"We would like to do it now. This way tomorrow you could sleep, Willfred will look after you, I would be getting everything ready for your return, Ally and Stefan would go back to work. No one would know." Jonathan told her as he put his arms around her. 

"Will I be free or bound?" Melody asked with a bit of a shiver 

"That's up to you. We can do it both ways." Ally answered. 

"Where on my inner thigh?" Melody asked 

Stefan went over and put his hand about mid upper thigh. "Right there my queen" 

Melody nodded but didn't say anything. She tilted her head to the side to give Jonathan access 

"My dear we will do be nice and do it on the bed." Jonathan whispered in her ear. 

Melody raised her head and they all walked over to the bed. Melody go in and got comfortable. 

"Drink this and close your eyes. When you wake up you will be healed and one of us." Jonathan said as he handed her the glass. 

"Be sure to drink the whole thing." Ally mentioned before she took a sip. 

Melody took a deep breath and drank the whole glass. She fell back into the pillows and was asleep shortly after. The three of them waited an hour before getting into position. Jonathan looked at them. He wasn't sure if she say thank you or not. 

"I'll go first." Stefan said and he bit into her thigh. When he was done he pulled away and got off the bed. 

"My turn." Ally said as she bit into Melody's left breast. When she was done she pulled away and went into Stefan's arms 

"I love you both. Thank you for doing this." Jonathan bent down and bit Melody's neck. Stefan and Ally both watched and had to pull him away. "That's enough you'll kill her and then where will you be?" Stefan said in a husky voice. 

"Me out, Get me out of here." Jonathan said as he huffed and puffed 

Stefan and Ally both helped him out of the room. When they got out Stefan looked at Willfred. "You are not to leave her side. Feed her, give her something to drink. Whatever she needs. She is not allowed out of bed today or tomorrow. Also don't give into her. She should sleep all night and all day tomorrow." 

"Very well sir. My King I bid you good night." Willfred said with a bow 

"Let's get you in bed too. You're going to need your rest." Stefan told Jonathan 

"Do you think you will need to be strapped down, my king?" Ally asked 

"Better safe than sorry." Stefan answered 

They put him in a chair and strapped him in place. Jonathan watched but didn't fight. "Drink, you know you need your sleep." Ally said to him. 

"Thank you. One question Stefan." Jonathan asked 

"What's that brother?" Stefan asked 

"You're not doing this to be King are you?" Jonathan asked 

"NO! I don't want the crown. Now sleep we will wake you tomorrow." Stefan said with a straight face. 

"Trust is earned your Majesty. I think it is safe to say we have proven it to you both. Please drink." Ally said with a kind smile. 

"I'll be fine. I can't move." Jonathan 

"But I can and I want to have sex with my wife." 

"Fine." Jonathan said and Ally gave him the glass and helped him sip. Jonatan passed out and Ally and Stefan fell into one another's arms. They made sweet love all night. Jonathan woke up and found he was blindfolded 

"What the hell is this?" 

"Sorry bro. Just in case we weren't done. No fighting us now and we will untie you." 

"Very well." 

Stefan and Ally went over and untied him. Stefan took off the blindfold and they both stepped back. 

"Thank you both. Get to work. I'm going to check on Melody." 

Jonathan left before they could say anything. He sprinted to their bedroom and was stopped by Willfred 

"You Majesty please, let her sleep. She is resting comfortably and is in no pain. She should be up tonight." 

"If she wakes sooner..." 

"You will be the first person I contact." 

"Very well. I will send Ally in to relieve you." 

"No need sir. Captain Ally, and Master Stefan have already worked out a schedule. We are sticking to it. Please go attend to your duties." 

"Thank you Willfred, You will be rewarded when your task is complete." 

"Thank you your Majesty." 

Jonathan when into the office and saw the old Queen and King working hard. "Shouldn't I be there?" Jonathan asked. 

"We figured you were to be with your new wife. Also we are just finishing up the last of our things and you will be in here tomorrow." The Queen said not looking up from her work. 

"Very well. What can I do now? Melody sleeps, she will be awake tomorrow." 

"Go look over your kingdom, See what all you can. Walk the land, we will be done by days end." 

"One question to you both, please answer separately." 

"Very well" 

"As you wish" 

"Do you guys ever miss the torture? The pleasure? Any of it?" 

"My dear boy, what makes you think we stopped?" 

"We take those that have done the unthinkable and we make them pay." 

"What do you consider unthinkable father?" 

"Children my dear boy, Children." 

"Animals as well." 

"So you two still torture people?" 

"Yes and we would like to continue to do so. Though our victims never see the light of day when were done." 

"Very well. I can handle that." 

Soon there was a gong and Jonathan turned and went running. He knew it was Willfred. He ran and found Willfred standing outside the room. "Is she ok? Are you ok? What's wrong?" 

"Sire I got to close. No one told her not to bite. I'm sorry sire. I gave my life to her." 

"Take him to the hospital wing and see too it he lives. Is that understood?" 

The guard nodded and took Wilfred away. Jonathan entered and saw Melody crying in her hands. 

"I killed him, didn't I? I killed the third man who cared for me. Why did I do that? Why didn't I pay attention? Jonathan is going to be so upset with me. I don't know if I can face him after that. Oh why did I bite him? I didn't mean too." 

"Shh, shh, shh" Jonathan said as he sat next to her, he put his arm around her. "There, there my sweet. I still love you. Willfred will be ok. No one is upset with you. We forgot to tell you a few things. But you're ok now. Just cuddle a bit and we will get walking around." Melody and Jonathan continued to sit on the bed. Soon Ally and Stefan walked in. They both got a look of panic on their face and Jonathan gave them a small shake of the head. 

"She is already upset enough. Stefan go check on Willfred. Ally make her something to eat." Both went and did as they were told. Jonathan knew Melody had fallen back asleep but didn't move her. 

After about an hour Melody stirred and Jonathon moved with her. She opened her eyes and saw him just looking at her. 

"Is Willfred going to be ok?" 

"I have not heard anything yet my dear but from what I saw you didn't bite him too hard." 

"Please let's go find out." 

Just there was knock at the door. "Enter" Jonathan said. 

In walked in the doctor. "You majesty's. I have come to tell you that Mister Willfred will need at least two weeks to recover. He will be on light duty for at least another month." 

"May we see him?" Melody asked 

"He only wishes to see you my Queen." 

"Give me a minute to get ready." 

She got up and went and got ready. When she was done she went out and reached for Jonathan's hand. He took it. They walked in silence till they got to the door where the doctor stopped them. "Remember he only asked to see the Queen." The doctor reminded them. 

Jonathan nodded and Melody went in. She walked to the bed where he laid and had a bandage where she bit him. "I'm so sorry Willfred. It was not my intention to harm you." 

"Fret not My Queen, you didn't know. I am not upset. I look forward to working with you still." 

"You position will remain yours till you say so. I just have one question." 

"Yes My Queen?" 

"Will you please help me when Jonathan is not around?" 

"How so My Queen?" 

"Let me know if I'm doing things right, if something needs to be done." 

"That is not my place. Nor will it ever be. You have Miss Ally and Master Stefan for that. I will remain your servant. Please My Queen." 

"Very well. May Jonathan enter he is here with me." 

"Yes. My Queen." 

Melody opened the door and Jonathan walked in. "How you doing Willfred?" 

"Very well My King. As I was telling My Queen, I look forward to working you still." 

"Till the end." 

"Yes My King." 

"Get some rest. Return to us when you can." 

"I'll be there in the morning." 

"No you will take a week and heal, you will listen to what the doctor has to say. I want you better." Melody said with a smile and a small tone. 

"Very well. I will do what you ask." 

Melody and Jonathan exited the room. Jonathan was headed back to the bedroom when Melody turned. Jonathan followed. "Where are you going?" He asked knowing the hallway she took only led to one area. "Just want to see what is down here." 

"We better turn around. This is one area you don't need to see." 

"Why is that? Ugh what is that smell?" 

"The burning of the dead victims and garbage. There's also the water torture room and the decay room." 

"Oh ok. Now we can go." 

"You're too wise." Said a voice that made them stop in their tracks. 

They both turned around and soon Jonathan shoved Melody against the wall. "Run" 

"I can help." 

"No you can't. NOW RUN!!" 

Melody ran and bumped into Stefan and Ally 

"Jonathan, run, water, burning, garbage." She puffed out with each breath 

Stefan was off before any more could be said. Ally just turned around and rushed Melody to the bedroom. 

"Are you ok?" Ally asked her 

"My back hurts a bit but other than that yea, I'm ok. What was that? Who was that?" 

"Let the guys tell you. I guess there are even a few places you shouldn't go." 

"I guess not. Ally can I have some water?" 

Ally went and got her some water when she returned Melody was passes out on the floor. Ally leaned over and saw that she was not breathing. She rang for help and began to try to revive her. When help arrived they rushed her to the hospital wing and continued to revive her. Ally was told to stay behind and tell the king when he returned. 

Ally was pacing the floor wondering the worst when Jonathan and Stefan walked in. Ally stopped and looked right at Jonathan "My King, Hospital wing now. Melody passed out and was not breathing. I tried, the others took her away and tried. I have been in here they told me to stay. I don't know anymore." 

Stefan took Ally in his arms and Jonathan was out the door. He ran to the hospital wing and was stopped by two guards. "She is getting prepped for surgery My King." One the guards said. 

"Get. Me. The. Doctor. NOW!!" Jonathan gritted through his teeth. 

Without another word the guard when in and came out with the doctor. 

"Sire, the transformation was not complete when she was awaken. All she said was naturally, so that tells us she woke up on her own. Now we are going to give her a transfusion so all her human blood is out of her system. We will need someone's blood." Without a word or looking Jonathan held his arm up. 

"I will give my last breath for her to take one more." He said with tears in his eyes. 

"Sit down and we will be along shortly." 

Jonathan sat and soon saw Stefan and Ally next to him. "What's going on?" 

"She is dying. It didn't take when we did it. She woke up too soon. They said she did it naturally and I hope that's the truth. She needs a transfusion I'm waiting so they can take mine." 




Love By Death Ch. 05



"No we have people for that. I will not let you die, you deserve the crown." 

"Who will give up their life for someone they don't know." 

"I will." Said the guard 

"What?" Jonathan said looking up at him 

"When she came past me she looked at me, she smiled and whispered thank you. I will give my life for you two to be together." 

"No I won't allow it. There is no one else who can do what you two do. I can't, you two will be training more soon enough." 

"Ally, do you know of anyone?" 

"What about the giver?" 

Stefan and Jonathan both looked at one another. "We don't have time to contact him." 

"No need. I live in this wing. What can I do you for?" 

"The new Queen needs blood." 

"Very well." The Giver when in and everyone waited. Three hours later the giver came out. They could all tell he was drained. 

"Feed." Jonathan said without questions. The give just looked at him and bit into his arm. After a few minutes he pulled away and the color returned to him. "Well?" 

"She is sleeping. She will remain sleeping till you say to wake her. It is recommended that you wait three nights." 

"Can I go see her?" 

"That's for the doctor to say." 

"Stefan go tell mom and dad they are to remain in power till Melody is well. They will and better understand." 

"I'll be back my love." He kissed Ally and went to the old Queen and King." 

"You need to sleep yourself." 

"I'll be headed there in a moment. Answer me this, what made you think a full human could stand the change?" 

"She's not a full human. She has our blood mixed in with hers. She just didn't know it. When she woke up, she bit someone without knowing the rules. When we bit her we didn't want overwhelm her. We didn't expect her to wake up so soon." Ally answered with an attitude 

"Are you her sister or something?" asked the giver 

"I don't think I am but I know we are connected somehow." Ally answered. 

"Very well, Squire my debt is repaid." 

"King." 

"I'm sorry did you just say King?" 

"Yes. It became official yesterday." 

"Well then King. My debt has been paid. I will see you around." 

"Bye." 

The Giver walked away. When he was out of site "Want to explain?" Ally asked quietly 

"He's our youngest." 

"You said there were only five of you. That would make six." 

"There are a few things you will never know. The answer to your question is one of them." 

"As you wish." 

Soon Stefan returned and sat down next to them. "Well?" 

"Three days of sleep for her. You two go get back to normal. I will stay here. I can't leave her." He looked in to see her just lying there in the bed, not knowing what was happening around him. 

"I'm not leaving." 

"I'm staying here." 

"You two have jobs to do." 

"And so do you brother. Ally you sleep. I will be right here. She will not be without watch." 

"No you two take sleep. I'll take first watch." 

"This is not a debate. You two sleep. I will wake you when I can't stay awake anymore." 

"Very well." 

Ally and Stefan slept sitting up. After a few hours Stefan woke up and saw Jonathan had not moved an inch. His eyes were heavy but he remained a visual on Melody. 

"She hasn't moved once. She breathes but she hasn't moved." 

"She won't move. She is sleeping. They have her strapped down just to be safe. Sleep now or I'll make you sleep." 

"Very well." Stefan helped Jonathan to his seat and he closed his eyes. 

Stefan kept one hand on Jonathan's shoulder to keep him sitting up. Every movement Stefan made Jonathan would dart up then go back to sleep Soon Ally awoke and joined Stefan at the window. 

"What do you think happened?" Ally asked as she hugged him 

"Someone doesn't want out new Queen around for long. Only person right now is that servant that resides in the other room." Stefan said with an attitude and not looking at Ally 

"Who should go check on him?" Ally asked with a small grin 

"You. I've got him and her. If I move and knows about this I'm not sure what will happen." Stefan said this time looking at her 

"I'll be back. Should I kill him?" Ally asked getting all giddy 

"That's not your choice, and you know that." Stefan said in her ear 

"I'll see you later then." She kissed him and then disappeared around the corner 

Stefan looked at Jonathan who was still sleeping. Melody just laid there. Anyone who tried to walk into her room, had to show ID, and cause for going in. they were all watched closely. No one was allowed to have their backs to the window. Soon Jonathan awoke and joined his brother. 

"Any change" Jonathan asked 

"Here is the last fourteen hours that I have been awake. No one had their back to me. I watched everything. From what one doc says she is improving. Others say it will take a bit." 

"Come on Melody pull through. Please. I can't lose you." 

"Go in and tell her yourself. She can have visitors now. That most critical time is over with." The main doctor said. 

"No one comes in unless I say." Jonathan and Stefan both said to the guards. 

Both guards nodded. 

Meanwhile Ally was walking all over trying to find where they had Willfred. No one was much help. She would look in every room and soon she found him. 

"Time to wake up and give me all the details." When Willfred didn't wake up she felt his pulse, still beating, she then took his and felt him stir. "Good you can move. Now open your eyes for you will talk or it will be more than a bite you will be recovering from." 

Willfred opened his eyes and found Ally holding his hand. "Captain Ally what are you doing here?" 

"Wondering why Melody had to have a transfusion? Wondering why you let her bite you? Wondering why I have to keep you alive?" 

"Because I didn't give the orders, and she is asking to see you." Jonathan said as Ally looked up. 

"I'm going right now. I assure you I just held his hand." 

"I saw the whole thing. Now go." Ally left the room and ran to Melody. "Now answer her questions." 

"You're not King Jonathan." Willfred said 

"You're correct I'm not. I'm the youngest. And you know what that means." He said as he put something in the IV. Willfred didn't have a chance to answer when his eyes closed. "I'll gave you ten minutes and you will die. No one will know how you betrayed your new Queen and King. For I will never tell them." 

The youngest walked out of the room and turned he soon found Ally waiting outside. "You said she wanted to see me. You took that kill away from me." 

"You can't be blamed for not listening. Just tell them the youngest helped out again." 

"What is the payment? 

"I'll be InTouch." 

"No one gets kidnaped, or hurt, the four of us are left alone. Also considering I listen to you without questions back there, consider that payment in full." 

"The Master does have a good one. I will honor all of those." He turned and walked away. 

Ally looked back and saw that Jonathan and Stefan were both looking at her. She motioned to the door and they both nodded. 

"Care to explain?" Stefan asked 

"Later on. Not in here. How is she doing?" Ally said as she walked to the bed 

"Still no change." 

"Have you tried kissing her?" 

"Don't be ridiculous." 

"Come on now they've tried everything else. Why not see if true love's kiss works." 

"You're crazy." He bent over and kissed her on the lips. Stefan and Ally both gasped when Melody's hand moved. Jonathan stood back up and waited. Nothing. "I told you you're crazy." Soon Jonathan felt something on his hand. He looked down and saw Melody reaching out a finger. He took it and Stefan got him a seat. 

Melody didn't open her eyes but her breathing got deeper and she looked more at peace. 

"Come on Melody, we all want you to wake up." Ally said as she rubbed her leg. 

"I think it time you two leave. I want to be alone with her." Jonathan said still looking at her. 

Without a word Stefan and Ally walked out. They both sat on a bench. Stefan was the first to speak. "So tell me what was going on with the Giver and you?" 

"I'm sorry honey, you will have to ask him for my payment is made." 

"You paid him with your silence?" 

"Yes I did." 

"Very well. Don't tell Jonathan that. 

"She can tell you. I'm ok with that. Were still even." 

"So now tell me." 

"I went into see Willfred, He was just about to talk when I was told she wanted to see me. I came here as quick as I could. Soon he walked around corner we said a few things got the terms worked out and well here we are." 

"You didn't? Did you?" 

"No she didn't. May we talk?" 

Stefan got up and followed the Giver over to the counter. "Willfred woke her up too soon. He made her feed off of him. He was looking for a way to die. He only acted like he cared. So I helped him out. It is on me not her. She is not to be punished. Nor am I for I am saving the Queen and King." 

"Agreed. Now what will happen to him?" 

"A small sedative that will slow all progress. He's actually being burned now. There was no need to cause alarm but I would have a replacement for him soon. She will be waking up in about two hours. Her food is all ready to do and I have others to go see." 

"Thank you brother." 

"You're welcome. Brother." 

"One more question and I want to tell them. Will she be able to carry children?" 

"It's hard to tell right now. I wouldn't have her try for at least a year." 

"Very well. Thanks again." 

They both parted ways. Stefan returned to Ally and looked at Jonathan. Jonathan then came out of the room. "Well what did he have to say?" 

"Willfred is dead and burned, and he is responsible for this. Also you need to wait a year before you try to have children. Also there is no debt with our brother." 

"Fine. I can't keep watching her like this. What is going to happen if she doesn't wake up?" 

"I will take her place. And we will stand side by side." Ally said with a straight face. 

"Before I make a move answer me this. Did you plan to have her killed?" 

"No My King. I would never do that to anyone. I am doing what any loyal hand maiden would do. Step up when the time calls for it." 

"Very well. I want you two out of my site. Right now I can't stand to look at either of you." Jonathan went back into the room. Ally and Stefan looked at one another and then left as well. Ally wanted to look back but knew she better not. Stefan held her tight as they walked. 

In the room Melody lay there and Jonathan just sat there holding her hand. He didn't know what to say then soon he just began to speak. 

"My dearest Melody, Life is not over, not for us and not for you. You are my world and I will join you soon if you were to leave me. We are now beating as one. Please pull through this. I'm sorry you had to go through this. I'm sorry if I forced you do to something you didn't want to do. Please my dear you have to understand, my life is yours. When you wake up you will be in control. I will no longer tell you want to do. Please wake up." Tears were falling and hitting her hand. He brushed her hair out of her face and she stirred. "Melody dear are you waking up?" 

Melody stirred again and he called for a doctor. When the doctor came in "She stirred a bit when I brushed her hair. Is she waking up?" 

"She still has two more days. Or she will die." 

"Very well." 

"Here you need sleep as well. The guards are outside and will not let anyone in. Drink. Sleep and wake up refreshed." The doctor left the glass on the table and walked out. 

Jonathan got up and followed him only to stop at the guards. "I'm locking this door. No one in, no one out. Only exception to opening is if she is dying. Understood?" 

Both guards nodded and Jonathan closed the door and latched it shut. He then went and laid next to Melody. He took the glass and drank it. He held her in her arms tight. 

After a few hours, Jonathan awoke to find Melody looking at him. "What are you doing up?" 

"I woke up. What happened? Why are you holding me so tight?" 

"Sorry." Jonathan got down off the bed and held her hand as he sat down. "What do you remember?" 

"You three bit me, I was then woken up and told I had to feed and was given something red to drink. I drank it and then felt funny. I woke up in here." 

"Willfred fed you what may have been poison blood. He tried to kill you. He's taken care of. Now I'm going to tell the doctor you're awake. Sit tight." 

Jonathan got up and unlocked the door. The guards both looked at him and got out of his way. "Doctor she's awake. You." Pointing to one guard "Go get Stefan and Ally. NOW!" 

The guard took off running as the Doctor came in. "How are you feeling My Queen?" 

"Well rested. Can I go now?" 

"No I want you to stay here one more day. Get your strength back." 

"She will. We both will." Jonathan answered for her. 

"Very well. My Queen there are a few things I do need to tell you. Please understand we did all we could to help you. However we would recommend that you wait a year or two before trying to have children. Don't punish anyone if you are going to draw blood. That would let out your inner demon and we don't that to happen. Also your two confidences are the only other two whom you can truly trust. My King you may have told them to go home, but they stayed outside all night. They didn't leave. I'll leave you two alone. If you're tired sleep." 

"When can I go home?" 

"Tomorrow." 

Melody smiled and nodded to the doctor and then looked at Jonathan. He just had tears in his eyes. "I'm going to be ok Jonathan." 

"You have no idea how close I was to loosing you." 

"You would never have lost me. I would never leave you." She looked out the window and saw Ally and Stefan standing there. She waved them in. 

"How are you feeling?" 

"Do you need anything?" 

"I'm fine and yes I do, I want you three to listen to me. If I do go before you three, you all must carry on. You all must not turn on one another. I would say we all go on the same day but I don't think that will happen." 

"We will make it happen." Ally said with a smile. 

"We will just make sure our children are old enough to understand what is going to happen." Jonathan said as he stared into her eyes. 

"Ok. I love you." 

"I love you too." 

After another day in the hospital Melody was released. They went home and she was welcomed back with a large party and full reign over the kingdom. The old Queen and King bowed out and left without another word to anyone. It has been rumored that they are in a small cottage just enjoying their lives. 

After three years Melody and Jonathan welcomed three children two boys named Daniel and Alexander, and a girl named Piper. Two years after that they welcomed another boy named Lucas and his twin sister Zoey. The two of them raised their kids with happiness Joy. 

Ally and Stefan were also blessed to welcome three kids of their own, Nichole, Brandon, and Victoria. They were so happy together. 

When the kids were older they noticed that Melody was ageing fast and wondered what was happening. The four adults sat all the kids down and explained the entire situation. When they were done the kids all had tears, they didn't want to see their mother and aunt pass away. Melody had prepared and told them not to worry for she would not be far. 

One morning Jonathan woke up and rolled over to find Melody still sleeping. He kissed her shoulder and felt that she was cold. He took her pulse and didn't feel anything. He rang for everyone to come. Everyone ran in, they all stopped as they saw her just lay there. All of them feel crying. Ally stood and walked over to her. She brushed her hair out of her face. 

"You will forever be in our hearts. Farewell My Queen." 

When the doctor came in he carefully got her in place. Jonathan just watched as she was taken away. Stefan held onto him in case he broke down. Once word got around that the Queen had died the whole kingdom stopped working. Everyone came outside to pay their respects. 

Jonathan insisted she be buried and not burned for she was human first. As she was laid to rest Jonathan spoke his last letter to her. 

"My dearest Melody. 25 years you have given me love, attitude, children, hope, life, and loyalty. You showed me how to handle most situations with grace and ease. I will forever be grateful. I only hope our children can one day make you proud. I am stepping down as King as of this moment. I know we talked about it and so we have Named as your new King our oldest Daniel and your new Queen Victoria. For those two will forever be together as one. I will join you in time my dear. With all my love. Jonathan" 

Everyone was in tears and bowed when he walked back to his seat. Daniel and Victoria both took his hands and thanked him. For it was not a battle to be won. It was birth right alone. 

Jonathan, Stefan and Ally went on another five years after Melody's passing. One day they all looked at their kids and smiled. They turned around and walked into the distance never to be seen or heard from again.

Um no the Queen and King want answers and you have some. They will be here soon to collect you. Where you will be tortured and killed eventually.

Mrs. Blume was unsure what to do. She just stood there in a daze. 

Now to get you ready.

Melody stood there as well. Not knowing what to do. 

They both soon felt the cuffs come off one hand but then both hands were behind their backs and they were both lead out by their collars.

Once in the bedroom he stood them next to the bed

Kneel both of you

They both listened and knelt

Open your mouth as wise as you can

Without wondering they both opened their mouth

Soon there was a ball gag in both their mouth with duct tape over it.

He bent over and played with Melody a bit. She stayed as quite as she could.

Get on the bed Melody and sit down with your legs open as wide and you can get them.

Melody did as she was told. She even went a bit wider to cause her pain just because she knew she could. 

Soon he returned with a bar and put it in between her knees.

He then pushed her onto her back. The bar came out but Melody kept her legs spread.

Very good girl. Let's see if we can't make that bar stay put.

Melody then arched her back to widen her knees more. Once she felt the bar she laid back down and closed her knees. She heard the duct tape and knew what was going to happen. He taped the bar in place.

He then went over to Mrs. Blume

Stand up

She stood

I am going to undo your hands you are to keep them at your side will I say. Nod if you understand

She nodded.

He undid her wrists and she laid them at her side.

Come with me. He said he pulled the leash a bit.

She followed him out of the room

All melody could do was lay there and watch.

Sit. Melody heard him say

Mrs. Blume Sat on a chair. He then took her hands and cuffed them behind her. He took rope and tide her feet down just in case she tried anything.

The Queen and King will be here soon. You will make a fine victim. I just can't help myself I want to make you bleed some more. But they want as much as you can hold. So I'll just do this. And she fisted her as hard as he could. 

Mrs. Blume cried out in pain and soon felt a knife to her throat.
