If you've been thinking, *Gosh, it's been a hot minute since Framboise posted anything*, it's because I've been lost in the sauce for this cinematic romantic summer sunset at the fairgrounds by the magnificent u/ElbyWritesAgain. It's got longing and nostalgia and introspection and fireworks and one (1) big-ass plushie duck. This script grabbed my heartstrings in the very best way and I really hope you enjoy it.

**Summary:** It's a warm summer night. One of the last ones of the year most likely. You know your friend group is going to go their separate ways come the fall, and you've made peace with that fact. There are some loose ends here and there... like with you and *her.* What could have been, what probably \*should\* have been. But tonight, that doesn't matter. What matters is that you're here at this shitty fair with all your friends that you've shared \*so\* many good times with. The sunset coating the sky with a warm orange hue. The temperature just right. Everything is in its place. Tonight, all those changes, all the thoughts of your future, and your past- they do not matter. You're just glad you're here.
