Hi Hi Cuties, 

I wanted to dip back into some SFW content, and found this wonderful script by u/allie_dreamweaver. 

As a fan of meditation myself, I had been meaning to do some kind of guided relaxation/sleep aid type thing. 

I really enjoyed making this, and I hope you do too. I have some improv ideas in mind for other variations of sleep aids, so if there is enough interest, I will definitely do this more often <3 

This is just under 10 minutes long, containing a breathing exercise and repeating affirmations.
