Have you gotten that heart rate up? Good boy....remember, this is just a warm up, to get you ready for the REAL workout. Gotta make sure you're nice and limber. remember to strectch if you need to and always keep that bottled water near you. Staying hydrated is crucial. Remember to eat enough too....starving yourself won't get you anywhere. Eat clean, healthy and satisfying meals to keep yourself on track. We're not taking many breaks today, this is going to be a test in endurance. Get those abs nice and ripped...built to fuck deep...that core is essential for fucking. Remember, you're doing this workout so later on, you'll have a real nice....*ehem*..."exercise partner" of your own. I believe in you...you're an able bodied, adult male.
