Actaeon's Zoo Experience Survey Form, v1.2

The survey form below (in its non-HTML version) is posted to the newsgroup alt.sex.bestiality about twice a month, along with the latest cumulative results. The HTML versions are updated roughly once a month.

While this is not yet a truly scientific survey (I'd need hundreds of responses before a chi-square test would be statistically significant, and the anonymity factor alone renders the results unacceptable to most scientific organizations), I believe in the scientific process and I reserve the right to reject replies I believe to be fake. If, however, I recognize your name from alt.sex.bestiality or a talker and have come to know and trust you, I'll give you some leeway. :)

My interest in your experience is purely scientific (well, okay, and the occasional 'Wow! Really? • AI -- Anal Intercourse -- (insertion of penis into anus)
• AM -- Anal Masturbation -- (manual stimulation of anus) [1]
• AL -- Anilingus -- (oral stimulation of anus; also known as "Rimming")
• CU -- Cunnilingus -- (oral stimulation of female genitals)
• DK -- Deep Kissing -- (letting your tongues touch each other while kissing; also known as "French Kissing" or "Frenching." Note that since this is a mutual act, it is listed under things performed by the animal, who is usually going to be far more into it. :)
• DO -- Docking/Sheath F*cking -- (insertion of human penis into male animal's sheath [chiefly canine, equine, or bovine])
• FE -- Fellatio -- (oral stimulation of male genitals; also known as a "blow job" or BJ)
• GR -- Groping -- (explicitly sexual touching, but casual and/or passive, rather than actively trying to bring the animal (or yourself) to orgasm (e.g., massaging a mare's udder, or a gelding's sheath))
• MA -- Masturbation/Rubbing -- (manual or frictional stimulation of genitals) [1]
• NU -- Nursing -- (breastfeeding, suckling, etc.)
• SC -- Scrotilingus -- (oral stimulation of the scrotum)
• VA -- Vaginal Intercourse -- (insertion of penis into vagina)

• Coprophilia -- (defecation as a sexual stimulant) [2]
• Watersports -- (urination as a sexual stimulant) [2]

• [1]: While masturbating an animal is pretty blatant, masturbation of a human _by_ an animal can be more subtle (or not, depending on your luck). I intially thought only a primate could (or would) actively masturbate a human, but I've since been informed that some animals can nuzzle a man to climax and be completely aware of their intentions. So this survey will define "receiving" masturbation as (a) when an animal deliberately rubs itself against your genitals, and (b) when you rub your own genitals against an animal's body, in much the same way as one might use a plush toy.

• [2]: With Coprophilia and Watersports, "Performing" means it is _you_ who urinate or defecate, whereas "Receiving" means it is the animals' urine or feces which is of interest to you. In general use, both of these terms tend to refer to the practice of actually urinating or defecating on someone or something, being urinated or defecated on, or otherwise playing with the urine or feces, rather than simply being aroused at the sight or smell of it. Since zoos' interests in animal excrement will probably vary more widely than their other sexual activities (there's a big difference between being turned on by watching an estrous mare pee in the grass...and eating fresh doggydoo with a nice Chianti and some fava beans :), I gave the subject a section all its own. Here are the definitions:
  • Watch: I enjoy watching animals relive themselves, or relieving myself in front of them.
  • Touch: I've touched an animal's feces or urine, or let mine touch the animal.
  • Taste: I've eaten an animal's feces or urine, or let the animal eat or drink mine.

• [3]: Why are humans listed in this survey? Simple: I want to find out how zoos' experience with animals compares to their experience with humans. Do zoos engage in the same activities with animals as they do with humans (where applicable), or are they more (or less) likely to try something with an animal than a human? That sort of thing.

• [4]: Horses, ponies, and miniature horses are listed separately because certain things are very difficult to do with full-sized horses; e.g., a listing of "receiving anal sex" under "Horses" could be very misleading unless it were clear you'd been with a mini.

• [5]: Some of you may laugh at the inclusion of the more exotic wild animals, but people who work at zoos or wildlife rehab facilities might conceivably encounter them. House cats, OTOH, are included simply because I know I'm not alone in having fondled them. :)

• INSTRUCTIONS: For each species and activity, you would indicate your level of experience by typing a number in the appropriate blank. If you're not sexually interested in that species at all, you don't have to include any entries on that line. Note that to save you the trouble of looking up the Experience and Activity Codes each time, they're summarized above or below each grid.

• NOTE: The 'Nickname' and 'e-mail' fields are optional, but a nickname will help me make sure I don't get two surveys from the same person, and an e-mail address will let me contact you if I have questions.
