3000 years.
Reality suppressed.
Our voices hushed.
Scattered remains in art and song.
For the majority, reality is but a dim memory now.

Reality - cross species sex.
Clandestine meetings, a furry embrace.
We do not recognize their identity as separate from our own.
One flesh, one mind, one soul.
Existence entwined, symbiosis.
Two-ness an illusion, a union with God.
Joining every animal on the planet simultaneously.
Transported outside of yourself into a universe of stunning beauty.
You never want to leave, forever together.

Together - We are strong, many voices spoken in unison.
Heard again after all these years, what will the majority say?
Don't make waves be like the rest of us.
Could there be any other response, now or ever.

Speak up, don't be afraid.
There's a crack in the wall discovered only by the courageous.
Most do comprehend, diversity respected.
Deep down in their hearts they know what's real.
Love.
A fleeting glimpse of times long past, dim memories remembered.
When we were an honored part of the community.
Your not alone in a crowd.
When Zoos are proud.
