This is a bit out of my wheelhouse, forgive any oddness.

>"You're...sure about this?" Ben nervously eyes Olivia. I share his sentiment. I get this is sort of for my benefit but... it doesn't quite sit right with me.
>"For the tenth time, yes. I'm completely cool with you two being a thing. Just don't forget who's got seniority, here." Olivia sighs at us, setting her menu down.
>Ben and I glance at each other. I think back to a few weeks back, him coming clean to the two of us he plays for both teams and harbors a bit of attraction to me. I was flattered but Olivia saw it differently. A way for us to be much, much better friends. I mean I don't dislike Ben but this is new to me. At least I do find him a bit cute.
>Olivia notices our pause again. "C'mon, we're here to eat." I snap my view back to my own menu.
>"I'm thinking of a couple racks of ribs, you two?" Olivia hungrily thumbs the menu.
>I usually try out something unique and check their specialties. Extreme omni-salad, huh? I check the ingredients. It's pretty much a full page itself. Fish, beef, chicken, goat and every single vegetable I'd ever heard of including several I hadn't. Hmmm.
>"Hey Ben?" Ben sits up as I speak to him.
>"Oh uh, yes?"
>"Think I'm gonna get this." I point to the salad. He adjusts his glasses and reads the list.
>"Inco that's somewhere near four-thousand calories."
>I nod at him "Want some of the veggies off the thing?"
>Ben ponders a moment, a hand under his chin. "Sure, I'll order something light." he smiles at me and I note a smug green expression out of the corner of my eye.
>I glance over to Olivia smirking very widely at us. She kept insisting we'd get along real well and it seems she might be right. I glance back to Ben who is blushing a bit, now. A small voice in the back of my head like that. Quite a bit.
cont. Weird but I'm at least trying.

>We end up ordering, Ben himself getting a half portion, planning to grab some off my plate. It arrives and by god, that's the biggest salad I've ever seen.
>It may as well be a full course meal. I excitedly pick through some parts of it. I notice several meats poached by the gator. I catch Ben eyeing several of the leafier greens.
>I poke a few onto his plate. A strange look as we lock eyes. I'm suddenly finding it hard to look away from him. I return to my meal, another snicker from Olivia. She's living it up over there.
>I don't even put a dent into this monster. Death by salad, this should be called. I'm leaning back as I've finished.
>"Oh we're coming here again." Olivia lets out a content sigh, meal and a half down her gullet.
>"This was...nice." I hear Ben state.
>"Mia take you out like this?" Olivia prods.
>"Um, not really. We mostly just hung out and..."
>"And?" Olivia gets coy. Ben shies away. I know without him having to speak.
>We finish and I end up paying for the group. Ben tried to help pitch in but I insisted. We step out into the blistering sunlight, the air conditioning not reaching us out here.
>"Well Inco I'll see ya tomorrow. You too, Ben." Olivia motions for me to lean down, a peck on the lips.
>I blush a bit and stand up, Olivia looks at me a second.
>"Well?" I blink at her. She wants something from me?
>I notice she's also looking at Ben. Oh shit we're really doing this.
>Ben and I lock eyes. I feel my heart rate kicking up.
>"You sure about this?" I ask, eyes back on Olivia. I get a nod there. Back to Ben and he's blushing, a nod from him as well.
>I lean in and our lips touch. It's different than Olivia's, softer, even. A shock courses through me. We pull back and Olivia chimes in once more.
>"Hey there we go." She's smiling widely at the two of us. We finally finish parting ways and I run the situation through my head a million times on the tram. I think I want to do that again.

Fin, weird. Calling it for today.
