>I hear a strange cracking, like a tree being uprooted. My survival instincts kick in. "Danger" my entire body screams. What the hell is setting me off in the middle of a school day?
>I whip my head around, scanning for the source of the noise. I spy it, a crack slowly creeping it's way up the side of the school wall. I feel a bit of a sinking feeling. I need to get away.
>I start to pick my stuff up and move, my peaceful outside meal being interrupted by the school literally falling apart. Great place this. Something stops me from just darting.
>There's a parasaur girl, not too dissimilar from Naomi. She comes out here from time to time to smoke. I don't bother her and she doesn't laugh at me eating alone so we might as well be best friends. She's leaning right up against the wall. Son of a bitch.
>"Hey!" I try to get her attention. Her eyes shoot to me but she doesn't move.
>"Move!" She scowls and looks at me. You dumbass you're in the drop zone.
>"Just move! Come on!" I glance up, the crack's widening. It's already threatening to drop chunks. Shit.
>She just stares at me and takes another drag. I spy doom approaching, a triangular chunk starting to come lose. Fuck. She's just standing there. I'm no goddamn hero!
>My legs beg to differ as I've dropped my stuff and have broken into a sprint at her. Why am I even doing this? Her eyes go wide and she takes a defensive stance. Shit can I even get her out of the way?
>I tackle her and not a moment too late. I manage to topple us bother over, skidding a foot or two as a huge splat lands right where behind us. Asphalt dug into both my arms and her jacket. The hot pain scorches. I whip my head around to check.
>A crumbling chunk of the building landed pretty much on top of where she was just standing.
>"THE FUCK IS YOU PROBLEM?" I'm shoved off backwards as she starts to stand. Her eyes go wide in terror as she looks just right behind me, then up.
cont. weird start because reasons.

>"...oh fuck." she scrambles to her feet, grabbing my arm and dragging me up as she steps away. The cracking continues as we get to a safe distance , viewing the crack finish it's ascent.
>It stemmed from a sort of half-wall, then made it's way up and centerfold before stopping at the top, a few slim parts of the building are starting to chip off, the largest already dropped. The adrenaline starts to leave my system and the pain takes it's place. Holy shit this hurts. I look down to see the damage.
>My arms are shredded. A baseball dive onto the asphalt out here minced the things.
>"..dude." I look up to Mia, who's looking worriedly down at my dripping arms.
>"I've got some bandages in my car." My car? That's pretty neat.
>I nod to her and quickly grab my backpack. Nuts to the school lunch I need this stinging dealt with now.
>We walk quickly away from the little alcove to the parking lot. I notice we're walking towards the nicest car in the lot. Some sort of muscle car. My goodness.
>She quickly rips the door open and retrieves a first aid pouch and pulls the gauze out. "Cmere"
>I hold my arms up, the mere wind stinging the shit out of them as she hesitates with a bottle.
>"This is gonna hurt. Bad. Grit your teeth." I do as instructed as I have alcohol poured over my arms.
>I threaten to black out a second, my vision goes dark and I stagger. It's like the pain pressed the off switch in my head.
>"Shitshitshit." A hand is tucked under my shoulder, keeping me up.
>I put all the effort I can into not screaming. She quickly finishes the work up, gauzing my wounds. The pressure and layer dulls the raw pain immensely. The strength in my legs still mostly gone. She almost has to carry me into the passenger seat.
>I sit and focus on the reality right now and not my screaming pain receptors. I see her back as she walks around the front of the car, getting into the driver's side herself. He's jacket's ruined.

>She sits down and I apologize. "Sorry about your jacket."
>She looks at me confusedly. "My...my jacket?"
>"The back's shredded."
>"Like your arms?" she clamps her mouth shut at this.
>The brevity is appreciated and I let out a bit of a chuckle. She relaxes.
>"Yeah, just like 'em."
>"Hey uh... thanks for that." She looks nervous.
>"You're welcome?" It comes out as a question.
>"Uh...why'd you bother?" I honestly have no answer for her.
>"Dunno it just kind've happened."
>She leans back in her seat, a bit more relaxed now. "How's your arms?" she looks over, the gauze already turning slightly red.
>"I'll live but this is gonna suck for a while. Gonna have to grab some gauze from the store."
>"Lemme take you."
>I look over to her questioningly.
>"Look I owe you." I guess she's not wrong. I can start to feel the alarm kick in. I'm alone with a woman. Who's talking to me. Who I was just in physical contact with. They blare.
>"What's your name?" I blink and hush the alarms as best I can.
>"Anon."
>"Name's Mia." Thought so.
>"You got a phone?" I reach down into my pocket. It's extremely difficult to do so.
>"Here" she reaches into my pocket for me. The alarms hit DECON 1. Physical contact right next to the nethers.
>She hands me it, thankfully it's not shattered. I unlock it and she opens my contacts, writing her number into it.
>"There, call me after class, kay?" I nod as she opens her door again. Guess we can't hang out here all day.
>I step out, my legs deciding they work again and pocket my phone. In much easier than out.
>We walk back to the front, a small crowd now gathering where the crack formed.
>"Hey, see ya around." I get a pat on the back from her.
>"Uh, sure see you." I nod to her as we part ways. She turns back one last time, smirking a bit before taking a hallway I have no business down.

>"Having you on top me like that was kinda hot." My body locks up as she winks at me before turning tail.
>The alarms kick into something I'd never considered possible. DEFCON 0. 0 minutes to midnight. Nuclear war in the shape of a cherry red parasaur. It's happening.

Fin, anon slamming women.
