>Well he's late again. I glance up the stairs to see if my brother's coming. No sight of him. Must be caught up in something. I make my way up the steps, two at a time, up to the front and push back in. If I'm remembering right he's got a class on the east wing. I start to step over and hear voices. A name catches my ear. Greene's.
>I stop and point my head, focusing as two saurian dudes are laughing, talking loudly. I listen in.
>"Can't believe that pussy has to call his sister every time something happens." Target 1 speaks. I feel my wings twitch.
>"Only hangs out with a bunch of girls at that. Bet he's gay. That or a girl himself." They both snicker and laugh. Just go, Amber. It's two dumbasses just having a-
>"You see his face earlier when I tripped him? Thought he was gonna cry!" And that's it.
>In a flash I'm on top of them, both slightly taller than me. Like that matters. Target 1's in the lockers instantly with my forearm pressing his throat. Target 2 stumbles back at the loud noise.
>I snarl, "What. Did. You. Just. Say?"
>He's on the verge of wetting himself under my grip.
>"C-calm down! I just-" I press in harder, choking him.

>I lean down over him and speak again. "You better hope I don't see you again." I slam the locker next to his head with my foot, denting it.
>He scrambles off in a flash as I pull back, watching the coward run. I step back as the crowd now starts to move along, no violence for them today. I spy my silver haired bro staring at me.
>He's not happy. Oh god I did it again. I watch him, hurt and belittled slink to me. It's a quiet and almost lifeless greeting.
>"Hey, Amber." I bite my mouth.
>"Sorry about that. You ready to go home?" He nods at me slowly, following as I lead us home.
